thoughts

I knew what I dreamed. I knew what I saw and I know it was real. Will didn't want to believe it but he did. After I told him what I had saw he shook his head head and said that it couldn't be true. He told me that even if Freddy did have a daughter chances were high he killed her. Part of me wanted to believe him but part of me thought it sounded like something Freddy would do.

It would be pretty hard to find out if Freddy really had a daughter. All the records evolved with Freddy were pretty much gone. The only way there would still be records about her would be if her last name was different than Freddy's. That would still make it hard to find because I would have no idea what to look for.

If this girl really planned on carrying on in her father's footsteps wouldn't she have done it by now? Of course she might have been waiting for some sign from Freddy that he really didn't believe he could come back on his own again. Maybe that's what I had the dream. Maybe Freddy is throwing the fact his daughter is about to come in my face.

I wish I had had more time to think on this. But I have school and work to deal with. I can't spend all my time thinking about Freddy and worrying if more people are going to be killed. I had to work the day after I had the nightmare.

I had been sitting in the living room waiting for my dad to get home from one of his business trips thinking about everything. I decided that they just had to keep him a little longer and that he would call later. There was a knock on the front door. It was Will to pick me up and take me to work.

“Come on Lori,” I said to myself. “Get a hold of yourself. You're being silly. Freddy probably sent you that dream so that you would start to be afraid again.”

With that comforting thought I walked out of the house. I didn't expect for things to get weirder at work.
