Another Confrontation
There may be a sequel to PotC! Depending on the script that is written.

miranda: My life starts at sundown, and right now, that bright ball of fire is still up. ;) No offense taken of course. Besides, writing is my life. You'll see what happens. ;P
SanelyChallenged: Bootstrap will come into play, but not again for a little while. Going again tomorrow.
Lady-Willowish: mm-hm.
Diane: Thanks! Maybe some form of citrus fruit later, keeps scurvey away. ;) I'm glad you're enjoying it so far.
Mel: *grin* Thanks.
Vuaryn: Thanks! Have fun!
Earen: More here. Thanks.
Akurei: Read and see. ;)
Meia: Here you go. Since we don't have a clear character of Bootstrap, I just kind of assumed what he might be like. Thanks!

Will shifted uncomfortably when he woke, only to fee the arms around his chest tighten. "Don't move," Jack muttered.
"Then move your arm."
"No."
Will sighed as he felt Jack's lips on his shoulder. "Alright?"
"Sore."
Jack chuckled and moved just enough to allow Will to turn and face him. Kissing Will lightly, Jack moved to get up.
"The ship can't run herself."
Will smiled, "I'll be right behind you."
Jack dressed quickly, whil Will followed the example at a slower pace; though the latter watched curiously as Jack quickly twisted parts of his hair back into it's former style. Jack was out the door while Will made sure his stitches had not torn before pulling on his shirt and jerkin.
Before he could reach the straiwell to the deck, Jack found himself pinned against a wall with a pistol in front of him. "Really Bootstrap, since when was your pistol the answer to any of your problems? Well, it might've helped with Barbossa... And that-"
"How dare you touch him?"
"Who now?"
Bootstrap's hand tightened on Jack's throat, "No games, Jack."
"Okay," Bootstrap had no other warning before Jack had twisted away from him and had his sword out. "Ye might want to rethink this, Bill. We both know you've never beaten me."
"You're old enough to be his father."
"No, you're old enough to be Will's father," Jack said, smirking. "I'm a tad younger than you."
"I'm taking him with me back to Port Royal."
"I'm not going anywhere."
Jack had seen Will coming and smiled at the determined tone the latter's voice held. Bootstrap turned, "William..."
"I told you before; I'm staying with Jack."
Jack grinned. Bootstraowleowled but tucked his pistol into his belt.
"I swear it, Jack; the next time we meet, I will see your neck in a noose."
Jack stepped aside and Bootstrap left. Jack made his way over to Will, "Alright?"
Will nodded and followed Bootstrap's path to the deck. The Pearl's was was watching curiously as Bootstrap left without saying anything. In a matter of minutes, the man was aboard his own ship and giving the orders to leave. Will put his hands on the rail of the Pearl and leaned forward.
Jack suddenly felt angry, seeing Will's brow furrow and, though Will was trying quite well to keep it from sight, the sadness in the deep brown eyes. The captain glared at the moving Pendulum and put one arm around Will's shoulders. He could see Will's eyes trained on Bootstrap and reminded himself to wonder why he had been friends with the man later.
Faintly aware that the Pearl's crew was waiting for him, Jack turned to face them. "To work, we return to port."
In a softer voice, Jack turned his attention back to Will. "It's alright Will. Go get us something to eat, hm?"
Will just nodded and left.

Eh, I don't like this chapter, might edit it later. But for now, it'll do.
