Theo: Hi, David it's been awhile how have you been? She asked as they entered the bar.
David: Hello, Theo I'm good & how are things with you?

Theo: Not to bad. Congratulations on your book. I'm glad some good came out out of what happened.
*they order their drinks.*
David: Thanks, Theo. But, now my publisher wants another one.
Theo: Is that he thing or, not.?
David: I'm not sure yet. He suggested a place in Washington problem is that if I do decide to try for its got to be soon. Cause the owner wants to demolish it.
Theo: So, which way are u leaning toward?
