Everything was going good. Or so Elizabeth Swann thought as she sat in front of her vanity mirror, brushing her light brown hair that had some blonde streaks from the sun. Today was her wedding day to Will....finally, and she had to finish preparing before the ceremony. The door opened quietly, and a man came up behind her, and put his hands on her shoulders. Since the vanity mirror was somewhat small, she could only see the man from the neck down. She paused in brushing her hair and smiled softly.

"Isn't it bad luck for the groom to see the bride before the wedding, Will?" she asked gently, laying down her brush.

The hands tightened on her shoulders, digging in almost painfully. "Never said I was the eunuch did I?" came the sexy drawl of Captain Jack Sparrow. Elizabeth's eyes widened as she tried to turn around, but he held her firmly down in the chair. "Look at lovely little Lizzie, getting all dolled up for her wedding....bet the whelp doesn't know that you are a cold-hearted murderer," he bent down and whispered in her ear.

"Jack, I.." he put his hand over her mouth and jerked her head back painfully.

"Shut it, Lizzie," He hissed out, grabbing a handful of her hair painfully. He pulled her up by her hair and spun her around to face him, his eyes dark with hate. "You killed me love...tis only fair that I do the same."

Elizabeth let out a small gasp of shock as his dagger slid in to her side, between her ribs. "Jack...please...I'm sorry," she whispered as he spun the blade around to widen the wound. He jerked the dagger out and then calmly slit her throat, letting her drop to the floor, watching the life fade from her eyes as her blood pooled around her.

"So am I, Lizzie," he muttered, wiping his dagger on her ivory colored wedding dress. "I'm sorry I ever believed in you...trusted you...loved you," he sighed then turned to leave the fancy room he was in. He paused to look at her body on the floor. "Sorry I didn't get a tumble with you either...I bet you are a hellcat between the sheets," he said regretfully as he closed the door behind him.

Elizabeth once again woke up with a gasp from this new nightmare that was plaguing her. She looked around fearfully for a moment or two, half expecting Jack to step out of the shadows and kill her for real. 'I have to save him...and I have to tell him the truth,' she thought to herself, settling back onto her hammock. 'Before it is too late,' she thought before once again drifting off to sleep. The constant nightmares had left her nervous, and exhausted to the point that she would only get a few hours of sleep a night. But she needed to save her strength....the hard part hadn't even started yet.
