chapter two
* Seeing his captive having difficulties keeping up with his pace, the Decepticon turned, sweeping her up in his grasp. A trail of air reached his sensors. Her scent. Inhaling, he relished it. The sweet scent of young woman, the sharp, fearful note of adrenaline, the copper of fresh blood and the heavy sedative scent of her arousal. What better perfume for a fleshling? Holding her close, Barricade felt his own arousal churn within. It was an inexplicable hunger for those fragile human females, it was violently insatiable and raw, a need and a constant, powerful addiction. Venting inward once more, relishing her natural scent, he held her closer, at once surprised at how gently he handled her. Musing on the new experience, the Decepticon scout made his way down the immense cave toward a smaller adjacent entrance in the granite wall. Entering, he then closed the heavy armoured door behind him, and set his prize down, disappointed that he was, for the time being, forbidden to possess her, mate with her, break her. She was to be completely unharmed, and no matter his powerful want, he had to obey, or else the Decepticon cause would be lost. Pointing at a niche in the wall, thick mattresses covering the floor inside, he waited for her to obey. "You sleep there." he ordered, struggling with his mounting desire to force her down and onto the cold stone floor where he could mount her and possess her fully. Venting a deep calming sigh, Barricade turned away from his captive. "Are you in need of sustenance?" *i let out a startled squeak as i was scooped up by my large keeper. blushing i squirmed slightly. my heart thumping against my chest. as i was put down i had to fight a blush to ignore my arousal for my massive alien captor. his voice did nothing to help my situation. blushing i nodded and scampered into the place he asked. why was he being so gentle? i knew how powerful he was...and the thought of that and that yet he still hadled me gently sent a shiver of need down my spine. blushing and jumping at his question i nodded shyly* y-yes please~ "Laserbeak!" growled the scout, his voice thundering inside the smaller cave. "The human needs to be fed!" A scraping of metal against stone could be heard, a rustle of steel feathers. A dark, hissing answer in alien tongue crept across the walls licking the still air. A pair of crimson eyes lit up in the shadows of another corner of the room, smaller than the optics of any of the other Decepticons, but equally malevolent. Steel glinted, illuminating the shadows in a slow but deliberate movement as the creature summoned by the scout emerged from the shadows. squeaks and jumps when you bellow heart thunders in my chest breath comming out in puffs as blushes in embarrassment. watches alittle scared* "At once, Master..." the emerging creature replied in a venomous, deadly voice, and the strange being stood up, spreading his metal wings, spanning almost the width of the room. A steel vulture. eyes widen seeing the creature and watches trembling slightly afraid* Beating his massive wings, the mechanical vulture took to the air, exiting a vent in the high cave ceiling, leaving the scout and his prey alone. Barricade felt uneasy. This was a new situation for him, guarding a fleshling from harm instead of inflicting it. Knowing only fragmentary about the humans, their needs and their behavior, having only dealt with their fear and death prior to coming into possession of the Twin Key, the massive being was for once at a loss, and so he began pacing back and forth, resembling a caged beast. *i blushed and crawled to the edge of my little space unknowingly giving a clear view down my top to my braless c-cup breast. asks timidly* a-are you ok? Barricade turned, surprised at her question. No human had ever spoken to him with concern, least of all his victims. Taking her in with his optics, noticing her enticing female shapes, he had to suppress the urge to rip the clothes from her body. Unsure of how to respond, he continued prowling back and forth. "I have orders to guard you." he began "but I am created to terminate life, not sustain it." nods timidly and smiles sadly tilting head to side in an adrorable fashion* then you can learn? i can try help~ then you wont get introuble~ *smiles at you. is oblivious to the affect im having* Her words rang within his mind, his biomechanical processors seeking an answer. This human was different from her kind. While others fled his being in sheer terror, panic distorting their features, this one stayed calm, collected and brave. She did not try to run, nor fight, and the most confusing of all, she seemed to care about his well being, exhibiting a social behavior towards him which was something he was not used to. Social behavior amongst his kind was not unknown to him, Decepticons also possessed these traits, but rarely displayed emotions to others not closely bonded. It was true that a strong bond of comradeship held them together, but it only stretched to a certain limit. If a Decepticon was injured but able to make his or her way back to the base, he or she was tended to, but were one captured, it was a sign of weakness, and the unfortunate would expect no aid. Barricade kept to the rules. He was a soldier, posted in an age-long war against an equally deadly, equally strong enemy, and he could not afford lowering his guard. At least not until the Twin Key had served her purpose in the Portal. By finding her and obtaining her and the pendant, delivering her to his Lord and commander, he had been bestowed the greatest honour a Decepticon could be given, Guardian of the Twin Key. No easy task, his new position would create new enemies and allies within the ranks, and he would have to watch his back even closer than before. All rested on him now. The fate of his home planet and the continuance of his race rested on him keeping the Twin Key safe until the time was right. Should he fail, he knew his punishment would be worse than death, but should he succeed, he, Barricade, would be the one second in command. He could not fail. *confusion settled over me when i failed to recieve a reply. i watched in awe as a flood of different emotions ran over my alien captors optics at a speed i was sure was going to give me whiplash. remaining silent i waited. i absently wondered how this mech viewed me....i knew i was different to others. a fact brought to light by everytime i was treated badly by "my own kind". Realizing the human female expected an answer, Barricade tried to find appropriate wording, finally deciding on the direct approach he was used to amongst his own kind. "I am not malfunctioning," he informed her. " however, I am lacking the necessary knowledge in interfacing with your race." Finding his answer too short to convey his thoughts, he continued. "It is positive that you are cooperative. It will increase your chances of surviving." *i blush and stiffle a giggle at his wording. Smiling at him i nod my head making my long hair bounce with the motion* than i will continue to do so~ Before the Decepticon could answer, there was a rustle of steel descending into the room, and the screeching voice of Laserbeak announced his return. In his claws hung a torn and bundled up tablecloth filled with items of food. Blood dripped from his wings, and stained his sharp jagged beak, trailing down the length of his neck and down onto the floor. Landing, he set the bundle down before the girl, bowing his head to Barricade. "I have done as you commanded," he hissed, folding his razor sharp wings "the fleshlings I confiscated it from were not as cooperative as I had hoped, so I had to... suicide them." Smiling venomously at the girl, he blinked and moved the bundle forward with a push of his bloodstained clawed foot. "Enjoy." *i paled as i saw and heard what had happened with a whimper i started to tremble as i asked* p-please tell me it was quick..... A twisted grin wound it's way across the scavenger's features, and he stepped closer to the pallid girl, sharp claws clicking. Slithering up behind her, caressing her soft skin with his movements, Laserbeak let out a silent and chilling laugh, his breath trickling down her neck as he brushed up against her. "No. It was slow and... delicate." *my eyes widen and i pale more whimpering as i curl up on myself. my eyes tear up and i start to cry silently* Settling in a corner of the room, Laserbeak turned his back toward the girl, curled up into his standby mode and switched his audio input off. Barricade urged his prisoner forward with as gentle a push of his hand as he could, nodding towards the bundle of supplies still lying on the floor. "Eat." he ordered her. "The dead will not c *sniffling i nod sadly and mumble* he didnt have to m-make them suffer....*unwraps the supplies and eats quietly sad* Seating himself beside her, the Saleen Decepticon vented a sigh, his optics scrutinizing her tear-streaked face. "They resisted," he explained. "and by doing so, they brought it upon themselves. Amongst our kind, there is no pity, no weakness and no remorse." Watching her eat, the biomechanical being continued his sentence. "We are at war. We do not show mercy. That is a sign of weakness, and those who are weak are not allowed to live. You are alive only because you have a purpose to serve. You would not still be alive if you were a mere human insect, and not the Twin Key. You will learn our ways soon, fleshling." *pausing with quiet thought as listens i nod slowly*....i-i guess i understand.....i just dont see the need for a slow death....*frowns slightly* why are you all so interested in this twin key thing? And how am i a twin key? *tilts head cutely as rubs away tears* i am simply a human.....an outcast but....human none the less....*blinks up at you* "Our planet, Cybertron" Barricade began "was created in the collision between a powerful meteor and a lifeless stellar body. The unique combination of metals and energy within this meteor held the power to create life. Us. We lived in peace for many millennia, but in time, some of us took slaves, their decision only based on the colour of our optics. If one was unfortunate to have red optics, one was of a lower caste, and thus, a slave. One Cybertronian, Megatronus, once a slave, had escaped his tormentors and his life as a gladiator. He and his closest friend Orion Pax from the blue caste decided to end the oppression, but Orion wanted no part in an armed conflict and spoke against raising arms against his kind, and so, the two parted in anger. For his refusal of turning to violence against his own, Orion Pax was awarded with the Matrix of Leadership by the elder Primes of the blue faction, making him an elder as well, changing his being to that which he is to this day. Hateful of the betrayal, the leader of the red faction severed all brotherly bonds with Orion and placed a bounty on his head, vowing to one day destroy him and the oppressive blue faction once and for all. Our planet and people was destroyed in the global war that followed, against the blue faction now calling themselves "Autobots". Arrogant and deluded, they persecuted all who opposed them, seeking us out, terminating everyone..
In the final days of our planet, my faction received intelligence that the Autobots intended to eject the meteor of creation into space to prevent us from using its powers to revive our dead. At this some of us managed to deceive our way to the remnants of the lifegiving meteor, now forged into the shape of a cube, and stole a piece of it to be able to revive our dead. For this "crime" we were named "Decepticons" and those who did not manage to escape the mission were branded with this mark" Barricade paused to point at his arm and the angular face of his faction. "Those who managed to escape forged a key out of the lifegiving metal, in the shape of the Cybertronian hieroglyph for eternal life, the symbol your kind has named "Ankh". *i sit listening my attaention only on you. my eyes wide with wonder. i gasp in horror my eyes saddening in bad parts and brightening once you mention a way to revive the dead of your kind. i frown and nod silently* w-wow.... Venting a deep sigh, the alien being projected a holographic image onto the floor before the human female. A picture took shape, as realistic as though it was there to touch. An exact image of the pendant she had worn up until the moment it had been taken from her by her captor. "In the last battle, some of us managed to escape the destruction of our planet, and we were scattered throughout the galaxies. Some of us, of both castes, landed on this planet, some ten thousand years ago, and we have been part of your world since." A new image flickered forth, showing a gathering of hunter gatherer tribes worshipping before a crude image of a horned being, laying offerings of meat before it's feet. Behind it, in the shadows of the night, only partially visible in the light of the roaring sacrificial pyres, flames consuming the slain animal carcasses, loomed an immense being, it's eyes an all too familiar crimson. Megatron. "We found we had use of your race." continued the Decepticon "and as we made ourselves known to you, we were made Gods. *watches wanting to touch the images and nods timidly. frowns and looks at you* b-but i gave you the key....why do you need me? "The Autobots took liking to your kind, adopting you as their protegees, using you against us once more, believing we would not attack them if they had a human shield. They were wrong, and so, they took the war to this planet, still bent on eliminating every single one of us. *i swallow nervously and nod* "As you might understand, different religions were born out of this conflict. Some spawned by the influence of the Autobots, and some by us." Another image flickered forth. *nods in understanding my fair flicking with the motion. looks at the image* Before her eyes, the majestic shapes of the Pyramids formed. A burning copper sun beat down upon the landscape of ancient Egypt, minuscule human shapes moving like ants in the quivering heat, toiling with their daily tasks. Slowly, the shape of the image changed into the faces of the Egyptian Gods and Goddesses, their animal features cast in an alloy of solid gold and silver, Electrum, and set with unpolished, uncut jewels. The image of the Gods then began morphing into the Cybertronian faces that had inspired their creation. "The Autobots fought us wherever we went, their protegees taking inspiration from the religion we created, thus giving birth to many more systems of belief around your world, and as the civilization of the Pharaos crumbled, the Key was passed to a small desert dwelling tribe by the name of Israel, who were aided by us in the guise of the name of their Babylonian Autobot predecessors, which were called the Elohim by the Mesopotamians. Leading the tribe of Israel, we managed to hide the Key within the Ark of the Covenant, guarded by the tribe's priesthood, who would defend it it with their lifes. Off course, the Autobots never touched the ark, since they had become affectionate towards your race, and left it alone, seeking instead a way to manipulate the tribe into adopting them as heavenly angelic heralds and their leader, Orion Pax now renamed Optimus Prime, the invincible one, as their One God. We managed to influence the tribe yet some time, but were struck down and defeated when we lead the Israelites in war against the Autobots and their valleydwelling people of Zanaim by Kedesh. This is something your kind has written down in a collection of scriptures you call the Bible. In fact, you can look it up yourself. Here:" he said, image his optics presented showing the passage in the Christian holy scriptures. "From the book of Judges, 1:19 can be read: And The Lord was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, for they had chariots of iron." Pausing for a moment, Barricade's optics flickered close, his faceplates turning into a frown. "We were defeated, and The Key was lost to the Autobots, who hid it in the temple of Salomon in Jerusalem. Although we had lost the tribe and the key, our influence lived on in the minds of the tribe of Israel, whom we fought with great losses as a result. All we attempted failed, and our ranks were thinning, until the Great Optimus made the fatal mistake of falling in love with a human female of the tribe of Israel, who unknowingly was in possession of the Key. Her name was Maryam, betrothed to a carpenter named Yosef. Believing Optimus to be an angel, Maryam let him mate with her, and the child spawned from that union... well... was the merging of the human body and the Cybertronian mind, bound together with the force of the Key, which contains the power, or All Spark, of the Cube of creation. Their child would become known to this world as Yeshua Ben Maryam, the son of God." "and you..." Barricade opened his eyes again, his crimson optics gazing into her very core "...are his direct descendant." *i listend my eyes wide. to think that every "belief" humans had was nothing but lies and manipulation. all i could think was thank goodness i wasnt devoted to any religion. listening to his final words my eyes widened and i gasped* s-so im.....you mean.........wow....*blushes at my speechlessness but cant help it* "Yes, you are." answered the Decepticon. "You bear the same power infused into the man they called the Son of the virgin Mary and of whom the scriptures call the God of the Israelites. You carry within a spark of creation which was lost and fused together with the embryo that formed without male biological conception, but through the energy of the Primes. This lost component of energy grew within the fleshling female and passed on through the generations. Down to You." *flops back on my bed and stares at nothing*......so.....how am i to...use this errr....energy to help you guys? *tilts head curiously. is sincere* "We will extract it from you."Barricade explained. "In the same way it was infused." *i frown confused and purse my lips* the same way it was.....*eyes widen and blushes dark letting out a squeak* "I take it you understand the situation?" Barricade asked. *nods blushing and swallows nervously* i-ive never um...done anything.....like....that....*cheeks beat red and wide innocent eyes looking up at you shyly* "You will soon." The smile that crept across the Decepticon's mouthplates was chilling. "But Lord Megatron wants you trained first, before he makes use of you." *blushing darkly and nodding timidly, tilts head curiously wondering how i am to be "trained"
