Aboard the Ship
Annie followed Carla to the dock. Carla was keeping an eye out for a ship that they could aboard.
She found one just in time.
"Annie, hurry!"
"Why?"
"Let's sneak on this ship."
They aboarded it just as the ship set sail. They didn't know who was on board and frankly didn't care as long as no one found them for awhile. Carla knew they would be found sooner or later. Just then Annie sneezed and two men appeared right beside them.
"Looks like we have company, mate."
"Sorry, sir, we didn't mean to aboard this ship without permission, "Annie exclamied frightingly.
He looked at her supsciously and then spoke, "And your name is?"
Annie didn't speak, sheaineained silent. It looked as if she was too frightened to speak.
Carla spoke for her, "Her name is Annie and mine is Carla, if you're going to kill us you might as well get it over with."
He smiled slightly, "We won't kill you, luv, by the way my name is Captain Jack Sparrow and this here is Will Turner."
Carla stared at Jack for an instant and then spoke again, "What nature are you?"
"I'm a te, te, luv."
"Both of you?"
Will finally spoke, "No, I am a blacksmith."
Carla and Annie looked frightened but Jack just smiled.
Carla finally spoke up again, "Our mom kicked us out."
Jack smiled with a confused look on his face, "So that's your nature?"
Carla nodded her head in agreement.
Annie said quietly, "We don't want to be any trouble to you."
"No trouble at all, luv."
Jack gently rubbed Carla and Annie's cheek and walked away as Will followed him.
