Content Codes (listed at the top of each chapter - Were set on AFF 2007 tags) The Hunt Begins: plot, nosex Description: A Predator visits to hunt, defeat, rape & take trophies from five of Earth's greatest warriors in a single night: Deadly Little Miho, Natalie Cook, Beatrix Kiddo, Lara Croft and Agent Horowitz. Can he succeed? Content Disclaimer & author's note: This story contains content that should not be read by people underneath the age of 21. It is 100% fiction and has no bearing on reality whatsoever. 100% fiction means real life rape is WRONG. The author does not condone illegal and immoral actions described. If you feel rape in the real world is a good thing, bend over in a prison and whistle dixie. While I'm disclaiming, racism, homophobia and other bigotry of any kind are also really fucking stupid. I don’t own any of the many intellectual property holders’ characters and make no profit from this story. Please read the story codes above to ensure that you are not going to be offended by, or otherwise dislike, the content. The plot of the original version of this story was requested by Phantom on the CSSA forums where I lurk. Quite frankly, without phantom this story would not exist. The AFF edition of the story has been re-written to remove mentions of non fictional characters and ensure all fandoms are listed in the disclaimer at the top of chapter 1 in line with updated disclaimer requirements. The Hunt BeginsHumanity had evolved in the years since the first hunts on Earth. They possessed powerful weapons, intelligence and tactics. They had mass communication and archived information that could be deciphered from the strange human tongue and used as a resource. The planet was warming, making more areas suitable for the hunt. Cities teamed with life; the greatest warriors were known – by governments if not always the public – compared, evaluated.
Humanity had learned from the past hunts. The last huntship to enter the planet’s atmosphere had been destroyed – though that flaw had been corrected in the fleet. Fewer lone hunters returned from the human’s world than any other hunt. It was now the ranked amongst the most dangerous hunting grounds the clans knew. Single humans had defeated great and experienced warriors, making the human trophies particularly valuable.
So it was that in the hot summer of 2006 a single shielded craft descended fast through the sky towards the city of Los Angeles. It touched down as the sun sank and night officially began. Violence was less in the city than when the last hunter stalked the streets, but areas still resembled a warzone.
Gogedheh sought glory. He was the greatest hunter in every other environment. He slaughtered the hard meat like they were nothing. He withstood extremes of temperature and atmospheric conditions that would kill a lesser hunter. He had bested every prey… save for humanity.
He had set the night’s challenge himself. Five of humanity’s greatest warriors would be around the city that night, and he intended to take them all by the dawn. There were perhaps better warriors on the planet, but the challenge lay in taking all five in such a short time with all else that might interfere.
The five warriors chosen for Gogedheh’s hunt were:
1) Deadly Little Miho – Chief enforcer and Assassin of the Girls of Old Town from Basin City. It was known that she would be in the city with Old Town prostitutes Gail and Wendy who sought an alliance with similar interests in Los Angeles. Reports said she moved more like a demon than a human, and that she was only recorded as ever losing one fight.
2) Natalie Cook – Charlie’s Angel. She is an employee of the Charlie Townsend Detective Agency and a current resident of the city. She is as dangerous unarmed as she is with the best blade in the world. There is also a good chance her fellow Angels, Dylan and Alex, will become a threat during the hunt.
3) Beatrix Kiddo – The Bride, an assassin trained in all known forms of human combat. She is perhaps the only woman in the world deadlier than Miho with a sword. Ten cycles previously a warrior of Gogedheh’s clan legendary for his skill and brutality hunted her. He never came back. To pay for the life she wants to lead with her daughter, she has taken three contracts in the city.
4) Lara Croft - The Tomb Raider, archaeologist and adventuress. Incomplete footage taken from the databases of shadowy corporations showed her besting all of Earth’s deadliest predators alone, including the great lizards widely thought to be long extinct. She was in the city to research a ‘Devil Egg,’ said to be a lost treasure from the earliest days of the city.
5) Cher Horowitz – Kidnapped in college, brainwashed and trained to work for a government agency as the US Government’s top Assassin and counter-intelligence agent. Her public persona of a hugely charitable lawyer’s daughter allows her access to places, conversations and people no other agent could get close too. Gogedheh expects that as soon as the local authorities realise one of his kind is hunting in the city, she will be briefed & assigned to take him out.
The list had been compiled from a wide range of translated human sources. The clans accepted the danger and challenge as being high. Aside from his prey, the warrior would have to face down anything else that got in his way, including the warriors’ peers and the increasingly effective agents of the Human’s government. That was all part of the hunt, which was why he planned for Horowitz to come to him.
Gogedheh knew that if he completed his task he would have more glory to his name than any predator alive as well as proving himself a greater warrior than those of his clan who’d failed. He also knew he had to do it with style; not just hunt them, but defeat them utterly and beyond all doubt before he claimed his trophies from them.
Weapons checked and rechecked. The likely location of his targets mapped into his mask. The predator stepped from his disguised craft into the hot air of the city.
The hunt began.
