Re-written scene: When Will demands something be done to get Elizabeth back

Will walked to Norrington and mentioned that the bad pirates have taken Elizabeth and that he needs to go and hunt them down and save her. Norrington rolled his eyes. This is a young lad, and really of no use to them unless he has specific information. "Murtogg," he asked "Remove this man"
Will moves away from Murtogg and after the guards mentioned about Jack Sparrow he says, "Ask him where it is. Make a deal with him. He could lead us to it"
Norrington was growing extremely annoyed, and gave Will a deadly glare. "No! The pirates who incaded this fort left Sparrow locked in his cell. Ergo, they are not his allies."
In response, Will rolls his eyes and then buried his ax in the map on the table. "THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!"
"EXCUSE ME?" Norrington bellowed in Will's face, grabbing his arm. "Excuse me Governor, I think I need to escort this young man away from this area"
Will tried to release Norrington's grip from his arm. "Not a chance young man. Did you learn nothing yesterday?" he hauled him into the jail which was located behind where the meeting was held. Will tried to run away, but it was no use.
Norrington hauled him into the office, easily restraining him. He locked the door and cleared the desk. "Lean over the desk Mr. Turner, trousers down" he began to take off his belt
Will's face went pale when he saw Norrington's belt come off..."P--Please, I didn't mean it. We need to find where they've taken Elizabeth."
"We will, and not with rash actions young man. Over the desk, now"
"But, my bum already hurts from the last time...don't do this." Will said backing into a wall.
"You should have thought of that, I gave you fair warning. Do NOT make me put you across my knee"
"P--Please I'm begging you...don't use your belt...I won't do this again."
"One..." Norrington began to count impatiently. "Pllllleeeeaaaasssseee." he pleaded but he knew he was testing Norrington's patience.
"TWO!!!" he snaped the belt across his palm. It echoed in the stone room. Will jumped from the sound and tears started running down his cheeks. "Whatever you want me to do...I'll do it...just don't punish me with the belt." he pleaded. he's never felt a spanking from a belt and is a little scared of it being used on his backside.
"THREE" Norrington sat in the chair and in a swift movement, he pulled down Will's trousers and had the young man firmly held down across his lap. "Your disobediance in following directions will cost your thighs mr. turner" CRACK CRACK he started at the top of Will's backside and worked his way down to mid thigh.
Will squirmed and tried to cover with his hands, "P--Please...don't!" he shouted trying to get off his lap.
Norrington easily pinned his hands and started a second trip down the bottom CRACK CRACK CRACKCK

Will kicked his legs and couldn't believe the pain from the belt "P--Please!!! I'm sorry!!! STOP!!!" he knows his backside has to be pretty red by now.
Norrington was moved by Will's pleas, but still felt a lesson had to be instilled. "You will NEVER NEVER be so naughty again young man" and she started a third trip. Will started howling and screaming from the pain
Norrington stopped after 2 quick extra ones to his sit spot, then rubbed his back. "I have finished Mr. Turner, but I will be watching you and expect you to behave yourself. You have obviously lacked direction and guidance and discipline in your life, and you need someone to do those things for you, and I have volunteered, and you will except"
"I'm old enough.... I don't need a baby-sitter," Will choked out through his tears.
"Did your father ever really see you Will? Do you even remember him? You need someone to help you become a better man, and I won't stand by and let you run wild when I know you can be better"
"my father died when i was a small lad living in England. i've been able to take care of myself." he said as he looked over his shoulder at Norrington.
"You don't want someone to care for you? Perhaps be an older brother and steadying force for you? It's very difficult to not have anyone to turn to William" he said, still rubbing circles.
"i want someone to care for me...but spankings are for hellion children...not grown men." he said trying to get up.
"That's not true--spankings are for people who are cared for and.... and.... loved William. It is a sign of love, not of humilation and degrading you"
"well, you AREN'T my father!!! if YOU aren't going to find Elizabeth...then I just might have to." he said not thinking.
"I am going to find her William. And I don't *want* to be your father, I want to be someone you can turn to, don't you understand?" he set Will on his feet, and shook his head. "and do not make the mistake of thinking you are the only man who cares for Elizabeth" he said softly
Will stood up and started to pull up his pants
"It is your choice Will, but not in my presence will you act in such a way" he got up to leave, his voice low.
WIll rolled his eyes and after buckling his belt he rubbed his sore backside.
Norrington put his belt back on and left, shaking his head.
