THE PURRFECT PLAN (DA PAST)

Beth and Venom came up with the purrfect plan. The guy running the contest was pheenin for Venom. He had asked her out a couple of times but she played hard to get. The poor guy just hadn’t realized that she was secretly pheenin for him as well. She called him and asked him out. She told him that she would only go out with him if he would make sure Dev would win the date with Lestat. Razure wasn’t a sucker and didn’t fall for it at first. She finally broke down and revealed her true feelings for him. Venom assured him that she really did like him and this proposition was mainly about surprising Dev. Afterwards, he just couldn’t resist and was game. They both saw it as a win-win situation.

So, how did they keep this huge secret away from Dev? I’ll tell you since you asked so politely. They knew she would hear about the contest and even enter it. But they would keep the secret that her wish had already been granted. They wouldn’t let her know until that magical moment.

They knew Dev would need a dope a$$ outfit for this dream date. They decided that Beth would do the shopping since Venom and Dev were inseparable. Nessa would never get it done without Dev knowing about it. They’ve borrowed each other’s clothes so much that Nessa had her size down pat. The outfit would be from them both and they would insist on her wearing it on that day. If she put up a fight, they would just kick her lil vampy a$$!! She would go out to dinner with her parents and then go to Club Deep with them. And that’s when she’ll receive the sweetest and hottest birthday ever.

But what about Viper, Dev’s man?

"Don’t worry about Da Vip man, I’ll keep him busy. He’s always looking for trouble and I’ll just make sure that "it" finds him first," Beth sneakily assured.

Hmm, if only she knew the type of trouble she’d gotten them all into.

Beth woke up in a kold sweat screaming. Slater instantly rushed by her side to see what was wrong.

"Did you have another one, B?" he asked.

She answered him with a slight nod. She started to shake and he climbed into her bed. She quickly found solace in his arms. He held her tight through the night.

PARTY UP! (DEV’S POV)

It was my 18th Rid-Day and I was so psyched! I went out to dinner with my parents. To my surprise, I actually had a great time. We had pleasant conversation and great food. What more could a woman ask for? After dinner, they drove me back home to get ready for Club Deep.

My girls bought me this hella sexy leather outfit. I Loved it. They insisted that I put it on and were very persistent so I just complied. When they picked me up, they seemed extremely cheery..even for them. I knew something was up but I just didn’t have a clue. I wished so badly that I would win that date with Lestat.

Once we got there, Beth took off to start her shift. I grabbed Venom's hand and ran to the dance floor. Man I had purrfect timing. They were playing "Shake Your Tail Feather,” that old hott collab with Murphy Lee, Nelly, and Puffy. We sure did Shake our tail feathers that night. What happened later that night changed my life forever.

Dev woke up in a kold sweat. She started to shiver shaking the cot she laid on. She looked around the old rickety shack that she found the night before and suddenly felt all one.
