The Romulan Queen ~ Two

Two

Why was she sitting there alone?

Lawrence wondered at this as he stared at her from the upper level of the bar. He sent his security force to scan the establishment for any sign of the rest of the Enterprise crew. He was sure they were around he just could not see them. Three of the five-man security force returned with no sign of the rest of Uhura’s crew. Lawrence waited until all of them returned with the same conclusion before making his way down to the lower level. The five-man team followed him.

His excitement began to grow at the thought of finally getting to speak to his dream lover alone. He had so much he wanted to say to her but he had to act according to his position. He did not consider that she would resent him for firing on the Klingons and causing their unfortunate battle. It did not matter to him at that moment. His hapless communications officer had done one thing right. Just after his faithful decision to fire up on the Klingons, she sent a message to the star base about a malfunctioning torpedo chamber and its subsequent firing at the Klingons. She also informed them that they had not discovered the problem until they were docking because of human error.

His former communication officer Sasha Petton proved she was very resourceful. During his interrogation of her in the holding cell, he found out a few things about his first officer Grattan. She was able to hack into his communication log and found that his suspicion about Grattan’s loyalty to Nero was true and that Grattan was planning more than just a small attack on the star base Magellan. He was planning a takeover.

Lawrence was impressed. He immediately released and sent her to her quarters to wait for his orders. He did not arrest Grattan at that very moment he wanted Nero, he wanted to prove to his commanders that was better than James T. Kirk was and he would do this by capturing the elusive Romulan. He would then execute Grattan he did not need him telling the Federation the truth about the Klingon attack. Although, he knew that with Admiral Henry leading the star base Magellan he would have no problem getting out of any Court Marshal. Lawrence knew all of Admiral Todd Henry’s shortcomings and that went a long way in cover up all of his.

Lawrence looked back at those following him and scowled. “Where is Grattan?”

No one gave the Romulan a second look as he calmly walked out of the bar and into the hallway and pulled out his communicator. He only had a few moments before his distracted Captain realized he was gone. Grattan was sure that Lawrence suspected him of treason. He had seen Lawrence’s security dogs around his room and following him lately. He did not have much time before Captain Nelson started blackmailing him with the threat of treason. It was his way and Grattan had no doubts his ability to find out what haunts you got him his Captain bars.

Grattan looked around at the uninteresting people walking by him and tuned into Nero’s frequency. His commander was not one with patience lately. After his wife’s death Nero became bitter and vengeful. He wanted nothing but revenge for the Federation’s failure to remove Admiral Henry from star base Magellan after he failed protecting his wife and unborn son. At one time, Nero and the Federation were in alliance of good faith until Magellan failed to save those on planet Fada from a volcano explosion that threatened the local population. Admiral Henry ignored the request for immediate evacuation from the star shuttle Landis that made frequent fairies to the planet and ordered it back to the star base. Five thousand and five hundred beings died that day, three thousand Vulcans, two thousand Humans, and five hundred Romulans. Nero’s wife was among that number. His anger kindled against the Federation and he severed ties and began planning his assault against Magellan and its leader. If this would heal his emperor then he would help Nero in any way he could.

“You are late.” Ayel’s voice sounded annoyed through Grattan handheld.

“He maybe a stupid human but he has eyes everywhere and I fear I do not have much time. I will meet you on deck nine in about an hour after another display of his intelligence. We will go over the plans to take Magellan then.”

“Nero will be waiting for you in an hour then.”

The communicator went silent and Grattan switched it off.

“Who are you talking to Grattan?” The five-man security force surrounded him as Nelson stood before him with an angry look on his face.

The Romulan stood his entire height and stared down at the human. “Your mother,”

He had heard it enough to know it was an insult to humans and Lawrence was no different in his behavior. He struck Grattan in the face. The five men restrained the angry Romulan when he tried to return the favor to his Captain.

Nelson smiled at some passing patrons as Grattan struggled in the grasp of his men. The leader of the team named Lox began to move Grattan down the corridor and into a small viewing room as Nelson smiled reassuring people everything was fine and that Grattan was a criminal before retreating into the viewing room.

Grattan watched him walk towards him with a smile on his face. He knew nothing good for him would come of it. “I know that you were speaking to Nero and I know about your plans for this star base. Our little Sasha is a genius at computers. I do not think there is anyone better then she is.”

“I will inform the council about your decision to fire on the Enterprise.”

Nelson lost his smile and began shaking his head. “You let your hand show a little too early there Grattan. You see I was going to spare you until later but you forced me to make other decisions.”

She sat there waiting for the drink she ordered to arrive it had been at least forty-five minutes and Nyota was beginning to think Kirk’s knowledge of Captain Lawrence Nelson was flawed. She almost walked out twice.

The bartender smiled at her and set her drink before her. He prepared a pick line but thought better of it when he saw Captain Nelson walking towards the counter with his men.

“Captain,”

“Frederick,” Nelson moved beside Nyota laying his forearm on the counter top and leaning close to her. He could smell her warm fresh scent and his body instantly grew hard. He wanted her now. He wished she was carefree as the other females on the star base but he knew that was dream. She was the most impossible woman. She was career driven from birth and that was all she did. Nelson was vigilant when it came to any man even looking at her, which were several. He made sure they would never look at her again. He campaigned hard for her to become part of his crew but the favorite Kirk won her. Now he had to seize his opportunity to end the recurring dream about her in this moment. Whether she wanted it or not, Lieutenant Nyota Uhura would spread her thighs for him and welcome him into her warm body.

Her skin crawled and she tried her best not to throw the drink in his face, smash the glass it came in, and try to stab him for causing their fight with the Klingons. She had to remain calm and let this man think he had her and lower his guard.

“I have never seen you in a bar.”

Uhura forced herself to look at him. His blue eyes were darker than usual and his voice deeper. She wanted to throw up realizing he wanted more than just to talk. She could feel his hard flesh pressing against her thigh. She moved it immediately.

“We do not travel in the same circles. I prefer the more civilized and respectful beings.”

She heard the chuckling from his men. Did he always travel with a pack? She was not sure if Kirk knew that. He only brought Sulu and Spock with him. “You can’t do this on your own.”

Nelson leaned in closer causing Uhura to move back. “I can do a lot of things on my own especially you.”

He watched something close to revulsion come across her face and he knew it take violence to get her into his bed. He had no care about Frederick who was watching them and constantly looking down and mumbling something. He could get her out of here without causing a scene. Threatening women was a beautiful tactic and worked well against them.

Uhura had enough and decided it was time to leave. The planned time for the attack was almost up. She moved to get out of her chair on the other side when Lawrence grabbed her arm and yanked her towards his body.

“My room is the other way.” He began pulling her towards the doors as his security team moved towards the exit. Someone grabbed his arm and Lawrence looked back. A fist slammed into his face separating him from his potential victim.

The security team turned and came to his defense as Sulu and Spock came over the counter of the bar to intercept them. Uhura felt someone pick her up and place heron the counter. She looked up at Spock as Frederick helped her down.

“Stay out of sight,”

“But I want to see this.”

His look left nothing to discuss and the bartender forced her down into the cabinet and closed the door. She listened at the scuffling and cries of pain coming from the action above. It lasted for about two minutes before Magellan security came to arrest them.

“Captain Lawrence, Captain Kirk you are hereby ordered to stand before Admiral Henry in response to this fight and the battle at the satellite station. Your crew will be detained until further notice.”

Nero waited in the abandoned room for Ayel to return with news of Grattan. It was becoming increasingly dangerous for his loyal clansmen and after their meeting today Nero planned to have him come with them. He had served his leader well.

Nero heard the door open and walked into the other room to see Ayel with a look of concern. “Did you find Grattan?”

Ayel looked over at him and nodded. Nero frowned at him. “Then where is he?”

Ayel looked down again before looking up at Nero again. “He is not well.”

A pain entered Nero’s body that he knew all too well. It felt as if another piece of him died again. He threw up the hood on his long black duster and walked from the room with Ayel following him.

Blood continued to drip down from the cut above Nelson’s right eye as he and Kirk stood before Admiral Henry. Kirk had minor cuts and bruises but Nelson received much damage.

“Is this how Starfleet Captains behave? What was this about?”

Nelson wiped the blood from his right eye for the fourth time and began talking. “He does not want me talking to any of his crew even if she wants me.”

“In your dreams Nelson and probably not even there. This is all about the battle we had with the Klingons remember that. Nelson fired on them just as he left the air space.”

Admiral Henry frowned at the young Kirk. He was a hazard to his tenure here. All he had to do was express his displeasure with Henry and he knew it was over. However, Nelson could do worse than that he would lose his life if that Captain spoke. He watched the two staring at him and decided to speak to each alone.

“Harris take Nelson to Medical bay and have his eyes fixed. I will speak to Kirk alone.”

Lawrence frowned at the Admiral as the guard led him away but a reassuring nod from Henry calmed him. Harris took him outside the room where the doctor met them. He began working on him immediately.

Lawrence smiled. “Where is she?”

Harris lowered his voice. “We blocked off the shortest route back to her ship so she has to travel down deck nine. If you hurry, you can catch her.”

“Well then you should probably move a little faster doctor I have a date with a beautiful woman.”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Nyota sighed when she saw the closed doors to the ramp that led to her ship. There was no information as to why they closed it but she knew it would be a long walk around deck nine to get back. All she wanted to do was take a nice hot bath and forget about almost losing her life today. The beautiful lieutenant turned and began walking back towards the main hallway that connected to deck nine.
Nyota turned in front of two men walking down the hallway with hoods covering parts of their faces. This was nothing to concern yourself with there were different creatures on the star base and these two were nothing out of the ordinary.
Ayel stared at the human female before them watching the long black hair sway from left to right while striking her firm bottom in the process. She was Starfleet edition and their enemy but she was beautiful and the other men walking on deck nine thought so too. Several did complete turns watching her walk by them without concern. Many were bolder reaching out to grab her without fear of security stopping because they were security.
Nyota shoved two of them causing her to stop walking. One of the guards grabbed her again and received a rake of nails across the face. He screamed and others came to his defense. Nero and Ayel stopped behind her as the guards approached.
“You can continue sir we have to speak to her alone.”
“No you do not. You want to harm her.” The voice was deep and emotionless from the blackness of the hood.
The man close to Nero reached for his weapon but Nero’s hand clamped down on top of his and applied pressure. The other people on the deck gasped and turned to see the man screaming in pain. Nero elbowed the guard behind him and put him on the ground. Ayel took the weapon from the distracted third guard and pointed it at him.
The other guards held up their hands as Ayel moved towards them. “She can continue her journey as can we unhindered or will an example be needed.”
The moaning of pain from the man Nero had brought a swift answer. “No please continue on your journey.”
Nero released the man, grabbed Uhura, and walked by with Ayel covering their rear. She walked quickly to keep up with the two males that saved her. They came to the end of their journey when they reached a closed door. Nero turned to her, removed his hood, and watched the recognition of who he was cross her face.
“Go quickly they have your scent and will want to sample it.”
She stared up at him for a moment and turned to go down the hall. She stopped and faced them again. “Thank you,”
Nero just stared at her without speaking. Uhura turned and briskly walked down the hall with him staring after her. Ayel watched him for a moment and then opened the door. Nero turned to look inside and saw Grattan lying on the floor covered with his blood.
The two kneeled on the floor on either side of Grattan’s body in silence. Nero lowered his forehead towards his fallen friend and made a small moan of pain. Another part of his heart crumbled away. Ayel closed his eyes in sadness. Nero’s plans of revenge would never take place. He did not know how much more pain Nero’s heart could take but he knew what little was there was now in shreds.
Sounds of screaming began to filter towards their ears and the two looked at each other and jumped to their feet.
Lawrence began squeezing the breath from her as he hugged her to his body. Her strength began to wane and her screams ceased. He ran all the way to deck nine. Harris sent some of his men to watch her but he did not send them to harass her. It worked and Nelson found her just where he thought she would be and pounced.
Her head fell back exposing her neck to him and he took advantage of it. His lips rained down kisses and his teeth placed bites along it as well. He carried her into a supply room and laid her on the blankets that one of the guards placed there for them.
Nyota moaned as blackness surrounded her. She felt his hands ripping her uniform and shredding her bra. She tried to stop him but the blackness grew stronger. She felt his mouth on her nipple frantically sucking as if nourishment would flow from them. She whimpered and finally became silent.
Nelson ripped off her underwear and in the process scraped the inside of her thigh causing her blood to flow. He kissed down her stomach growing more desperate to be inside her with every taste of her skin. He kissed the tops of her thighs and finally dipped between then parting the dry folds with his tongue.
Out of the corner of his eye, Nelson saw a pair of huge black boots. He quickly looked up to see the Romulan marking all over the angry face of Emperor Nero. His body heaved with violence and it landed all over Nelson’s face. Pain and blood spewed from his nose but Lawrence could do nothing the one blow sent him reeling backward and into the abyss of blackness.
