Marriage

Chapter 18: Marriage

The sun was still up, the stone beneath his bare feet warm. Tobias was a little dizzy. He reached out to steady himself, surprised when his hands tapped against glass. He blinked and realized that he was standing before a window, his hands pressed to the warm glass. He glanced up to find the curtains drawn to the side, a spill of sunlight upon him. The upward glance made him unsteady again, but he didn’t fall back. There were strong arms about him, holding him firmly in place.

Tobias moved his hands to these arms, not surprised to find the skin cool to the touch, “Jareth?” He whispered, feeling strangely faint.

The Goblin King leaned down, pressing his cheek to his lover’s, “Yes?”

“Why do I feel so weak?”

“It takes a lot out of you to cross between our two worlds.” Jareth explained, gently resting his chin on the boy’s shoulder.

Taking a step in order to turn and face his lover, Tobias’ foot nudged something. He looked down to find his backpack there, full as ever. He wanted to show Jareth the things he’d brought back with him but was simply too tired. His knees began shaking, “I have to sit down.”

Jareth lifted his young lover easily enough and stepped over to the bed, helping him to sit on the edge, “I’m glad you’re back.” He whispered, kissing the boy’s neck chastely. Relief washed through him. He’d really been worried that Tobias might change his mind.

Tobias smiled, scooting towards the center of the immense bed and lying back, “I’m glad to be back. It was nice to see my family again, but my parents…” He shook his head in disappointment.

Jareth removed his spiffy jacket and boots before crawling onto the bed as well. He wanted to ask more about what had happened but knew it was something disheartening for the boy and decided against it. Now was a time to be happy. They were reunited.

He climbed up further, leaning over Tobias, noticing suddenly the boy’s hair was different, “What did you do to your hair?”

Tobias laughed, reaching up to entangle his fingers in his loose locks, “Oh… I dyed it back to its natural color. Well, except the blue. I didn’t want to have my roots growing out again like before.” He blinked, looking to Jareth’s exquisite face, “Do you like it?” He asked, unable to resist the blush that rose to his cheeks.

The Goblin King looked over this new change in his lover’s appearance. It truly was a lovely shade, one he couldn’t quite define. He ran his fingers over it, marveling in its glossy quality. And the blue… It brought out those magnificent eyes, “Yes, I like it.” He answered finally, leaning down and kissing the lips he’d so missed, nibbling gently at the slightly larger top lip.

“Mmm…” Tobias moaned into the kiss, breaking it in order to speak, “More.”

Jareth was more than willing, but, “You’re tired. You need to rest.”

Tobias shook his head, “No, I want to. You’ll just have to do all the work.”

Jareth didn’t argue the issue. With fingers that still remembered, he went to work, slipping his hands beneath Tobias’ shirt, sliding them up, pausing to linger over navel and nipples. He relished the sound of his lover sucking in a breath as he teased with butterfly touches. The shirt was pushed up now, gathered at the boy’s armpits. Jareth descended, pressing his face lightly to Tobias’ warm stomach, the skin soft and smooth and sublime. He licked a slow trail upwards, pushing the shirt up a bit further in order to nibble at a slightly jutting collarbone.

Tobias lifted his arms, making it easier for his lover to remove his shirt. He closed his eyes as the material was slipped over his head and tossed aside. In mere seconds, Jareth’s mouth was on his chest again, cruel teeth gently scraping at his nipples now, clever tongue going over them afterwards as if in apology. Tobias found himself writhing as this process was repeated over and over, until he felt a sharp sting.

Glancing down, Tobias found blood had been drawn from a small bite near his left nipple. Jareth looked up at him with the most lustful gaze, keeping eye contact as he descended again to lap at the tiny bead of blood their, his poet’s shirt loose at the neck and hanging open.

Tobias shivered, letting his head fall back. He would never have guessed he’d be one for this rough play, but no doubt about it, he was enjoying this. God, Jareth had looked the predator upon his prey, mismatched eyes looking out from under his brows, glowing with passion.

Another sharp sting, this time at his collarbone, brought Tobias from his thoughts, “Ah!” He clenched his fingers in the sheets, these nips and bites making him more and more aroused. Those firm lips continued upward, gracing his neck and jaw line before finally meeting his lips. Tobias opened himself up to the kiss, savoring that sweet, unique taste that was the Goblin King.

Jareth kept his eyes open as he ran his tongue over teeth and gums and lips, sucking seductively at his lover’s tongue. He pulled back, running his hands down to the boy’s jean closure, “I want you to turn over for me.” He said, his voice husky. He pulled back, rising to his knees. It had become familiar to him by now how to unbutton and unzip the fly of his lover’s pants. He stepped off the bed, moving back in order to pull from the bottom hems of Tobias’ jeans, revealing inch by inch all of the boy’s glorious skin until they were off and dropped to the floor. Tobias was fully erect and blushing. Jareth simply stood there, waiting, watching as the boy moved to turn over as he’d asked. It seemed his lover had little to no energy, the task an effort. Still, Jareth watched, marveling in the beauty of such a scene.

When Tobias was turned over, pale bottom in the air, the Goblin King stepped forward. After unlacing his pants enough to free his arousal, he climbed back onto the bed, placing the palm of his hand to the back of Tobias’ knee, running a firm touch up over the back of the boy’s thigh until he came to the soft, firm flesh of his bottom.

Leaning down, Jareth licked up the crack in one fluid motion. His lover shivered and moaned beneath him. He did it again, using his hands this time to spread those glorious cheeks. Again and again he painted Tobias’ rear with his saliva, veering up and out to nip at the pliant flesh that wasn’t so sensitive or easily damaged. He made marks, dragging his teeth. He brought tiny beads of blood to the surface, moaning himself at the boy’s writhing and panting.

He found his way back though, his tongue dipping down into the crack again, easily finding that tight ring of pink skin. He was gentle, caressing it over and over, pressing his tongue forward, teasing.

Tobias gripped the sheets, pressing his face into the bed, eyes squeezed shut. He had his arms pulled under him and used his elbows and knees to lift his back end off the bed. He was so weak though, he only managed to lift himself six inches or so before he collapsed back to the bed. He opened his mouth in a silent moan as Jareth’s tongue entered him again, deeper this time. He gasped in order to catch his breath, regaining his voice, “Jareth… Nnn… Please!” He tried to lift his hips again in an obvious gesture that he wanted more.

The Goblin King smirked, pleased with the results, “Please?” He asked in a cruel, teasing voice as he licked over the boy’s crack yet again.

“Unhh… Yes, please…” Tobias moaned, Jareth’s fingers coming so close to where he wanted them, deep inside, “More.” He tried again to lift his rear into the air, begging not only with his voice but with his body as well.

Jareth moved up closer, leaning over his lover so as to speak into the boy’s ear, “Here, let me, I’ll give you more.” He said, taking hold of Tobias’ hips and lifting them higher, positioning his bottom as he moved in close, his weeping arousal resting there in the boy’s crack, ready, “I’ll give you anything you desire.” He whispered, nipping at his lover’s neck as he pressed forward, one hand still holding Tobias’ hip, the other guiding his throbbing erection.

Tobias pressed his forehead down against the bed, mouth open, eyes closed. He wanted to scream. It hurt yet felt so good. It was the perfect combination, exactly what he had come to expect from the Goblin King. His lover was fully emerged, filling him completely. Tobias could feel Jareth’s thighs pressed against the back of his own, warm now from their contact. Jareth began to pull back and Tobias moaned, that wonderful friction making him burn with passion.

After building up a slow, steady rhythm, Jareth leaned over, assaulting his lover’s beautiful, smooth back with his lips and gentle bites, paying special attention to the lines of his shoulder blades. The moans and pants Tobias whimpered beneath him had changed though, hadn’t they? The boy was begging for more still. All this time Jareth was carefully caressing that spot within his lover, but now he leaned up again, taking hold of narrow hips with both hands as he drove in a little harder, knowing exactly what he was aiming for.

As predicted, he hit that spot perfectly. Tobias cried out and threw his head back, suddenly finding the energy to push up and back with the leverage of his elbows. Jareth hit it again, working his thrusts into a steady pounding. It didn’t take long.

“Jareth… I’m going to…” He couldn’t manage to finish the thought, neither aloud or in his head. The orgasm hit him like a freight train, tearing through his entire body, making mush of his muscles and throwing his soul into ecstasy. Tobias screamed something, but he couldn’t know what. Wave after wave washed over him, each time a little weaker. He collapsed against the bed, his face against the sheets, his hands loose, no longer gripping. Jareth still held his hips, however, and was still thrusting into him with the same force.

Jareth squeezed the boy’s cheeks together around his arousal, and with a few more thrusts, he felt it approaching, that building sensation low in his groin. He knew his lover didn’t mind his lateness, didn’t mind his continued assault on the boy’s already ravaged body. He leaned over, his hips pumping like mad as he set his teeth to the soft flesh of Tobias’ side, just below the ribs where the skin was pliant. With a few ferocious thrusts he was coming, sending his seed deep, his erection buried completely as he did so. He felt so compelled to mark his lover like a beast. Was this also the curse of the Goblin King? Or merely a sexual preference, a fetish? He didn’t care. It pleased him, and Tobias didn’t seem to mind.

His arousal dwindling within his lover, Jareth released the skin between his teeth to find that the bite was rather harsh, an obvious half moon with numerous penetrations, the deepest those of his eyeteeth, large beads of blood welling up, threatening to spill. He gently lapped it away, soothing the wound with his tongue. Satisfied, he sat up on his knees, pulling himself free from Tobias and releasing the boy’s hips, assisting him in easing down fully against the bed rather than merely dropping him.

With a thought, Jareth shut out the sun, the curtains closing. He also lit several of the candles closer to the bed, a soft illumination fighting the darkness. He stood once more to remove his pants and shirt, completely nude as he lie back beside his lover, “Are you okay?” He asked, reaching out to brush Tobias’ hair.

Lifting his face from the sheets, Tobias turned to face the Goblin King. The expression there was cool and confident, but there, shining in the eyes was a glimmer of concern. Tobias smiled, nodding, “I’m so tired.”

“Here.” Jareth said, pulling the boy to him, holding him close. They didn’t bother with pillows or covers or even to lie straight in bed… Holding the boy gently in his arms, Jareth watched as Tobias fell asleep rather instantly, breathing slow and steady. He watched for some time, running his fingers over his lover’s back and shoulders. Without warning, however, sleep came for him as well, and together they lie, sleeping soundly, dreaming of one another.

………………………………...

With the rise of the moon, Tobias blinked his eyes into wakefulness. He was lying on his stomach, face pressed to Jareth’s chest, a string of drool pooling on the older man’s pale skin. He pushed himself up on his elbows and then onto his hands, sitting up. Instantly he felt a pang in his rear. Tobias hissed, pulling his legs in to sit Indian style and look down on his lover.

Jareth was lying on his back, turned slightly to the side, his head resting on the mattress, a long length of neck exposed. Tobias smiled, satisfied to just watch the peaceful expression on the man’s normally cruel, seductive expression. He reached down between his legs, not surprised to find a sticky mess seeping from inside him. The bath was just feet away, but Tobias didn’t feel like leaving the bed just yet. Using the same messy hand, he fingered the little pool of saliva on Jareth’s chest, painting wet designs.

The Goblin King stirred at this, opening his eyes to find his young lover looking down at him, “Nn… Sleep well?” He asked, sitting up, kissing the boy chastely on the lips.

Tobias smiled, nodding, reaching out to pull the older man in for another kiss, “I want to stay in bed.” He whispered, resting his hand on Jareth’s bare thigh. It was a bold move, something he didn’t do too often.

Jareth slowly shook his head, rubbing his cheek to Tobias’, “I’d love to, but the goblins are calling.”

Tobias nodded, understanding. The goblins needed Jareth’s presence periodically, as if they gained knowledge, understanding, and strength from their king. It was strange to see it, the room filled with goblins, Jareth sitting silently amongst them as if asleep, while in reality their was sort of mental communication taking place.

Climbing out of bed in a smooth, graceful movement, Jareth used his magic to become clean, dressed, and ready for the night. He wore simple clothes for a change, a white poet’s shirt, black tights, and his typical knee-high boots. Tobias laughed, “That’s just too easy. I would have loved to be able to do that in the mornings before school.”

Jareth cocked an eyebrow, “Would you like me to do the same for you?”

“No,” Tobias answered, shaking his head, “I want to relax in the bath.”

A smirk pulled at Jareth’s thin lips knowing he had made his lover sore, “Very well, I’ll see you later then.” And with that he was gone, disappearing with a blink.

Tobias remained in bed for a few moments, staring at the place his lover had been, marveling at all the magic of the Underground. As he shifted, he was reminded of his messy state and rose, making his way to the bathroom. The tub was full, the coals glowing. Tobias wondered who did this for them every evening, or was it another act of magic?

No matter. He climbed in, easing himself down until he was nearly completely submerged, just his head and hands sticking out, resting on the rim. He remained that was for a good ten minutes, simply enjoying himself before he got to work cleaning and soaping up. Surely the others were looking forward to seeing him again. No need to spend the entire night in the tub.

He dressed in his typical jeans and T-shirt, sliding his feet into flip-flops before heading down the hall. No one was around, the sitting room was empty, his drawing corner was as he left it. He suspected Talbot was in the library as he passed, but didn’t look in, didn’t stop. His stomach was growling, and his destination was the kitchen.

He heard voices within as he approached. Sure enough, he stepped in only to be bombarded with greetings. Julianne was on her feet, hugging him like a bear, Lyn right after her. Tobias laughed and hugged them back.

“Oh, Tobias, it’s so good to see you back!” Julianne exclaimed, finally releasing her hold, not worried in the slightest that her lovely green dress was rumpled now.

“Are you hungry?” Lyn asked, continuing once Tobias nodded, “Let me get you a late breakfast fixed up.”

They sat at the table as Lyn went to work, “I don’t know if we could take it much more without you.” Julianne said, a teasing smile upon her radiant face, those big doe eyes blinking mischievously.

Tobias frowned, “What do you mean?”

“I mean, Jareth was driving us crazy with his grumpiness.”

Tobias laughed out, covering his mouth with his hand. He hadn’t been expecting that. The laughter died and he sighed, “Things are good here, then?”

Julianne nodded and smiled.

“And what about Wren?”

This made the lovely woman’s smile fade a bit, “She’s doing well, I suppose. A bit depressed, I think, but since Jareth’s talk with her, she’s doing better. Though, she still wants nothing to do with you.”

Tobias nodded, “I can understand that, I don’t mind.” How hard it must be to face the person the one you love chose over you. He just didn’t want to think about it.

Lynn set a plate before him, immediately filling it with muffins and biscuits and fruit, knowing by now that the he didn’t much like eating meat, “There you go. Now eat up, you’re as thin as a rail!” She announced, wiping her hands on a towel before taking a seat as well.

Tobias did as he was told, finding that he was in fact starving! He blushed, thinking perhaps he’d used up all his energy in bed with Jareth.

Julianne giggled, a bell of a sound, “Oh, Tobias… It really is nice to have you back.”

“Thanks.” He answered, finishing up a muffin, “How are things with Merik?”

“Hmm?” Julianne asked, unsure.

A sly smile spread across Lynn’s face, “Oh, things are coming along.” She said with a wink.

Tobias laughed at Julianne’s confused expression, starting now on the array of fruit slices.

“Things? What are you two talking about?” Julianne asked, leaning forward, her elbows on the table.

Lynn’s hands moved to her hips, “Dear, don’t pretend there aren’t ‘things’ between you and Merik.”

Tobias couldn’t help but laugh out again as Julianne’s face suddenly flushed pink.

“I didn’t think anyone had noticed.” She said, chuckling herself.

Tobias finished up the last of the fruit, “I think it’s a good match, I thought so right away. I’m happy for you.”

“Ah! You’re making me blush again!” Julianne cried out, covering her cheeks.

Lynn broke out in laughter, rising to take Tobias’ plate seeing as how he was obviously finished despite having left a majority of the breads untouched.

Tobias rose as well, “I’m going to go take a look around, see the goblins.” He waited for a nod from each of them before taking his leave.

The two women watched the newest member of their strange family leave the room with smiles on their faces, “Don’t you think it’s odd that the goblins and servants have come to call him the human goblin?” Julianne asked, not at all distressed but curious.

“But it suits him. He doesn’t fit in with the likes of us, not even the servants. I think the goblins are the closest to his own kind.” Lynn said, finishing with the last of the washing, putting the dishes away in their usual place.

“I suppose that’s true.” Julianne whispered, immersed in thought.

Lynn turned, clapping her hands together in a gesture that she was finished with clean-up, “Oh, don’t worry about it, honey! It’s good that he has friends to confide in.”

“But, he can’t confide in us?”

Lynn frowned, “Well, he’s close with you, and perhaps Merik, and maybe me a little, but he still seems tense around us. I’m sure he thinks of us as friends, and I don’t want to hurt your feelings, but I think he’s much closer with the goblins.”

Julianne remained silent, thinking, “You’re right! I’m just being selfish,” She said, laughing it off, “It’s good that he has such friends.”

Lynn nodded, smiling as she removed her apron, “Time for a break, I think.”

Julianne rose from her seat, “Right, I’m going to go see what Merik’s up to.” And without further word, the two ladies went their separate ways.

………………………………..

Tobias stepped into the sitting room, glad to see it was still empty. He went to the windows that had been opened for the night, the curtains drawn to the side. Stepping out onto the balcony, he could see down into the sparse courtyard where he’d first come after being wished to the Underground. There was no one there, and while there was little vegetation, it was lovely bathed in the pale light of the crescent moon and the stars. The fountain in the center was on, the water sparkling, the winged woman seeming alive. He looked on for a few moments before finally turning and stepping back into the room. It was light enough to see but not to draw. He retrieved a box of matches from his art supplies and went about lighting all the candles. The room was brought to life with the task completed, and Tobias sat at his desk prepared to begin. The stack of paintings and drawings leaning against the wall was growing. Julianne had suggested hanging some about the castle, but Tobias wasn’t so sure about that. In the end, however, he’d given her permission to do with them what she liked.

Shaking his head and those silly thoughts away, he went to work concentrating on the blank page before him. He drew Jareth and the goblins so often that it was simple to him now. He gently pressed a charcoal pencil to the page and let his hand become weightless. He did a quick sketch, one of Jareth lying in bed on his back, head in the foreground, hanging off the edge, looking at the viewer upside down. The bed was roughly drawn, merely boxes and lines for positioning. Jareth’s form he drew a little more detailed, getting a bit carried away considering this was just an idea page. He drew his lover in the nude, his groin concealed conveniently by the sheet which he made to look as if it were tangled about the man’s hips.

Tobias also detailed the surrounding furniture, recalling where everything was, the cluttered desk, the night tables, the trunks and clothing and boots. He realized rather quickly that he was going to use this page as his final, and he went back and tidied up the bed, carefully drawing the tall four posts and their carvings. The canopy and the abundant draping material did well to fill the top portion of the drawing.

Leaning back after an hour or so of sketching, Tobias decided it was done for the most part. This was his new drawing. All that was left now was perfecting it. He went straight to work, using special ink pens to outline everything, making sure to use thick or thin lines were necessary. He used this technique to make Jareth’s hair appear wispy while his eyes he made to stand out intensely and mischievously. Tobias was especially careful with his lover’s smirk, a cruel expression he’d come to cherish. This took perhaps thirty minutes or so, quicker than usual.

After erasing all his sketching, he began selecting shading pencils, some darker than others. He also brought out a shading tool he couldn’t very well do without. It was a pencil made out of paper basically, used to rub the led into the drawing in a smooth, blending manner. He made the background very dark, the furniture, the floor, the ceiling, even the frame of the bed. The sheets and the canopy of the bed he did in neutral grays, only darkening areas with deep folds in the material. Jareth he hardly shaded at all, using the lightest of his pencils to shade his feet, growing lighter as he moved up the legs. One arm remained on the bed while the other was in a strange position, as if Jareth were reaching up and out towards the viewer, his hand hovering up and out over his head. As an afterthought, Tobias drew in a cigarette balanced carelessly between the man’s fingers of this extended hand, carefully shading a graceful trail of smoke skyward. He knew his lover did no such thing, but he’d felt compelled to add this little detail and rarely did he ignore such urges when it came to his artwork.

At last it was done. The shading had taken nearly two hours and his hand was beyond cramped. Tobias left the drawing on his desk as he got up. He rubbed his aching hand as he went about blowing out all the candles. The others often left them burning, but he just couldn’t bring himself to do it. Growing up, he’d been taught never to play with fire, and when he was older, he was harshly scolded for leaving candles, incense, and whatnot unattended.

He left the sitting room in pale darkness, deciding that it was time to pay his goblin friends a visit. He followed the corridors, knowing them rather well even after his brief time away. He snuck passed the kitchen, walking slowly passed the throne room, only it was empty. Then down the narrow staircase, and passed the garden. He could see Julianne out there with Merik, the two of them sitting together on a nearby bench, talking. He smiled at the sight and continued on, turning right and making his way down the intricate halls of the first floor. He hadn’t quite memorized his way here yet, but he knew enough and managed to find the room he was looking for.

The small, windowless sitting room was sparsely populated as usual. The furniture was as always, in complete disarray. He saw Lobe at once, his huge form hard to miss. Tobias approached, patting the massive goblin on the shoulder, “Hello, Lobe.”

He sluggishly turned, eyes going wide in surprise, “I haven’t seen the human goblin in a long time!”

Tobias chuckled, completely at easy with his nickname. It was what all the goblins called him, “Where’s Grim and San?”

Lobe pushed himself to his feet, his form shifting from side to side as he walked, “They’re this way.” He answered.

Tobias followed the blue-skinned goblin, slowing his stride to match his guide’s. They didn’t go far, turning a corner and coming to a dining room of sorts. It wasn’t the large dining room all the castle goblins shared, but a smaller one they ventured in and out of throughout the day. The table was long and built low to the ground, made of unpolished wood that was severely worn and battered. The remnants of lunch still remained atop its surface, bread and fruit and vegetables, pitchers of water and sturdy glasses. A small group sat at one end, picking at a large, mangled loaf of bread, chattering all the while.

At the other end sat Grim and San who spotted him immediately, “Tobias!” San shouted, jumping from her seat and darting across the room, all limbs. She nearly knocked him down, wrapping her arms about him in a fierce hug, “We missed you!”

Tobias laughed, prying her off when it appeared she wasn’t going to let go. They all walked back to where Grim sat, a smile on his normally serious face, “And how is our human goblin?”

They all took their seats, Lobe pulling a large bowl of fruit over to nibble on. Tobias nodded, “Doing good.”

“Your trip home was good? Some thought you wouldn’t come back. But here you are!” San rambled, leaning forward, digging through the bowl a bit before deciding on a large yellow-fleshed slice of fruit, gobbling it up messily.

Tobias rested his elbow on the table and his head in his hand, a smile on his face, “It was nice to see my family again, but I’m glad to be back. I missed all of you.”

“And Jareth too, right?” San said with a sly smile, juice dribbling down her chin. She wiped it away with the back of her hand.

Tobias reached out with his free hand, snaring a random piece of fruit, “Yes, Jareth too, of course.” He answered before popping the fruit slice into his mouth.

Grim reached out and fingered Tobias’ hair with his gnarly, green hand, “Your hair is different.” He said in all seriousness.

“Oh,” Tobias said, sitting up, lifting a hand to his head, “Yeah, I changed it.”

San stood up in her seat, “It is different!” She moved closer and combed Tobias’ hair with her fingers, tangling it somewhat in the process, “I like it, it looks good. I thought the black was making you look whiter, but you’re just white.”

Grim laughed out, a harsh, grating sound, “He’s got skin like the King’s.”

“It’s pretty.” Lobe said, chiming in finally.

“Thanks.” Tobias said, looking to each of them, glad to have such close friends he felt comfortable with. They remained their, snacking and jabbering for some time, finally moving back to the small common room where they hung out most. They all sprawled out on the sofa cushions on the floor, staring up at the filthy stone ceiling, talking idly about nothing of any real importance. And as often happened, Tobias drifted to sleep, turning to lie on his stomach, his head upon Lobe’s stomach, Grim’s head upon one of his thighs, San curled up beside him.

………………………………...

Merik entered the sitting room expecting to find the boy bent over his desk, sketching like a madman, but that wasn’t the case. He did, however, find a drawing. It was a highly seductive depiction of his king. He fought the blush that threatened to rise in his cheeks and looked away. He’d spent most of the night in the garden with Julianne, so knew the boy wasn’t there. He’d checked the library and the kitchen and was tempted to seek Jareth in the throne room to inquire as to the boy’s whereabouts, but he knew of one other place the boy surely was.

Merik didn’t often visit the first floor but knew his way well enough. He found Tobias as they’d found him before during a previous search, fast asleep amidst a small group of goblins. The three they’d all come to recognize as the boy’s friends.

The female was awake, “Oh, you’ve come for our human goblin?” She asked, her voice sweet and rapid. She sat up on her knees, looking up at him with big, orange-brown eyes.

He smiled, nodding, “Yes. It’s dinner time.”

The small, somewhat frightening one sat up as well, his voice unusually deep, “He’s sleeping.”

Merik stepped forward, squatting beside the boy, “Yes, but I’m sure he’d like to dine with His Highness.” He looked down at Tobias’ sleeping form, flip-flops coming off, jeans low on his waist, his T-shirt scooted up, “What’s that?” He asked, noticing the obvious wound for what it was but asking all-the-same.

San leaned over the boy, looking more closely at the wound on the boy’s side, “Looks like a bite.”

“A bite?” Grim asked, eyebrows drawing together.

San leaned even closer, perilously close to touching the bruised, reddened skin, “Yup, a bite, and the skin’s been broken, it bled.” She looked up, all grins, “Jareth’s love bite.”

Merik fought the blush, wishing he hadn’t asked.

Grim’s harsh, pale yellow eyes softened, “Ah, that’s good for him then.”

The largest of them woke suddenly, “Hey, he’s on me.” Lobe said, his voice low and deep and groggy from sleep.

Merik moved closer, “Wait, don’t get up.” He said, seeing as how Tobias was using this monster of a goblin as a pillow. He reached out and gently turned the boy onto his back, “Tobias?”

Stirring, he blinked to find several faces peering down at him, “What’s going on?” He asked, sitting up, San readily helping him.

Merik rose to his feet, offering a helping hand, “You fell asleep. It’s time for dinner.”

“Yeah, you fell asleep.” San echoed, grinning, also helping to get the boy on his feet.

Tobias took Merik’s hand and with a gentle push from San, he was up, straightening his clothes, “Oh, I didn’t realize…” He turned to his friends, “See you guys later.”

San hugged him as was her custom, and the others waved him off as he left with Merik.

“Are you going to change?” Merik asked as they approached the dining room.

“Oh,” Tobias said, looking down to find his shirt rather dull and wrinkled, his shoes inappropriate, but he didn’t feel like going all the way back to the room and changing, “You think I should?”

Merik chuckled, “We will be dining with ladies.”

Tobias frowned at that, “So, we have to dress up if we’re having dinner with ladies?”
“It’s custom, especially if the ladies will be taking the time to dress formally themselves.”

Tobias sighed, noticing now that Merik was dressed rather spiffily in a navy jacket with silver trimmings, a puffy white dress shirt, navy tights, and black boots also with silver trimmings, “Could you send Jareth out here for a moment, please?”

Merik cocked his head to the side at this, not quite understanding, “Of course.” He answered, entering the dining room. Everyone was seated, appetizers already served along with tall glasses of water. They all looked his way as he entered, and he couldn’t help but smile.

Merik approached his king, “Sire, you’re needed in the hall.”

Jareth didn’t frown or question, he simply rose and made his way to the exit. He wasn’t surprised to find Tobias there, leaning against the wall, “Are you not hungry?”

“Oh, well, not really, but… I just don’t feel like going all the way back to our room to change. Would you mind zapping me some clothes?”

The Goblin King smirked, stepping close, practically pinning the boy to the wall. He lowered his head, pressing his lips to Tobias’ ear, “I like the way you said ‘our’ room.” He slipped a hand down to rest ever-so-slightly on the boy’s crotch.

Tobias held his composure, remaining calm in order to fight the blush that was threatening to overwhelm his features, “And after dinner, we can go back to our room.” He said, slipping his hand down over Jareth’s pressing his lover’s hand more firmly on his crotch, “But first we have to have dinner, and it’ll take longer if I have to go change.”

Jareth all but grinned, his cruel teeth exposed as he chuckled, “You’re becoming so bold. Do you wish to make love here in the hall?” He asked, his voice dropping down again to that seductive whisper, lips against Tobias’ ear, tongue sneaking out to trace the shell. He wiggled his fingers against the beginnings of his lover’s erection.

Exhaling silently, Tobias swallowed a soft moan, “Would you really if I said yes?”

Not bother with a verbal answer, Jareth showed the boy how far he was truly willing to go by planting his mouth on his lover’s neck and moving his hand in order to slip it down inside those loose, black jeans.

Tobias covered his own mouth with his hand, muffling a slight moan, “Stop, stop.” He whispered, the blush finally managing to emerge.

Jareth did as he was told, pulling back, even stepping away, that smirk there on his face, “You don’t want to?”

“No, no, I want to, but I don’t trust myself to be quiet. Can’t we save it for the bedroom?” He answered, catching his breath.

“Of course. That may be best. After all, I like it when you’re loud.” Jareth said, using a bit of glamour to send chills down the boy’s spine with that last word.

Tobias shook it off, “Don’t use magic on me.” He said seriously, his blush fading completely, “Come on now, change my clothes.”

“But how am I to do that without magic?” Jareth asked, his expression serious now as well. He didn’t like being spoken to so authoritatively.

Tobias sighed, placing a hand over his eyes for a moment before looking up at his lover again, “Please, Jareth… The sooner I’m changed, the sooner we can eat, and the sooner we can go to bed and make love.”

For Tobias, it seemed the game was over, but Jareth wanted to continue. However, the boy was right, the sooner they got to bed, the better. He smirked as he realized an easy solution to continue this game and get back to dinner. He imagined for a moment the outfit, one to his tastes coming easily to mind, and with a willful thought… Blink. Tobias was changed and ready for dinner.

Tobias looked down at his own clothes with an open mouth, “What the hell is this?”

“Suitable attire for dinner. Come now, it’s as you said… The sooner you’re changed, the sooner we can eat, and the sooner we can go to bed and make love. Well, now you’re changed, so let’s eat.” Without further argument, Jareth turned and went back into the dining room.

Tobias stood out in the hall with his mouth open, realizing this was his lover’s idea of a joke. He was wearing a black, sleeveless shirt of silky, clinging material that came down just below his ribs, exposing his midriff. His pants were of the same material, black and low-waisted, flaring from the knee down. He had pointy-toed, black boots on with slight heels, and reaching up, feeling his head, it seemed his hair was pulled up and back, fastened high on the back of his head with a clip, letting the loose ends hang down, far from touching his shoulders.

Growling in frustration, Tobias was tempted to march to their room and change, but he knew that was what Jareth was expecting him to do. How dare the man dress him up like some kind of damn concubine. He didn’t have to look to know his eyes and lips were painted, no doubt with black, he could feel the make-up heavy on his features.

Without another thought, he marched into the room, trying his best to ignore the wide-eyed stares he received from everyone. Not a word was spoken as he came around and took his place beside Jareth. At once the room filled with servants, Lynn amongst them, helping a new girl who seemed to be having trouble holding a tray steady. When she spotted him, she smiled and winked.

Tobias gave no response, waiting with the others until all the dishes had been set out and uncovered, all the wine glasses were filled, and the servants all finished and out of the room.

The Goblin King turned to the boy, “You’re looking lovely, Tobias.”

Tobias bowed his head slightly as he’d seen others do before their king, “Thank you, however, none look so lovely as these fine ladies we dine with.”

Jareth’s eyebrows rose in amusement, “Quite right, quite right.”

Julianne burst into laughter, her exquisite curls bouncing with the motion, “What has gotten into you, Tobias?” She truly was looking rather lovely in her lavender dress trimmed with white lace, her features glowing with carefully applied make-up.

Talbot and Dr. Lazlo were chucking to themselves, reaching for their wine when their laughter died down enough to allow a sip.

“Really,” Wren muttered, the first calm words Tobias had heard the woman speak in quite some time, “You look like a common whore.”

Tobias spoke up immediately, seeing the anger flood into Jareth’s eyes, “I agree, Wren. I don’t know what came over me.”

The room had grown silent with her statement, the air tense, but Tobias could see the anger fading in his lover and could see that the others were relieved. Wren snorted and turned her head, looking beautiful in her extravagant dress that matched the hue of her reddish-orange hair perfectly.

Trei, who’d remained calm and serious as always, spoke up, his elbows on the table, his glass in his hands, “Why did you dress this way, Tobias?” Trei was done up in similar fashion as Merik and the two older gentlemen, white shirts and jackets of dark colors.

Sighing, Tobias fell back in his chair, slouching, “Really, I don’t know what I was thinking. I should have taken the time to change into something proper.”

Merik chuckled at this, knowing it was a rather truthful answer.

Jareth reached over, placing a hand over the boy’s, “Don’t fret, you look delicious.”

Dinner continued on in that vein, idle conversation interrupted periodically by Jareth’s teasing statements and Julianne’s angelic laughter. Wren was clearly annoyed with the obvious flirting on the King’s part but remained silent for the remainder of the meal.

Everyone had finished eating, but Tobias’ plate was still rather full. Jareth rose, “You’re all excused if you so wish.” He said elegantly, sitting again in the most graceful manner, holding his jacket to his chest so it wouldn’t fall forward into the dishes.

Tobias was confused, “What are you doing?”

The Goblin King leaned over, fingering a roll upon his lover’s plate, “I want you to eat some more.”

Tobias flushed completely, embarrassed to be treated like a child. He remained silent, watching as Dr. Lazlo, Talbot, Trei, and Wren rose, each of them bowing before leaving the room, the others bidding them a goodnight.

Julianne moved into Trei’s seat in order to sit beside Merik, “What’s going on here?”

Jareth lifted the roll with his long, clever fingers, and Tobias couldn’t help but stare, knowing their talents, “I’m full, Jareth.”

“Goodness, Jareth, isn’t this a bit rude?” Julianne scolded sweetly.

“Perhaps,” Answer the Goblin King, “But I know he’s not full, and he’s getting thinner, and I want him to have plenty of energy for me.”

Tobias hit the table, “I’m not some damned sex toy! I can’t believe you dressed me like this! Do you know how embarrassing this is?”

Jareth grinned, that infamous, dangerous expression, moving closer, taking hold of the boy’s chin, “Then you should reconsider your tone with me. What were your words to me? You were demanding that I stop, that I not use magic on you, that I change your clothes. Even now you are demanding of me. You must remember, I’m a king.”

Anger pumped through Tobias, heating his blood, though he tried to keep cool and calm, “Am I not to be myself?”

He released his hold on the boy’s chin, “Of course. Be yourself. Just don’t be surprised by my reactions, these such reactions.” He said, fingering the hem of his lover’s short shirt.

Tobias sighed, “It doesn’t matter.” He said, realizing this was entirely true. He didn’t mind Jareth’s overpowering personality, his command and control, these were things he liked in his lover. He’d just been embarrassed, that’s all. He moved to stand, but Jareth held him fast.

“Eat some more.” It was said softly but a demand all the same.

“I ate that weird salad and all that fruit and a whole roll.” Tobias argued, thinking carefully to remember if that was everything.

Jareth remained silent, staring at the boy, making it clear that his demand still stood.

Tobias wanted to shout out, “I refuse!” But knew this tact wouldn’t go over so well. So he went another way, leaning over fingering the back of the older man’s hand, “I’d eat more if I were needing the strength and energy, but I’m not hungry and feel up to anything really.”

Jareth raised a single eyebrow in question, “Are you suggesting that if I want you to eat healthier, I’ll have to wear you out more?”

Tobias smirked, a seductive smile given his full lips, shrugging as he leaned over to kiss his lover chastely before the others. He rose from his seat, glad Jareth didn’t try to stop him this time, “I’ll be waiting.” He whispered, stepping around his chair, walking with a sway as he headed for the exit.

Julianne watched her young friend turn the corner, the sound of his clicking heels growing more and more faint, “My goodness, I hadn’t realized it was like this between you.” She whispered, turning to find her king smiling, looking in the direction of the exit, “And that wound…”

Merik laughed, “Yes, I saw it as well. A bite, my king?”

Jareth turned to his friend, “Hm? Oh, yes.” He answered easily with a wave of his hand.

“But, Sire, you tasted his blood… Is that not dangerous?”

“I like the taste.” The Goblin King answered, knowing it wasn’t the answer his friend sought. He stood before more questions could be asked, “I must bid you both goodnight. Tobias waits.” He nodded to new couple and started out.

Merik and Julianne stared after him, both a bit awestruck and confused. Once they were alone, the room quite, the servants no doubt waiting impatiently for them to leave so that they might clear the table and get to bed, they turned to one another.

“Jareth’s tasted Tobias’ blood?” Julianne asked in disbelief.

Merik sighed and nodded, “Yeah, I was surprised too.”

“Well, that’s good for them then.” Julianne decided, a smile coming to her face. It had always been that the tasting of blood strengthened the bonds between two people, be they friends, comrades, warriors, or lovers. It wasn’t something you did thoughtlessly, separation was a bit more painful should it occur, especially for lovers.

Merik shook his head, “It’s just… It’s not like Jareth to become so attached.”

“But that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t become attached. I think it’s good for him, not at all dangerous.” She said, mimicking his earlier tone when using the powerful word.

“It’s dangerous when it doesn’t work out and the old Goblin King emerges.” He explained completely serious.

Julianne’s teasing smile faded. She reached out, touching Merik’s arm, “Don’t worry. Even if it comes to that, I still say it’s a good experience for our king. But…”

“But?”

Her smile returned, “I don’t think Tobias would ever leave him. I can see it in his eyes.”

This made Merik realize why he cared so for the lovely woman before him, “You’re right. You’re always right when it comes to such things.” He said, whisper the last, leaning forward, brushing her heavy ringlets aside, kissing her ever-so-chastely on the cheek.

Julianne blushed, “Now, now, Good Sir. The sun is near the horizon, hardly an appropriate time for such intimacy.”

Merik chuckled, pulling back like the gentleman he was, “Of course,” He said, rising, “Let me escort you to your room.”

Julianne nodded, rising as well, taking the offered arm. Together they walked. Behind them they could hear the sounds of the servants filing into the room to clean up.

“I know this isn’t a suitable topic, but of all of Jareth’s past lovers, do you ever remember him marking any of them as he marks Tobias?” Merik asked as they turned into the corridor which was home to all their rooms. The personal lodgings of the King’s friends, all of them living like princes and princesses.

She considered the question, “No, not as I recall. Strange, isn’t it?” They stopped before her bedroom door.

Merik shrugged, “I guess it’s just another sign of his attachment to the boy.”

Julianne nodded in agreement, leaning back against her door, “Until tomorrow…” She reached down, grasping the doorknob.

“Until tomorrow.” Merik replied, bowing before turning, heading for his own room so that he wouldn’t see into the private chamber of his lady. Yes, his lady. Julianne was as much his as he was hers.

………………………………...

The violet night sky was lightening with the potential rise of the sun, transforming the horizon into an unreal pink color. Tobias stood before the grand, floor to ceiling windows, gripping the curtains in each hand. He’d been in the process of closing out the coming light but had become hypnotized by the gradually changing, vivid colors. He heard the door open and close behind him, the seductive sound of heels on stone, “I thought you’d never come.” He said under his breath, still unable to pull the curtains completely together.

Jareth looked up, his breath catching in his chest. Tobias stood facing away, his lithe form clad in black and outlined by brilliant pink light. The Goblin King forgot for a moment that the boy had spoken, “I’m here now.” He replied, moving closer, coming up behind his lover, making sure the line of their bodies were pressed together. He reached out and placed his hands over Tobias’. Though the sunrise was beautiful, it physically pained him, a throbbing just behind his eyes that threatened to worsen. Slowly, he guided the boy’s hands, closing the curtains the rest of the way.

“I know I asked you to use your magic to change my clothes earlier, but I meant what I said…” Tobias turned to face his lover as he spoke, his voice soft and serious, “I don’t like when you use magic on me, especially when it comes to my emotions.”

Jareth leaned down to kiss the boy’s forehead, “I have never done such and never will. When we are alone together, like this, I never use my magic. You are the only one who has seen me this way as I truly am, and I use no tricks when it comes to our physical pleasure.” It was all said in a whisper, a quiet explanation.

Tobias wrapped his arms about his lover’s waist, leaning his head against Jareth’s chest, “Thank you.” He whispered, kissing the bare bit of chest left exposed in the opening neck of his lover’s shirt, “And I’m sorry for acting so…demanding.”

“Nonsense,” Jareth said, releasing the boy for a moment to remove his jacket, letting it slip to the floor, “I rather enjoyed our little game of an argument.” He said, his hands find there way around the boy again, slipping up under the back of that little black top, “Now, you said I needed to wear you out to encourage your appetite.”

Tobias shivered at the feel of those cool hands sliding up his back, fingertips dancing along his spine. He closed his eyes, releasing a shaky breath. Was there a zipper in the back? He heard that familiar sound and suddenly his shirt was sliding off his arms and falling to the floor before him. He looked down at it, a little surprised.

Jareth chuckled, stepping back to kick off his boots before going down on his knees. He ran his hands up from the back of the boy’s knees, squeezing the slight muscles, moving up and up until his palms were cupping Tobias’ firm rear. He moved closer still, the stone floor hurting his knees a little even through the throw carpet. Using his teeth, he unzipped Tobias’ pants in a slow and erotic gesture.

The Goblin King was on his knees before him, it was clear what was happening. Tobias watched in awe of the man’s seductiveness, completely aware that there was nothing now between his arousal and the man’s sinful lips. The hands on his bottom assisted in sliding his pants down a bit, Jareth nuzzling his groin until his erection was free, bobbing against the Goblin King’s cheek. A heady sensation washed through him causing Tobias to loose his balance. He staggered backwards a couple of steps, his back hitting the curtained windows.

Jared followed suit, never releasing the boy, his hands holding more firmly now so as to keep his lover on his feet. Tobias’ pants were slipping, falling, around his ankles now. Jareth gently pressed between his lover’s legs, licking up the boy’s inner thigh from knee to groin. He took his time, repeating the gesture on both sides. Tobias’ manhood was of average size, perhaps on the small side, but he was still a boy of sixteen after all. The small nest of hair there was a dark, honey blonde, on the verge of light brown and very soft. Jareth pressed his nose and lips into that warm place, enjoying the satin touch of his lover’s erection upon his face. He gloried in it, meanwhile massaging the boy’s rear with a firm, seductive touch.

“Please…” Came a whisper from above. Jareth looked up without moving his head, his eyes rolling up to find Tobias leaning heavily against the windows, the drapery pulled taut from its hangings. The boy’s face was one of utter beauty, eyes shut, mouth open in a silent plea.

Returning his gaze to his task, Jareth pulled back enough to plant butterfly kisses to the weeping head of Tobias’ arousal. With each kiss he increased the passion, lingering, wetting his lips, carefully tasting with his tongue, sucking ever-so-slightly.

“The window… Will it break?” Tobias asked between breaths, his knees shaking so badly that if it weren’t for Jareth’s hands upon him, he’d have sunk to the floor by now. As it was, he was putting his entire weight against the glass.

Jareth didn’t pause in his administrations, “No.” He whispered, speaking against Tobias’ erection as he moved to wrap his lips about the head, beginning the rhythmic motion, in and out, sucking gently. The boy moaned, tossing his head to the side, hands gripping the curtains. Jareth’s own arousal caused him to speed up, taking more of the boy into his mouth. He was careful of his teeth, generous with his tongue, lapping roughly over the entire length, especially on the underside, which wrought the most glorious sounds from his young lover.

He tasted that sweet, salty flavor stronger now. The Goblin King shifted one of his hands to fondle the delicate skin of the boy’s scrotum, feeling it grow tighter and tighter, another sign that it wouldn’t be much longer. He picked up the pace, sucking harder, bring his other hand around to assist in the hurried motion.

Tobias slipped a bit due to the sudden lack of support, but he held tight to the curtain, using his wobbling legs to hold himself up against the window. Jareth’s frenzied movements were too much. He was built up completely, standing on the edge of a cliff, teetering over the edge. Just a few more of those deliberate tongue massages… And that was it, he was happily taking the plunge, crying out in joy all the way down.

Jareth milked every last drop from his lover, savoring the unique flavor before swallowing. He didn’t pull back until the boy’s erection was just the opposite, limp and spent. Just as he was moving away, Tobias lost his legs, and he was forced to catch the boy, an easy task really.

“My God…” Tobias breathed, “Why am I so exhausted?”

Jareth grinned, proud of himself as he hefted his lover up in his arms and moved to the bed. It was easy to see that Tobias was fast becoming sleepy, those brilliant blue eyes half-lidded and drowsy. Jareth removed his pants and shirt before he gracefully climbed into bed to sit against the headboard beside the boy.

It was then that Tobias realized through his sudden haze that Jareth was still hard, his erection standing tall, “Do you want me to…?” He asked, reaching out, gently grasping the throbbing appendage.

Still grinning, Jareth pivoted to kneel before the boy, eyes afire with desire, “I want you as I had you yesterday.”

It didn’t take long for Tobias’ to understand, and he nodded, moving to comply. He slipped his legs between Jareth’s, scooting closer and lying back so that his lover was above him, straddling him, and then he turned, rolling onto his stomach. As he did so, he felt the delicious contact of Jareth’s thighs and balls rubbing against his rear. It was silly to moan over such slight contact, so Tobias found it, biting down on his bottom lip, the anticipation of what was to come already causing a new stirring in his groin.

Jareth didn’t waste time, rushing through the preparations, quickly inserting one finger, then two, then three. Tobias groaned beneath him, but he knew it wasn’t out of pain, he could tell the boy was suppressing his typically loud reactions. No matter. Jareth felt frenzied and didn’t care much whether his lover moaned or not. He wanted this to be fast and hard.

Without further ado, he plunged forward, using his hands to keep the boy’s cheeks pressed tightly together. He moved right into quick, forceful thrusts, that pinnacle of pleasure already building in the pit of his stomach.

Tobias gripped the bedding, his eyes squeezed shut, his form rocked back and forth with the vigorous force of the Goblin King’s thrusts. It didn’t hurt too much, just stung a little. He wished he’d remembered to mention the abundant lubricant he’d brought back with him. However, while it had its discomforts, he couldn’t help but relish in the sensation of Jareth’s erection jabbing erotically at his prostate. Each time a wave of sensation washed through his groin, traveling up his spine and back down again only to have it repeated. His own arousal was hard again, trapped beneath him, the exquisite friction caused by Jareth’s rough movements rubbing him against the bedding in just the right way. It wouldn’t be long before he was coming again.

He felt Jareth’s lips on his back then, followed by the wet heat of the man’s wicked tongue, traveling over his shoulder blades and moving down, coming to rest on his right side, just below his ribs, that sore place where Jareth had bit him the night before. Then came the familiar sensation of gentle nipping, cruel teeth chewing his pliant flesh.

“Agh!” Tobias cried as Jareth’s thrusts suddenly became driving and precise, as if he were aiming and then firing. He bowed his back, unconsciously better offering his rear. Just one more of those powerful thrusts and he was coming, coating his stomach in a sticky mess. His entire body tensed with his climax, and he realized that was just what his lover was wanting.

He held firm as Jareth slammed into him, once more, just once more… And then his lover was coming too, pulse after pulse of hot semen filling him, seeping out. Teeth sunk down and Tobias winced, surprised by the pain. How hard had Jareth bitten him? There had to be blood for sure. It didn’t matter, he didn’t care. In fact, he loved it. He sunk down against the bed, his body seeming to melt with the relaxation of all his muscles.

Jareth pulled free of his lover, moving only slightly to the side before lying down, their bodies right up against one another, legs becoming tangled as they shifted, Jareth on his back, Tobias on his stomach, “Did I hurt you?” He whispered, removing the clip from the boy’s hair, running his fingers through silky locks.

Tobias shook his head, a slight movement since he was using Jareth’s chest as a pillow, “No.”

“Nnn… Good.” Jareth whispered, leaning his head up just enough to kiss the boy on the forehead, “I enjoy having my way with you.”

He was so sleepy, but still managed to reply, “I’m yours to have.”

Jareth felt his grin return, unable to fight it, a sadistic smile no doubt, “Yes, and I plan to make you mine before everyone.”

This caught Tobias’ attention, he lifted his head, resting his chin on his own hands so as to not frog his lover, “What?” He was so drowsy, so exhausted. He always slept best after a good bought of sex.

Jareth smirked, reaching out again to comb the hair back from the boy’s face, “A ceremony, a royal binding.”

Sleep was banished, and Tobias suddenly couldn’t sit up fast enough. He sat on his bottom, legs folded beside him, hands upon Jareth’s chest, eyes wide as saucers, “Are you serious? You’d make a commitment like that? To me?”

All amusement drained from the Goblin King’s face, “Is it so hard to believe?”

Tobias leaned forward, pressing his lips chastely, sweetly to his lover’s, “Yes, yes… It is.” He planted several more kisses before explaining, “You’re amazing, you’re walking seduction. You could have anyone and everyone, and I’d go along with it not to lose you. How can you be satisfied with just me?” He paused, realizing something, “Is it… Do you love me?”

Jareth frowned, a wrinkle appearing between his brows as he thought on all this, “I’m not sure what I feel. It could be the beginnings of a stronger emotion, but it’s unlikely considering my stepmother’s curse.” A smirk came to his lips then, “And how could you think that I’d want anyone other than you? I am the Goblin King, and you are, in effect, a goblin here, the most beautiful goblin I’ve ever laid eyes on. There’s no end to my desire when it comes to you. Even now I restrain myself only on your behalf.”

A blush crept over Tobias, but he ignored it, falling forward suddenly, wrapping his arms about his lover, “Let’s do it then! Of course, how could I say no? Let’s get married!” He went wild with excitement, kissing Jareth with a wide-open mouth, plunging his tongue deep, massaging the roof of the older man’s mouth.

Chuckling, Jareth graciously bore the boy’s childlike excitement. He felt a great happiness within, something akin to joy, or bliss maybe. Yes, he was most definitely prepared to bind himself to this boy, this exotic creature known as the human goblin.

They lie in one another’s arms, kissing with fervor which died down with Tobias’ returning exhaustion. Soon the boy grew still, his messy, sticky, naked form pressed snugly against Jareth’s. Peering down, Jareth gazed on his sleeping lover, his young bride. So dark and pure at the same time, a perfect match really.

The sun was beaming outside, light spilling in here and there due to crevices in the curtains. The Goblin King closed his eyes against it, tightening his embrace ever-so-slightly, holding Tobias close to his chest as he allowed sleep to creep over him. In just moments, he was in the land of dreams and together they slept, the covers pulled over them haphazardly.

To be continued…

Okay, what I was saying about this last bit… As you may have noticed by now, as far as these sex scenes are concerned, I have it in my head to make their coupling rough. It’s just the way I want to go with this, but I’m worried you guys won’t like and will be turned off. Please, let me know if you like this “rough sex” direction.
