The Kraken
Of all people he hadn't been expecting Elizabeth Turner to be the one to shove him into the bowels of hell - even though he couldn't half blame her for he would have done just the same if the situation had been any different. Perhaps this was the best way after all they had been through - someone had the heart of Davy Jones - more than likely that Norrington asshole so Elizabeth and Will would be spared from the gallows and he could be with his beloved Olivia sooner than he had hoped.
Hot air blew from the Kraken's mouth just before a disgusting spat of slime protruded forth and covered Jack in thick white snot. His stomach turned at the smell as he muttered, "..not that bad.." and took a hard, nervous look at the beast before him. He drew his sword quickly and pointed it at it's open mouth - lunging forward as the beast swallowed him whole - destroying his ship in the process with it's massive tentacles.
Then everything Jack Sparrow knew went black and cold.

Jack's eyes opened slowly as they adjusted to the light - the bright Caribbean sun beat down on him, warming his cold - wet body as he focused on the woman kneeling before him. The sun was so bright he couldn't make out her face but the soft golden curls that hung past her slender shoulders told him enough - causing him to reach up with both hands and bring her down to him - kissing her gently on the lips before pushing past them with his tongue.
A soft moan escaped his company and for once in several months he was really alive.
They say a man is most alive moments before he dies.
He pulled himself away quickly and forced himself to look at the woman in his arms - marveling at Olivia's beauty as the sun illuminated her face and she smiled down at him. His 'inner voice' really needed to shut the hell up just then. He didn't care how he had come about this spit of land - he was just thankful to be there and to have her with him.
"Olivia..."
She continued to smile - that sad smile that only he could bring out in her. "Olivia.. how has this happened? The Kraken... Elizabeth.." Jack tried to push himself up from the sand but a force much powerful than his own kept him at bay. "Please.. tell me how.." A sudden sob escaped Olivia's throat as she reach her hand down and stroked a few strands of his matted brown hair. "It's not your time, Jack.. It's not your time.." She whispered - her sorrow showing through as he blinked and she was gone.
Darkness welcomed him now - icy black nothingness that chilled him to the bone as he choked and gasped for needed air. He was alive and Olivia had been a bitter sweet dream. The roar of the ocean could be heard behind him as he finally found his footing - gushes of water nearly knock him back down to the slimy floor of the vessel.
Trapped inside the belly of a Kraken.
A Kraken that was headed down towards the depths of the ocean - putting miles and miles of water between him and a breath of fresh air. He was doomed. "Bloody hell you damned beast!" Jack punched the air - striking a wall of thick Kraken flesh. He dug his nails into the muscle - hearing the beast make a deafening sound as it slowed slightly. "That's right you son of a bitch! You won't be taken' me down without a fight!" He continued, falling to his knees as the angry beast began to fight back - rocking him hard from one side to the other.
For once his luck had changed - he thought - nearly cutting his hand on his sword as he picked it up and impaled it into the side of the Kraken. The beast roared a loud cry and sent Jack flying deeper into it's belly - giving him only one thought of an escape as more water began to flow into his chamber. He was going to drown - that was a give in - but not inside this vile monster.
With all his strength, Jack shoved his sword into the beast and began cutting away at it's flesh - gasping for air as ocean water began to rush in at full force.
Maybe it wasn't as good an idea as he had hoped. There was no possible way to survive this but being chewed up by a massive monster was surely a better fate than slowly losing your last breath to the ocean. If anything he had to at least try. Jack took a deep breath of stale air and pushed himself through the small opening on the Kraken - kicking off the side of the dying beast as he began to swim up towards the light.
“Keep Jack safe..”
He could still hear Olivia’s sweet voice praying for him from wherever she was.
