Friends With Benefit

It wasn't long until Caleb broke the kiss. Not because it wasn't good, cause damn it was a hell of a kiss. Not because of Reid either. Actually, Reid was the last thing he had in mind.

-Chase what are you doing?- he asked surprised, but in his eyes Chase could easily see how tired he was.

-What, didn't you like it?- Only thing he could do was smile.

-I'm just... so tired. I just wanna sleep ok?.- He didn't even wait for an answer. But despite the weird of the situation he layed his head on Chase's shoulder and put an arm over his chest.

-Yeah, i think i just wanna sleep too...- And that was not true. But Caleb was using him as a pillow, and hugging him like if that was all he needed...

Ok, how did he got there? The plan was very clear. The whole point of being in that stupid school right now was to steal their powers. What was he doing, then, sleeping with him?

It just wasn't the right time. Yeah, that was it! He'll wait until Caleb's acention. Then he'll have his full power, and then will be the right moment to steal it. Yes, that was it. Damn, he was so smart even when he wasn't thiking...

But for now he'll have to cover his true identity. Yeah, he'll just have to sleep there that night, just for precaution. Right.

He just put his arms around Caleb and fell asleep with a big smile on his face...

Caleb woke up alone in a strange bed only wearing his underwear. When he saw Chase in the other bed he remembered about the kiss.

-Good morning sunshine- Chase said smiling. -I thought you were gonna sleep all day-

-What? waht time is it?- he asked yawing.

-11 am-

-What! Please tell me you're kidding, i can't believe i slept that much-

-Well, you were pretty sick last nigh, but you seem to be ok now. Are you?- Like if he didn't know. He stopped Caleb's sickness the minute he woke up.

-Yeah, i think i'm fine, my stomach's not spinning now at least- Caleb was now seat. -Listen about last night...-

-Oh don't worry about that. I've seen a lot of people puking in my life, or myself for that matter-

-No, i mean after that. When we got here?- He was hoping he would not have to say the word kiss. But Chase didn't seem to have any idea of what was he talking about

-What? You fall asleep the moment your face touched that pillow, and that was the only thing you've been doing since then-

-Yes, but before that...- Dammn it -..th..the..kiss...i mean?-

-Kiss? What kiss?. Listen mam, you were pretty wasted last night. You might as weel could have been seeing things you know?- He actually say it concerned. What a good actor he was.

-Are you sure? Cause i was... and.... you slept in that bed all night?-

-Course i did. Listen, i was just going to take a shower, wanna come?-

-What?- Caleb felt those tickles again.

-Oh, i just thought you migh use one too, after the puking and everything...-

-Right! Yeah, i.. just don't have a towel.- I don't have a towel!? What was he, stupid?

-I got that covered. Come on, if we finished early enough you might catch up with your friends before noon- He said as he opened the door of his room.

-Yeah right, my friends...- Caleb said to himself. For the first time in a long time, his friends were the last thing he had on his head...
