'So...you’ve heard of her before...have you?' will asked, sitting down on the deck beside jack, as he drank from his rum pouch.
'More than you’d know.... Makes sense to me, now, that she is a woman.‘ he said, drinking deeply from his pouch
'And why is that?" will asked, watching the girl as she stared out to the horizon
She seemed much like jack to him, and seeing her stare to the sea, as jack had done often, made the similarities uncanny
'Her survivors...were all eunuchs' he frowned as wills jaw dropped in shock
'Are you truly considering letting her have a part of the treasure?' he asked, recovering from the shock....
'I don’t think we have a choice much...there’s no way Im letting someone with her...expertise...just...drop into the ocean....'
'But what if she revolts?...waits until we have the treasure, then kills us all in the night.'
Will asked...his voice increasing in volume
Jack winced and held his finger to his lips desperately
'I don’t think she’s that much of a threat...indignant she is.... But not suicidal...she lives by the code.... No mutiny'
'Its the ones who swear they never lie that ye gotta watch out fer William..'
jack and will looked up at the voice...William flinched as soon as he had a chance to look away...
jack continued to watch her
'Now me?......Im honestly dishonest...but killing ye all in the night like cattle..... Is just not me cup o` tea love’ Wills worried glare turned to a smile as he looked to jack, who’s head was cocked in a humored grin. 'Now.... You want to talk about any of ye trying to come at me in the night?..... Ill show ye what me thing is'
'Any threats exchanged on deck, could result in me locking you in the stalls, m`lady' jack said, standing up easily, looking down his nose at the red haired woman
'Not a threat.... Captain...a warning...ye think its easy being on the high seas with a snatch between me legs?’
jacks and wills eyes bulged as she walked away, her crimson dreadlocks flowing behind her from underneath her gray scarf.
They looked at each other in wide-eyed shock
'She did.... Just say that.... Aye?'
'Aye’ Will answered him, as they erupted into laughter
'Well...i guess we found out how the eunuchs came about their fate' jack smiled
'Pity’ he added as he plopped onto the deck, William sat down beside him,
'You like her then eh?' he asked, resting his elbows on his knees,
jack handed him his rum pouch
'Not enough to give up that' he said, sucking his teeth. William handed the pouch back to jack after taking a swallow and he held it in his hands, looking out to the horizon.
he sighed after a moment, shaking his head carefully
'Almost’ he finished before milking the rest of the pouch for its rum.
Sighing again, he tossed it without looking. Williams eyes followed as it sailed through the air ,
and landed at Jacqueline’s feet
They watched as she turned, a stone look on her face, and jack smiled innocently,
waving a hand to her. She scoffed and walked to the back of the ship, staring down the towing ropes,
to the red tide
