Rated: NC-17
(It doesn't start out like that, but later on it gets pretty NC-17)
(It was a pretty clear night out, he was on the beach enjoying the bands, eating the food that they served, he decided to tag along with Star, Michael and Laddie, since the Frog brothers were visiting their relatives for a week. Sam was bored and decided to walk to the video store to see his mom. When he got there it was packed with people and his mom was busy, as he was walking he bumped into a girl and knocked the videos out of her arms. Sam started to help her.)
Sam: Oh my god, I'm so sorry, are you ok?
Girl: Can't you watch were you're going?
Sam: I'm sorry, I guess I should of.
(The girl started to pick the videos up and tried to hold them all.)
Sam: Here, let me help.
(Sam grabbed a few)
Sam: Are you getting them all?
Girl: No, I was putting a few back when you bumped into me.
Sam: Oh, well my name is Sam.
Girl: I'm Morgan and I just moved here in the beginning of the school year.
Sam: Oh yeah, I've seen you around.
Morgan: We have three classes together.
Sam: So how do you like Santa Carla?
Morgan: I don't know it's ok I guess, at least we have the vcr I can watch movies whenever I want.
Sam: Yeah, well when I first moved here we lived with my grandfather and we didn't even have a tv.
Morgan: That must of sucked.
Sam: Majorly, but now we moved into our own house and we got MTV.
(Morgan was about to say something else when an older girl comes in)
Older girl: Morgan, we're going out, you'll have to find your own way home, sorry love, because we don't know how long we're gonna be.
Morgan: Ok, I'm sure I can get a ride home from someone.
Monica: Ok, bye and be careful.
(Sam watches as the older girl leaves)
Morgan: My older sister and her motorcycle gang.
Sam: Motorcycle gang?
Morgan: Long story, I don't think you would want to hear all about it.
Sam: Why not?
Morgan: I don't know.
(Sam helped her put away the videos and walked with her to the counter.)
Sam: Hi mom.
Mom: Hello Sam, are you picking up some videos tonight?
Sam: No, this is Morgan, Morgan this is my mom, Lucy, she owns the video store.
Morgan: Hi.
(Morgan gets the four videos and then grabs the bag that they are in and starts to walk out.)
Sam: So what's your story?
Morgan: Let's go to the boardwalk and sit down.
(Morgan heads to the boardwalk and Sam follows her, when they get to a bench she sits down and tells Sam her story, she waits for his reaction.)
Sam: But why did she take you from the orphanage?
Morgan: Well she made me go with her and she's the only family I knew besides my parents and I love my sister, even though she's older, she takes care of me I guess and I have no one else.
Sam: So you never stay in one place for long?
Morgan: No, not since we left the orphanage and when Monica hooked up with those bikers.
Sam: We moved from Arizona, because my parents got divorced
Morgan: So how do you like it here?
Sam: At first I hated it, but I got use to it and it's a pretty interesting place..
Morgan: Well I really would like to stay in one place now.
Sam: So how come you sit by yourself all the time at lunch?
Morgan: Cause I don't like to get to know other kids, because I know I'll have to move soon and I just don't feel like having to deal with missing anyone.
Sam: Well can we be friends?
Morgan: I guess so.
Morgan: I have one question though.
Sam: What is it?
Morgan: Is it true that Santa Carla is the murder capital of the world?
(Sam nods his head "YES")
Sam: Did you notice all the missing persons flyers up yet?
Morgan: Yeah, that many people missing.
Sam: Well like my grandfather said to me,"If all the dead buried in Santa Carla would get up and walk, we'd have one hell of a population problem."
Morgan: Your grandfather sounds very wise.
Sam: Look I'm hungry, would you like to get something to eat?
Morgan: Sure.
(They are now eating and drinking.)
Morgan: Sam where are the weird guys you hang around with?
Sam: Oh the Frog brothers, they are visiting relatives, they are weird, but they are pretty cool once you get to know them and they can be pretty wierd, but I don't mind that and well they saved my life a few times.
(Morgan looks at the watch on her belt)
Morgan: Aw man it's late and I gotta go.
Sam: Hey, why don't I take you home, I just have to get the keys from my mom, she has to close up late tonight.
Morgan: You sure it's ok?
Sam: Sure, got my license last year when I turned 18.
Morgan: I just turned 18 this year.
(morgan smiles, they walk back to the video store.)
Sam: Mom, I need the keys to the car to take Morgan home.
Lucy: Ok honey, but don't forget I need to get picked up at midnight.
Sam: Ok, I won't.
(Same gets the keys and then they walk to the station wagon. Morgan gets in and waits. Sam starts the car)
Sam: Just tell me where you live.
Morgan: It's not far from here.
(Morgan gives him directions and he notices it's not far from where he lives now, since they are now living at Max's place)
Sam: Hey we're neighbors almost.
Morgan: Almost and thanks for the ride home.
Sam: Hey can I call you sometime?
(morgan tells him her number and then heads up to the house and unlocks it, Sam notices the bag and gets out and runs up to her on the porch)
Sam: Hey you forgot this.
Morgan: Thanks.
(Their hands touch and she blushes slightly)
Sam: Ok, talk to you later.
Morgan: Yeah.
(Morgan enters the house, noticing how quiet it is and sighs, she goes into her room and plops down on the bed to write in her diary, in the meantime Sam drives home and turns on the tv, the news is bad and he frowns.)
Newscaster: Another body has been found on the beach of Santa Carla, it looks like it may have been another missing person, it seems that it never ends and activity is up since the beginning of this year.
Sam: Shit, not another band of vampires.
(Morgan is watching a movie and falls asleep, she hears noises and wakes up and then it's all quiet, she was told never to disobey what she was told when it came to "The Rules". Morgan never questioned them about why they sleep all day and only come up from the basement at night, if she did, she knew how much trouble she would be in. They always made sure she is well taken care of, but she knew never to ask certain questions about their activities.)
