Destiny Calls

Chapter One:

Alana parked her car and started walking through the dark woods. She could hear the music ahead and smell the bonfires. She had only been in Ipswich a couple of days but knew this was where she was meant to be. As she approached the crowd of people her senses came alive. She could feel the vibrations of the music through the ground and smell the sweat of the people dancing and drinking.
Her pulse started racing and a light sheen of sweat broke out over her body. She saw the person she was looking for standing in the middle of a crowd talking to another girl.

"Hi, Kate I am so happy I found you. Sorry it took me so long to get here; I had to finish unpacking my things. I couldn't find this skirt anywhere; I finally found it in the last box I unpacked." "Oh, hi Lana, I am glad you made it, here let me introduce you to Sarah, she is new here too." Kate introduced Sarah to Lana and the two girls shook hands. "Sarah is here on scholarship from Boston Public" replied Kate. "Oh, it is nice to meet you Sarah, at least I know I won't be the only new student at Spencer this semester" said Lana. "So are you from Ipswich Lana or are you new to the town like me" Sarah asked. "My family is originally from Ipswich but they moved quite some time ago, I was born and raised in Florida. But after my mother died my father decided that it was time to come home, so here I am." “So give me the scoop who’s here?” asked Sarah. “Well the first thing you have to know is that Aaron Adams is a prick, he treats girls like dirt.” Kate told the other two girls. “O.K. who’s that?” Lana asked pointing to a boy standing off to the side by himself. “He is a new guy, I don’t know much about him but I intend to find out.” Kate said while smiling over at the boy. The two girls were distracted by the sudden intake of breath from Kate. At the same time Lana's senses flared, she felt a current of awareness run down her spine. She could smell them even before she could see them, coming over a sand dune, she could see the outline of four men walking toward them. The sudden combined scent almost sent her too her knees, she could smell their cologne but underneath that see could smell their power. "Who are they?" asked Sarah. "The sons of Ipswich." replied Kate.

“What’s up fellows?” Reid asked as he walked up to the other three boys standing at the edge of a cliff overlooking the party down below. “Where were you, I stopped by to give you a lift?” asked Tyler. “I had things to do.” replied Reid. “How’s the party?” asked Reid. “Don’t know just got here.” Said Pogue. “Well, hell boys let’s drop in.” said Reid as his eyes flashed a ring of fire before turning completely black. He stepped forward off the face of the cliff. “Ah shit yeah.” Replied Tyler turning around and free falling’s backwards. TYLER yelled Caleb stepping forward. “Come on Caleb, it’s not like its going to kill us, yet.” Said Pogue following the other two boys of the edge. Caleb walked forward stepping off the edge of the cliff, floating down instead of plummeting, landing in a crouch. He stood up and started walking to where the other guys where waiting. They started making their way towards the party and crested the last hill when all four of the guys stopped dead in their tracks. “Do you feel that?” Caleb asked looking over at the other three guys. “Yeah, but where is it coming from?” Pogue replied. Reid scanned the crowd looking for anything out of the ordinary, “look there’s Kate, but who are those other two girls with her?” “I don’t know, but let’s go find out shall we.” Pogue stated. As they neared the center of the crowd they approached Kate and heard her say “The sons of Ipswich.” Too the other two girls standing there. As the four boys walked up Caleb said hey to Kate and Pogue walked up and gave her a kiss. “You’re late.” Kate said smiling up at Pogue. “I had a thing with the family, who’s this?” Pogue asked pointing over to Sarah. All four boys immediately noticed how pretty she was with her long blonde hair and cute revealing outfit. “This is Sarah; she is new and will be going to Spencer this semester. She is on scholarship from Boston Public.” Kate answered. Caleb reached out to introduce him self to her “Hi, I’m Caleb Danvers, and this is Tyler Simms, Reid Garwin and Pogue Perry.” While the introductions where being made Lana was standing off to the side trying to get her breathing and pulse under control. Just being in such close proximity to the four guys had her so sexual aroused she could hardly function let alone speak to anyone. Their scent was over powering and so intoxicating she was having trouble controlling her emotions. She had found them, the ones she had come home for, her destiny.
