Hi dears! See,I updated sooner than last time!!! This chapter won't

Almost a month had passed when Jack,Will and the others finally arrived
at Tortuga again. Will was so relieved to see the hectic island that
started to cry while they were approaching it. He couldn't forget the
way he had been hurt. This trip had only been good for one thing: he had
met Jack and they were together. But everything else had been a nightmare.
Jack steered the ship to the docks and they dropped anchor. Will said
to Jack he was going to inform his father that he had arrived and then
they could meet at a tavern. Jack agreed,gave Will a quick kiss,and got
out of the ship along with Ragetti,who was fully healed now,Anna and
Tracy. As soon as they arrived,Charles had jumped to the waters - clothed
and all - and had disappeared among the Tortuga crowd. It was clear that
he didn't want to be around any of them again,and Jack thanked God for
that.
Will walked home quickly,carrying his effects. When his foster father
saw him,he almost screamed:
"Will!!!!" And he hurried to hold his son tightly.
"Oh,dad...see,I told you I'd be back." he said. He would never tell his
father what had happened,that he had been raped. No need to upset his
old man.
"Did everything go alright?" Brown asked.
"Yes." Will lied. "But we couldn't take Jack's ship back."
"Why not?" Brown frowned. He was no fool. If they hadn't been able to
take the ship,it was because something had happened.
"Well...the crew who was with us...they left as soon as we got to the
Isla de Muerta...bunch of cowards..." Will decided to tell half of the
truth.
"So all this time was for nothing? Couldn't you fight for the ship?"
"No. There were just me,Charles,Jack,Anna,Gibbs,Tracy and Phil." Will was
eager to change the subject,and said: "I met a fellow who worked with
you at Port Royal,dad. His name is Ragetti."
"Ragetti? Gods,I remember him! He was a lad then. Worked hard. Good man.
Where did you meet him?"
"Um...it was at a port...he...he asked for a lift."
"I see. He isn't a pirate,is he?"
"Um...he is."
"Dear God." Mr Brown said. "Poor lad."
Will sighed and shook his head. No,his dad wouldn't change his mind about
pirates.
"I was wondering,dad..."
"About what?"
"Well,I..." Will was going to go on,but he heard someone approaching.
His friend Henry showed up,with a bunch of blades to polish.
"Henry!" Will hugged him. "How've you been?"
"I'm okay,Will. Thank God you came back safely. Where is Charles?"
"Um...he left the ship as soon as we arrived. May be wandering around."
Henry nodded and went back to work. Brown said:
"So what were you wondering,Will?"
"Can I bring someone ive ive here for a while?"
"I think so. Who is it?"
"I...well...I'm with Jack."
Brown didn't understand much,but Henry nearly dropped the blades.
"You’re...you’re with a man?"
So Brown realized what Will had wanted to say when he said he was with
Jack. But he didn't have the guts to ask what he really wanted to know.
So he said:
"You're with him? As in...he's your mate?"
"No,dad." Will took a deep breath. "He's my lover."
Brown coughed. Though he lived in a pirates' city,he wasn't still used
that they liked sodomy.
"He didn’t force you,did he?"
"Of course not!" Will said,outraged. "He loves me and I love him."
"Well,these pirates...they like to rape people,you know."
Will shivered. Of course he had remembered the rapes /again/. He said:
"Not Jack. He's different. He's a good man. So...can he stay here with

"Okay,Will. He can. But he will have to work. I'm not providing him!" Brown said,
but wasn’t really fond of the idea of Will living with another man at his house.
Will said:
"Dad,Jack is rich. He doesn't need our money. Alright? Besides,he knows
nothing about our craft."
"Alright." Brown nodded. "Ask him to come here. He can sleep on the sofa."
"Dad!" Will exclaimed. "He's staying in my bedroom."
"Um...alright,son." Brown said,a little embarrassed. He wanted Will to be happy,of course he did. He just wasn't expecting his son to fall in love with another man.
"You'll like him." Will said,smiling. "He's not smug. He's so nice..."
Will said dreamily and Brown coughed. Will got a grip on himself and said:
"So can I tell him you let him stay?"
"You can,Will. But if he tries something against us..."
"Dad!" Will said,exhasperated. "How many times must I tell you Jack is
not like this?"
Brown said nothing. Will left to meet Jack at a tavern.
When the lad arrived there,it was crowded as usual,even though it was
only around 3 PM. Jack was there,talking to Anna,Tracy and Ragetti. When
Will arrived,Jack asked his lover to sit beside him,and Will did it.
The women were talking about something like looking for another pirate
ship and leave soon. Ragetti,who didn't tear his eyes off of Anna,though
he tried to pretend he wasn't looking at her,wasn't thinking about
travelling again for a while. He didn't like the idea of Anna going away
so soon. Jack said:
"I assume it's the perfect hour to take care of our business." he looked
at Ragetti. "I owe you a ship,mate." Then,he eyed Tracy. "And I owe you
money for taking part on me crew."
"I don't want any money,Jack." Tracy said. They had become friends. Tracy
didn't call him captain anymore. And she didn't want any payment either.
"I insist." Jack said. "I know we couldn't take my ship back,but you
risked your life by following me. Same to you,Will." Jack looked at Will,
and Will held him with no shame.
"I don't really think you are thinking you are going to pay me. I don't
want any money either Jack. I have everything I want already." Will
smiled and kissed Jack's lips softly. Jack smiled back and held Will's
hand from under the table.
"I don't want any treasure,Jack." Tracy spoke again. "Nothing can erase
the pain I felt. No money can make me forget it. So,don't bother. If only
it made me forget..."
Anna hugged her friend,understanding her. Jack shrugged. He could give
the money. No problem at all. He had much.
"Are you sure?" Jack looked at Will and Tracy.
They both nodded.
"I think our friendship worths more than any money." Tracy said.
"Thanks." Jack said,and looked at Tracy. "So do I."
Will just hugged Jack,and the captain knew that Will thought their love
was much more worthy than any money too.
"What about you,mate?" Jack said to Ragetti. "You saved us. You almost
died because of us. Surely you'll be wanting something back."
"I'll be happy with shi ship,Jack. Nothing more than that." Ragetti said.
They had already talked about it. Jack would give him the ship they had
commandeered after killing Barbossa.
"So it's yours." Jack said and they shook hands. "Agreed?"
"Agreed." Ragetti said.
They stayed there for a long while. Talked about lighter things. None of
them wanted to remember the trip. All of them had been hurt in a way.
"Where did Charles go to?" Jack asked Will.
"I dunno. Didn't see him anymore."
Jack knew it was a paranoia,but he still feared Charles would harm him
or Will. And not knowing where Charles was made him feel a bit worried.
But he tried to put his worries away and drink with his friends and his
lover. Jack didn't remember having drunk so much rum before this day.
They really wanted to celebrate they had come back safely. Well,at least
physically.
"So what are ye going to do?" Will heard Ragetti asking Anna. "Are ye
going back to the sea?"
"I think I will. I belong there. Don't like to be at land for so much."
Ragetti just nodded,sadly. The woman noticed it. She said:
"Um...why don't you come with me?"
"Well,miss,I want to relax a bit...I really need to."
"I see."
Will interrupted them by saying to Ragetti:
"My father rembered you. Said you were a good man and worked hard."
"Oh,really? I'd like to meet him again."
"Come with me and Jack when we go."
Ragetti nodded.
Much later,they left the tavern. Jack was holding onto Will. The captain
was completely drunk. Will wondered if that would be the best time to
introduce his father to Jack,but then tried to relax with that.
"You drank so much today,love." Will said,but not accusingly. Maybe a
little worriedly.
"Itzz becauzz I'm happy..." Jack hiccuped. "...to be wif ye."
Will smiled. He knew he wouldn't care one bit if his father said something
about Jack's drunken state.
Will loved Jack enough to care.

Will,Jack and Ragetti went to Will's house while Anna and Tracy went to
Tracy's house. She was a pirate,but had a house in Tortuga and spent
much time there. As Anna didn't have a house there,Tracy couldn't just
leave her friend sleeping on the ship. Though Anna didn't care much.
When the men arrived at Will's house,Brown recognised Ragetti easily:
"Ragetti...it's been a long time."
"How've you been,Mr. Brown?" Ragetti shook the hand of his ex-master.
"Ah...much work,as usual." Brown eyed his ex-employee carefully. "Jesus,
Mary and Joseph,what happened to your eye,son?"
"Well,it was in a fight...a pirate came and took off me eye with a knife
...I had to use a glass eye since then."
"Dear God. I can't believe you became a pirate,lad!"
"Well...there are pirates and pirates,sir."
"Aye." Jack said in his drunken voice. "Hezz a good piratch. He sh-shsavedzz
uzz."
"Saved you? From what?" Brown inquired,looking at Will,who had elbowed
Jack in the ribs without his father noticing it.
"Yeah,dad,ye know...Ragetti...he...um...well,thip wip was stranded in
the sand and he showed up! Yeah!" Will looked at Jack warningly,as for
he not to speak too much again. "He helped us to free the ship,ye know."
"Um..." Brown didn't believe much,but Jack said:
"Ezzactly...he shsaved uzz."
"And I assume you are Jack,aren't you?" Brown asked.
"Jack Sparr..." Jack hiccuped. "Sparrow. Plizzedth to meetch ye zzirr.
I luvv yer son."
Will was with his head on his hands but couldn't help to smile at that.
"Well,Mr. Sparrow. I believe it'll be better if we talk tomorrow."
"Ezzactly." Jack said. Will was still giggling. He said:
"Come on,Jack,let's go to my room."
As soon as he closed the door,he said:
"Jack! I didn't tell my father what happened! And I don't want him to
know,okay?"
"Sorry luvv..." Jack said sadly. "I didchn't knoww."
Will's face softened and he kissed Jack's cheek.
"It's okay. Sleep now. We can talk tomorrow."
"I luvv ye." Jack said,taking one of Will's hand in his and kissing it.
"I love you too,baby. Go to sleep." Will said softly,and stayed there
caressing his lover's hair until Jack was snoring soundly. Will left his
room with a smile on his face.
His father was still talking to Ragetti. Will heard something about
Ragetti staying there to work with Brown again for a while. It would be
great. Ragetti didn't really want to go back to the sea right now.
He accepted Brown's offer and would only regret it if Anna wanted to go
back to the sea...
Will was going to the ship they had come to take his and Jack's effects
to bring to his house,but Brown stopped him:
"Son...did you have to choose a drunken pirate to be your lover?"
Will sighed.
"He's not that bad." Will joked. "He just likes to drink. What's the
matter?"
"He's not violent when he's drunk,is he?"
Will laughed:
"Father,you can be rested. Jack's not violent. He's sweet and he loves
me,okay?"
"I really hope so."
Will left and went back soon with their effects. Then he went back to his
room. Minutes later,he was sleeping soundly,curled against Jack,who didn't
even move.

The next day,Will awoke and Jack was seated on the floor,next to a wall,
and his head in his hands. Will found it weird,though he /knew/ Jack
/was/ weird. He said:
"What's wrong,Jack?"
"Oh,hi love." Jack said. "Nothing's wrong,it's just a hangover."
"I should've known." Will said,sitting on his bed. "Come here. Let me
cure it."
Jack smiled. Not even Will could cure him today. The headache was too
strong. But Jack came back to bed and kissed his lover on the mouth. l lal lay above Jack and started kissing and licking his face,while Jack
caressed his back and bum. But when Will was going to take off Jack's
pants to suck him,he realized his lover had fallen asleep again. Will

Jack was half asleep when he heard yelling. He rubbed his eyes,sat down
and tried to listen to whoever was yelling through the closed door. Will
had already awaken and Jack missed being curled against his lo tha that
was why he had awaken.
"And I /don't/ want a drunken pirate in here!" yelled Mr. Brown.
"Dad,he's going to hear you. Please calm down." Will begged.
"I don't care. He can wake up,grab his things and go away."
"If havesaves,I'm leaving with him." Will said stubbornly. "I'm going
to sail with him."
Will couldn't understand what had happened. The day before his father
seemed to be okay with Jack being there. Will was sure that it wasn't
because Jack had drunk,but because of their relationship. Will was sure
it was because Mr. Brown couldn't accept his son dating another man.
Jack had heard everything. He was looking blankly to the closed door. He
didn't know what he would do. He just knew he had to leave Will's house
and it made him feel like crying. He didn't want to be away from Will.
Will said to Brown:
"You are doing this to me because you don't want me to be with Jack."
"What if I am?"
"Then I'll leave." Will entered his room with his eyes full of tears.
Jack looked at him sadly and Will knew that he had heard everything.
"Oh Jack...did you hear us?"
Jack nodded.
"I'm sorry." Will pleaded. "I couldn't imagine my father would do this."
Jack held Will tightly and kissed his lips. "It's not your fault."
"What are we going to do?" Will asked sadly.
"Well,I have to leave." Jack shrugged. "But I'm not going back to the sea.
Not now." Jack looked deeply in thought. "I think I'm having an idea.
I can ask Tracy to stay at her house."
Will nodded: "I think that would be a good idea."
"Help me pack my things." Jack asked him.
"Sure."
Will helped Jack and then they left the house. Will glared at his father
while he was leaving.
"Where are you going?" Brown asked Will.
"I'm not running,okay?" Will snapped. "I'll be right back."
Brown felt a pang of guilt,but Will had guessed right. He couldn't stand
to know his son was with a man.
After Jack asked Tracy to stay at her house and she agreed,Will came back
home. His father said:
"About time you came back! We've got work to do!"
Will grumbled: "You were not polite. Jack heard everything."
Brown shrugged. Will shook his head and started polishing swords.
"Where is Charles? Won't he be working here anymore?" Brown asked.
"I don't know." Will said,but didn't say anything else. He wouldn't tell
his father what had happened between he and Charles. Anyway,he was almost
sure Charles wouldn't want to be around him for long,for he would have
to see Will with Jack all the time.
Will worked as hard as he was used to. When he finished it was almost
8PM. He had told Jack to wait for him and they would spend the night
together.
Jack slept almost all afternoon,for he hadn't slept well at night because
of the hangover. When Jack finally awoke,it was almost 6PM and neither
Tracy nor Anna were in the house.
Around 9PM,the women hadn't come back yet and Jack heard a knock on the
door. It was Will. Jack grinned and held him tightly,kissing his lover
with passion. Will was still afraid of having any sexual contact,though
he knew Jack loved and desired him. But when he saw Jack shirtless again,
he felt a wave of desire rushing to his groin. It became even harder to
pretend he wasn't aroused when Jack kissed him lovingly.
"Hi love." Jack said.
"Hi." Will grinned. "So do you want to go out?"
"We could go to a tavern but not for long. I want to spend the night with

They stayed at the tavern for a while. Anna and Tracy weren't there,so
Will spent almost all the night alone with Jack.
Ragetti and Henry showed up later and sat with Will and Jack.
Will said:
"Jack,this is Henry,a friend of mine."
The men shook the hands of one another and Henry said:
"Are you a pirate?"
"I am." Jack replied,extremely happy that Henry didn't know who he was.
All he really wanted was to feel like a normal person.
"He's also my lover." Will said proudly.
"Oh." Henry widened his eyes. "But I thought Charles...um...never mind."
Will eyed Henry curiously:
"Did you think Charles what?"
"Nothing..." Henry said,clearly pissed that he had talked too much.
"Did you think I was with Charles?" Will asked.
"Um...yes."
"So he told you he was in love with me."
"Did you know?" Henry asked dumbly.
"He told me while we were traveling." Will said. Jack looked away. He
didn't like to speak about Charles in any way.
"Well,he had no one whom to spill this out." Henry explained. "He really
loves you. He cried so many days while talking about you."
Will sighed. He knew how intense Charles could be,but unfortunately,not
only the good side of intense.
"Is that why he hasn't come back to work with us?" Henry asked.
"He's not happy I'm with Jack." Will replied. "I don't know where he is,
but I'm sure he didn't come back because of that."
Ragetti said:
"Will,Charles went to talk to your father around noon. I think it was
that time you left with Jack. He came to tell Mr. Brown he wouldn't be
working there anymore."
"Really?" Will said. "But where is he?"
"Well,he wasn't at home in the afternoon. Mr. Brown went to to talk to
his father and the man was worried about Charles. He said Charles barely
stays at home and when he does he feels like crying all the time."
Will sighed again,but tried not to feel guilty. Charles had made a choice.
He had hurt many people,including Will. So Will didn't want to suffer
for him. He would try to be happy with Jack,and that was all that mattered
to him now.
Jack and Will were already leaving to Tracy's house when she and Anna
finally showed up. And they weren't alone. Dave,Jack's ex-captain,was
with them.
"Dave!" Jack exclaimed,and stood up to hug his friend. "I didn't know you
were here! Didn't see the ship."
"I’ve been here for fifteen days already. And you didn’t see the ship because our ship exploded and I commandeered another one."
"Exploded? What happened?!" Jack asked worriedly.
"Well,while we were sailing around Miami,a bunch of pirates stopped us.
They made us prisioners and exploded our ship. We ran away,but I swore
I wouldn't sail without good crewmembers again. So,I came back here to
pick goo good crew. Couldn't believe I found Annamaria! And now you."
"Here's not the best place to pick up a loyal crew,mate." Jack said
bitterly. "You can find good fighters,but they're not loyal. Only if they’re
pirates like us.”
"Anna told me all the story,Jack." Dave replied. "I'm so sorry Gibbs
died."
"Aye." Jack replied sadly. "Did she tell you my crew left me alone too?"
"She did."
"And I couldn't take my ship back. I'm so pissed."
Will squeezed Jack's hand from under the table. Jack looked at him and
said:
"Dave,this is my lover,Will."
"Nice to meet you,lad." Dave said.
"Nice to meet you,Captain." Will said politely. "Jack has told me about
you."
Anna said:
"We're leaving with Dave." Anna said. "Me and Tracy. Don't you want to
come?" she looked at Jack,Will and Ragetti.
Jack wanted to go,but he wanted much more to stay with Will. So he said:
"We're going to stay here for a while,me and Will."
"I thought so.” Anna smiled encouragingly. “And you,Ragetti?" Anna asked
hopefully.
"Think I'll accept the offer." the pirate said,and Anna grinned.
"You will always have a place on my ship,Jack." Dave said. "You're a good
man and a good pirate. And now Will has a place too. Whenever you want
to join me,you can.”
“Thanks,mate.” Jack replied.
"Thanks,Captain." Will said. "But I really need to rest for a while. Anna
must have told you what happened when we were trying to take the Pearl."
"She told me,lad." Dave said sympathetically.
"I need to forget about it first. Then maybe I'll be wanting to adventure
myself again."
Dave nodded and Jack just held Will tightly. He wanted to make his lover's
pain go away more than anything. And he promised himself he would do
just that.
"When are you leaving?" Jack asked Dave,still holding Will.
"In two days' time."
Jack nodded. He turned to Anna: “I’ll miss you lady.” He knew it would
make Anna glare at him. She hated being called lady or miss.

That night Will didn’t come back home. He went to Tracy’s house with Jack
and asked Ragetti to tell his father he would sleep there.
As soon as they got to the house Tracy and Anna went to sleep. Jack stood there
alone with Will in the living room. Jack said:
“Yer so beautiful tonight...” he kissed the back of Will’s neck and held him tightly
against himself. Will grinned,wrapping his arms on Jack’s neck and they finally kissed
eagerly. They were happy to be alone finally.
