Her wrist where his claw-like fingernails had dug into her flesh was pierced again, causing fresh blood to roll out of the wound.  She didn’t even realize he had strapped her arm down yet again until she felt the cool metal of the tean zu on the tops of her fingers.  Her eyes shot down to the device, and felt her blood run cold as the demon began to twist the top of the device.  Her heart pounded as it came closer, and closer.

The woman threw back her head with a screech as the device broke the bones in her fingers, begging them to stop.  To end the pain.  To kill her.  Yet the female laughed, and the other cenobite chattered causing Arianna to start crying as she realized it was actually laughing at her as well.  When her hand was finally released from the metal object, more tears streamed down her face.
