Chapter
Ten: Jack’s Escape and Rescue

It didn’t
take Elisabeth long to find Chasity. She
was in the Tavern of the Snake Tongued Witch, having a glass of sherry.

“Captain,
Priscilla was fornicating with Sparrow on the helm,” she whispered.

“Thank you
for telling me, Miss Johnson, I shall take care of the situation immediately,”
Chasity said, loudly.

Chasity and
Elisabeth ran as fast as they could for
Athena’s
Jewel.

Meanwhile,
Priscilla didn’t see Elisabeth, and had no clue that she was caught red
handed. Jack didn’t, either.style='mso-spacerun:yes'>
He couldn’t see much past Priscilla, who was
currently tonguing his ear.

When Chasity
and Elisabeth boarded
style='font-size:18.0pt;font-family:"Arial Narrow"'>Athena’s Jewel, style='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'>Chasity grabbed Priscilla and told Elisabeth, “I’ll take care
of the traitor. You take care of Mr.
Sparrow.”

“Aye,
Captain,” replied Elisabeth, untying Jack’s hands.

“I never
thought I’d be glad to see you, Chasity,” said Jack.

“Quiet, you,”
said Chasity, grabbing the ropes Elisabeth dropped with her free hand.

Chasity tied
Priscilla to the mast, took out her pistol, and shot the rule breaker dead.

“Leave her
here for the crew to see as a reminder of what happens when we break the
rules,” said Chasity.

“Aye,
Captain,” replied Elisabeth, buttoning Jack’s breeches for him.

The next day,
Jack decided to escape, even though there was a storm brewing.style='mso-spacerun:yes'>
This time, a woman named Cecily was watching
Jack. Cecily had the intelligence level
that was less than Ragetti, Pintel, Murtogg and Mullroy combined.style='mso-spacerun:yes'> She would be easy to sneak past.style='mso-spacerun:yes'>

While Cecily
was counting all the ships in the harbor, Jack stole a rowboat and started
rowing. When he was out of sight of
style='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>Athena’s Jewel, style='font-size:18.0pt;font-family:"Arial Narrow"'>the storm decided to
start. Pretty soon, Jack’s boat was
reduced to a raft, because the storm had torn it to bits.style='mso-spacerun:yes'> After hitting a rather large wave the next
day, Jack was knocked off the raft and hit his head on the side, becoming
unconscious.

When he awoke
again, he was looking at a sandy haired young woman with blue eyes, rubbing a
salve on his arm.

A/N:style='mso-spacerun:yes'> Sorry for another short chapter.style='mso-spacerun:yes'> I think the next one will be longer, and
it’ll be present day in the story again.
Review!
