Comes to a Head

Blood, a lot of blood. The room is dark, a glint of steel in the dim light. A male form under bloody sheets.

Her hand reaches to pull the bloody sheet back, and screams….

Kylie bolted up out of her chair and ran. She knew what she was seeing, for once the vision and dream was perfectly clear. Shoving aside men who were considerably larger then her, she made her way to his chambers, shoving the doors open to see Dame Vaako standing over Riddick with a knife.

“You bitch!” Kylie growled and launched herself at the woman, knocking the knife under the bed.

Riddick was startled awake by the sudden noise, to see the women fighting. The older woman was on the ground, punches flying into her face as they flew from Kylie, drawing blood.

Kylie was thrown off, only to get right back on her feet, a bruise blossoming on her cheek from where Dame Vaako had landed a blow across her cheek. She hissed at the other woman, eyes blazing.

“I warned you, you had to try it anyway.” She spat out at her, before striking out, slashing her nails across the cheek of the other woman, drawing blood. The smell of it flooded her senses, inflaming her anger more.

Dame Vaako, grabbing something off the dresser, swung it, striking Kylie in the ribs. The pain was lost on to her though, and she was attacking like a wildcat, her nails digging into the woman.

From the corner of her eye, Kylie saw the knife she had been trying to use on Riddick. She dove for it, slashing at the necro, cutting gashes into her clothing, drawing thin lines of blood across her stomach and arms.

Dame Vaako launched herself at Kylie, wrestling her for the knife. Taking a chance, she let go of one of the other woman’s arms and grabbed a handful of her hair. Summing her strength, she smashed the woman’s face into the wall, leaving a bloody smear against it as her body fell to the floor.

Kylie whirled around, facing off with the large man, anger fueling her as she spoke. She stalked across the room to where he stood beside his bed. “I should let her have you, if you’re that fucking blind you deserve her. I fucking told you, but would you listen? No, nobody ever fucking listens. Nobody EVER LISTENS!”

She raised her hand, wanting to hit him, to force him to listen to her, but he grabbed her wrist, pulling her tight, and kissed her hard and deep, silencing her.

She squirmed against him, trying to pull her arm free. A loud pounding on his door made him pull away from her, and as he dealt with the unconscious woman, and his visitors, she slipped away.

She was still fuming at Dame Vaako, but at herself for letting her get that close to him. She never should have had that chance in the first place. She was also very angry with Riddick, for giving her that opportunity. He had to know what a snake she was, but to get into a woman’s pants, men would do the most stupid things. She stormed her way through the halls, mind going over and over what could have happened. Her hair had come undone by the time she stopped, somewhere she wasn’t really surprised to be.

She walked into her ship, and settled herself into the cockpit, knowing that there weren’t many people who would bother her there.
