I never knew that two lives could change my point of views, could change my way of thinking, my existance...but they have. I sit here, on this Oak rocking chair, staring at the bed I share with my wife, another occurance in my life I never thought could happen, as I rock our one month old to sleep. The life I have now, was a life that I thought someone like me would never be able to have. Would never be deserving of. In all honesty, I never wanted this life.
Never thought it to be a life right for a serial killer.
I always would sit in a darken room, my mind racing, just thinking off all the reason why I would NOT have this life. I mean come on....who would want a killer for a husband and a father to their children? Who could love someone that much, to deal with all the baggage I held. No one...so I thought.
But that's where Jack came in....
They say life throws you curves, well hell, I know that. And life threw me a huge curve, and, (you will never hear me say this word again...) a blessing. Two blessings. The great Allah that Imam always praised must have wanted to see me fall on my face in love when he sent me Jack. Jack. There's a name I never get tired of saying, never get tired of thinking.
She is my life.
She has me wrapped around her finger so many times, I am all in knots. When I first met her, she was a scared thirteen year old, tom-boy, from Old Earth. Now, she's a gorgous women, who has so willingly loved me through the years, and now, has given me, yet another gift, I thought I would never have in my possion.
