Forgiving
Chapter 3
Phen walked out of the room, her face looking as if she were in deep thought. Grievous thought nothing of it.
“Come.” he commanded and she followed.
When they went to the ships, Grievous led them to his new ship, ‘Invisible Hand’. Phen wasn’t even paying any attention to where they were going, but right now she didn’t even care. All she thought was why Sidious, a Sith Lord, a bringer of fear, seemed so fearful of her that last moment? She decided that it was nothing because Grievous didn’t seem to notice anything. This time, she decided not to sleep, for she felt something big was about to happen. Grievous seemed to be busy, so Phen decided to try another escape. She may not be able to get off the ship now that it was in space, but she thought she would hide out somewhere in the ship until it landed. So she thought up a lie to trick the guards. Then she got close to one of the guards.
“Can I go to the bathroom?” she whispered. “I really have to go.”
It wasn’t the lie that got the droid, but the fact that they all knew she was the generals’ apprentice. So they opened the door for her and she quickly got out of the room and they shut the door. She felt relieved that she was finally out of there until she heard Grievous yelling.
“Oh crud.” she thought.
Then the doors opened to reveal a really ticked off general.
“OH CRUD!” she said.
She then made a mad dash down any corridor she came up to. Grievous went back into a control room.
“Where is she now?” he asked angrily.
“Sector 5, corridor 6 general. We can now activate the shield.” answered a droid.
“Activate it!” he ordered.
Through the security cameras, they could hear her yell.
“CRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUD!”
“I will go deal with her myself. I will be in room 7 of sector 5. I do not want to be disturbed. Is that clear?” he said.
“Yes general.” answered the droids in unison.
She felt like such an idiot for stopping right in that spot. She heard footsteps and prayed it wasn’t the general. When she saw it was him, she cursed every bad word she new under her breath. He deactivated the shield and grabbed her before she could make a run for it.
“Now I will show you what happens when you try to escape me girl!” he said angrily in her face.
When they got to the room, which seemed to be as big as a training room, he started by slamming her on a wall many times. Then he threw her across the room, walked to her, and started kicking her over and over again. He grabbed her by the neck and slammed her into a wall, pinning her there.
“Now you won’t try to escape, will you.” he hissed in her face.
“No.” she managed to say.
“Next time, it will be much, MUCH, worse.” he said threateningly.
He slammed her into the wall once more, then carried her to the control room, and placed her down leaning on a wall. She was hurt badly and really needed some sleep, even though she thought she now might have a nightmare. It was no nightmare, but her love dream. When she fell asleep, she was already about to kiss him. When they finally touched, she began to kiss him passionately, with passion she never new she had. Then they seemed to be laying down, he on top of her. They were both still kissing, neither wanting to stop. It seemed to be forever that they were kissing, just how she wanted it, to never end. Eternal love. Then the next moment, she was on top of him. He pulled her away from his face and laid her on his chest and began to massage her back. She lay there in silence, smiling, feeling soothed. He seemed to be massaging the places where she had been hit. He even massaged the back of her legs, her arms, neck. He made all of the pain just fade away. Then he stopped and simply laid his arms over her body. It was the happiest moment in her life and she didn’t want it to end. She fell asleep in her dream and the moment she did, she woke up from the dream. She felt her back and when she didn’t feel pain, she pressed harder. The pain was gone, as if she was never beaten. She looked around and spotted the general again supervising the droids. She looked at him and gave him a passionate smile. He then turned around and looked at her, then she quickly looked to the floor quite embarrassed. He was then confused and had no idea what had just happened. He thought it best to think it over later and went back to what he was doing. She took a quick glance to see if he was still looking then looked back down. She smiled happily as she thought. Her dreams seemed to have her forgive the general for hurting her. Thing is, he had given her more love than pain and that’s all she ever wanted. Love from a man.
