Chapter One
Title:
Author: Aithilin(nimcuran_aithilin@hotmail.com)
Rating: R
Pairing: Jack/Will
Summary: A continuation of 'Coming Along'.
Disclaimer: Not mine and never will be. Making no money, so no money to give.
Warnings: slash, sometimes dark, sometimes fluffy... Hm...Introduction of original characters (needed a new villain)...I think that's it...
A/N: Timeline note: It's been about a year and a half since 'Coming Along' (I really need to think up a new title for that....).
For Kandra, whom this entire plotline is owed to! And to Nicole, who has to be one of the few reviewers that actually help rather than hinder.

"Get those sails closed!" Jack ordered, yelling above the storm to be heard. His crew responded instantly, getting to the ropes as quickly as they could in the sudden storm. His eyes sought out Will as he tried to keep the wheel steady.
The young man Jack's eyes searched for was next to Gibbs, both tugging on a rope that would complete their task. Satisfied thatl wal was safe, if not getting a little battered by the storm's wind and rain, Jack turned his attention to making sure his ship was securely anchored for the rest of the gale. Anchor set and the crew eager to get out of the rain, Jack pulled Will along with him.
Dragging Will into his cabin, Jack grinned as the younger man started to peel off his wet clothes. Not bothering with his own, Jack threw his arms around Will's waist and pulled the younger man to the bed. Settling on top of his lover, Jack grinned down at the frustrated Will.
There was a staring match between the two until Will was forced to blink when a drop of water landed on his k. Wk. Will frowned.
"Jack," Will started; "You're getting the bed wet."
Jack grinned, "Am I now?"
Leaning down, the captain pressed his lips to Will, noting the younger man's discomfort at the press of wet clothes and hair against him.
"Let's see what I can do to fix that," Jack started taking off his wet clothes and moving to kiss Will each time.

The storm had passed by morning and some of the crew were already on deck when Jack left his cabin. He quickly surveyed any damage done during the storm and made a mental list of who he was going to send into the rigging to take a closer look. Deciding that he would send Will up first, partially because he liked watching the younger man climb, and partially because he was still miffed that he woke up to an empty bed.
He found a place at the table being shared by Anamaria, Will, and Gibbs by convincing Gibbs that it was a much better idea to let him sit next to Will. Happily taking an offered tankard of rum and a slab of too-hard bread, Jack let himself relax in the morning atmosphere.
"Was there any damagWillWill asked.
Jack shook his head, "Not that I could see. But you get t' go int' th' rigging t' take a closer look."
Will frowned, "Why me?"
"Because I woke t' a cold bed, love," Jack grinned as he took a long drink from his tankard.
Anamaria grinned at the frown that crossed Will's face; but before she could say anything, Jack spoke again. "Any plans for revenge, get out o' your head."
"Oh, Jack," Anamaria sighed, mocking a sense of drama; "didn't ye enjoy-"
Jack narrowed his eyes, "No. An' anythin' like that again, you'll find yourself sittin' on a nice little isle."
Anamaria and Will grinned innocently. Gibbs shook his head, "Not e'en midmorn an' ye three are already lookin' int' yer games."
"Very serious matters," Will said, managing to keep his smile from breaking through.
Jack grinned, "Yes, some borderin' on mutinous."
Anamaria pretended a hurt look, "Cap'n! Ye accuse us o' mutiny?"
"Well, you."
Will chuckled and stood from the table. "Don't you have a ship to command, Captain?"
Jack grinned and jumped up from his seat, placing an arm around Will's shoulder and leading him out to the deck. "Indeed I do, love. An' my first order o' th' day; get up t' th' sail."
Giving Jack a glare, Will climbed the ropes, carefully looking over some of the ones he already knew were old. Nearing the top, Will let his eyes roam the ocean around them. No doubt that Jack knew exactly where they were, Will thought. He settled in the rigging and went about his task of making sure nothing needed immediate repair, looking deverevery so often to see what was going on with the crew.
They were moving again, continuing a course Jack had set earlier. The crew at work and Jack at the helm, as was usual. The ocean was relatively calm and Will took his time to look over the water again. He frowned as something caught his eye; a dark mark on the horizon.
Deciding that the rigging was fine, Will climbed down to the deck and moved to stand next to Jack. Jack grinned, "I saw it too, love."
"There are two, Jack."
The captain nodded, "I saw."
Will looked back at the water, then to the crew noticing that they had caught sight and were waiting for Jack's plan. It wasn't until they were much closer that Jack had Anamaria take the wheel. Grabbing the spyglass from Gibbs, Jack leaned over the rail slightly, just enough to get a clear view of two swo ships.
He grinned, "Well, looks like we can join in, mates."
Turning to Anamaria, Jack called, "Out o' range, Ana," he turned to Cotton; "An' I have a job for that bird."
Leaving a confused crew on deck, Jack quickly went into his cabin, coming out a few minutes later rolling a piece of scrap paper. Giving it to Cotton, the mute gave it to the parrot.
"Alright," Jack grinned and looked over the two ships, seeing the crew of one already gathering to watch the approach of the Black Pearl; "th' bird drops this, an' it's your head. T' th' one that's winnin'."
The mute nodded and the parrot let out a squawk before taking off to the smaller of the two ships where the crew was gathering. After a few minutes of tentative waiting, Will sighed.
"Jack, what're you planning?"
Jack shushed him and e wae was a cry of 'parley' from the other ship. Grinning, Jack signalled for Anamaria to bring the Pearl closer. A plank was placed across the distance and Will grinned at the familiar captain of the other ship.
"Welcome to the 'Eurydice', Captain Sparrow."
"Good t' see you again, Bill."

Hm....Kinda crappy... Ah, well, I have a nice plan for this one, regardless of bad openings. I might re-write sometime.
