Pizza is Here!

The Day After

Troy awoke to a wonderful sight his friends and family all around him they were asleep but all were here waiting for him to awaken from his slumber. Troy smile as he weakly ran his hand through his mom hair who was sitting next to him her head in his lap. Gabriella was the same way but on the other side of him. He let out a silent chuckle as he saw the sight of Chad, Ryan, and Jason. The three of them were on a couch, Chad was in the middle with Ryan on his left, his head in his lap slightly drooling on Chad’s lap, Jason was on the other side of Chad his head leaning on Chad’s shoulder, Chad’s head on Jason’s head both drooling on each other. If he could have taken a picture he would have because no one would have believe that. He soon heard the door open and he look up to see the doctor from before, the one who removed the pizza out of his ass, enter his room.

“Well good morning, Troy how are you?” she said approaching Troy carefully avoiding his friends.

“Kind of sore now that you mention it,” Troy said trying to rub his back. “Um, what time is it, Doctor uh--”

“It’s Dr. Laser,” she said examining Troy “And it’s 10:30 AM and considering what happen to you, being sore is an understatement.”

“When did they get here?” Troy asked

“Oh almost twelve hours pretty much arriving all together,” Dr. Laser said. “They all demanded to be here and while it’s normally against policy I allowed it, those the parents of your friends decided to wait in the waiting room to find out how you are.”

“It’s nice to see them, I was afraid that I would never see them again.” Troy said.

“They were afraid of the same thing,” Dr .laser said Troy look at her funny “Well it’s not uncommon for rape victims to be shocked and put themselves in a coma and don’t awake for years.”

“I see to be honest I wish I was in a coma when it happen,” Troy said looking out the window.

“Many do other wish they were dead, and a lot recover from it and forget they were rape,” Dr. Laser said. “I know that one of your friend can relate to that statement.”

“Who?” Troy ask.

“Doctor-Patience Confidentiality you’ll just have to ask them and if they want to share they tell you. Now go get your parent up you can leave anytime, once the police arrive that is! You got a clean bill of health although some therapy is recommended.” She left and Troy nodded. Troy smiled as he lean over and gently shook Gabriella gently waking her up.

“Hey, beautiful time to get up!” Troy said and Gabriella eyes snapped open.

“TROY!! Your awake!” Gabriella said sitting up and hugging Troy “I was so worry about you!”

“I know but I’m alright,” Troy said as he ended the hug “Hey you mind getting the others up? I’m sure they to would like to talk to me.”

“Sure,” Gabriella said as she got up and started to wake his friends. Troy woke up his mom up and she smothered him to death that he was awake and okay. “Mrs. Bolton unless you want him out cold again maybe you should let go?”

“Oh! Right! Sorry Troy!” Troy mom said.

“It’s okay,” Troy said.

“Dude what happen? You going to be alright?” Chad asked “I thought you don’t do deliveries?”

“I don’t but last night when my shift ended got an order for that place and none off the true delivery boys wouldn’t do it instead they volunteer me and Mr. Goldwind okay it doubling my pay for doing it. Come to find out the reason they wouldn’t go was because they too were victims of those freaks.”

“Wait they knew what was going to happen when you get there and they still sent you!” Jason said “When I get my hand on them--”

“NOT before I have my say to them and you’ll probably have to wait for the police to be done with them as well.” Troy said “I want to expose them for the cowards they are.”

“Just don’t over do it revenge doesn’t get you anywhere just wanting more revenge.” Ryan said down casting his eyes away ‘Wait could Ryan be the one that Dr. Laser was talking about?’ Troy thought

“Hey Troy have every right to humiliate these guys they threw him to some monsters!” Zeke stated Troy’s dad nodding in agreement.

“My brother’s right revenge doesn’t get you anything but a hollow victory,” Sharpay said “Plus remember they just as much a victim as they are the bad guys, they were rape like Troy was.”

“I know that not everyone has courage to call and report being raped to the police but sending Troy in their place kind of put them in the ‘I’m the bad guy’ category.” Taylor said “Plus I can’t believe you would defend them in front of Troy!”

“I’m not defending them I’m just saying I know from experience that revenge will get you no where! I don’t approve of what they did to Troy either!” Ryan said eyes filled with rage from the past ‘Now that confirms it.’ Troy thought to himself.

“Look nothing you been through could come even close to what Troy went through so don’t tell us he doesn’t deserve revenge in fact why don’t---” Troy's dad started to say but Troy interrupted him by saying:

“Dad! Shut UP! I never said I wanted revenge and before you get punch out by Ryan or Sharpay know that I just want to expose them for the cowards that they are. And about Ryan not knowing about what I went through, if I am right, he does know.”

“What do you mean?” Kelsi asked.

“Just before I woke you guys up, Dr. Laser was in here, checking on me and to let me know that I can leave once I talk to the police again,” Troy said keeping my eyes on Ryan “she also told me that one of my friends knew what it was like to be though she never gave a name. Judging by Ryan’s reaction then I believe it was him. Am I wrong?”

“Of course your wrong--” Sharpay said but was cut off by Ryan’s hand on her shoulder.

“Yes I was rape some time ago but I never got my justice like you did,” Ryan said “Dr. Laser was the one who help me out at the hospital, no one knew because it happen out at one of our vacation home in another state.”

“I’m sorry I didn’t mean to offend you,” Troy's dad said looking away ashamed of himself the others were the same way. Just then Lieutenant Jones arrived.

“You should be sorry you never know who is a victim and who is guilty until it is too late.” Lieutenant Jones said. “I came here to return your clothes there was no reason to hold them as no evidence was found on them. Unfortunately your shoes were a total loss however the boys at the precinct pitch in and got you a new pair of shoes almost exactly like the one you had.”

“Lieutenant, what’s going to happen now?” Troy's mom asked.

“Well the ones responsible are in custody and it turns out this isn’t their first time in trouble for rape, in fact they ain’t getting out of jail anytime soon. As far as I can see your son won’t be require to testify, we have more than enough evidence to put them always for life.”

“That’s good I don’t know what I would do if this was to escalate to a trail, I don’t know if I could take, I mean my son could get hurt again.” Troy's mom said. Lieutenant Jones handed Troy a bag and two envelopes.

“What’s the envelopes for?” Troy asked

“Well the money they gave you was considered evidence,” Lieutenant Jones said “This is to compensate for it, one has the money for the pizzas the other is the money they considered a tip for you, but if you ask me no amount of money is worth what you went through.”

“Yeah no kidding!” Troy said getting up and out of the bed and headed to the bathroom to get dress, although he was uncomfortable wearing the clothes he was wearing when he was raped but he manage. He came out adjusting his shirt “Well I’m out of here there are some fellow co-workers that I need to talk too.”

“Troy are you sure you want to do that?” Taylor asked.

“Yeah I mean why not let the police handle this?” Kelsi said.

“I got my reason for doing this,” Troy said “You guys don’t have to come with me, especially since what I am going to say and do will be out of character.”

“Well I’m coming!” Ryan said. Ryan, Jason, and Chad accompany Troy to his job at the Pisces. Inside was the drivers from last night talking as usually. They were unaware of his presence but Mr. Goldwin was aware as he came running up to Troy and his friends.

“Troy! Are you alright?” he asked.

“Yeah,” Troy said pulling out the money and handing it to his boss “Here the money! Excuse me but I got something I need to attend to!” He walked past his boss and up to Jason the driver.

“Hey Troy how was it last night?” He asked Troy getting up to greet the boy only to fly into his colleague as Troy sent a right hook his way.

“You fuckin’ bastard! How dare you even speak to me like that!” Troy said this got every body attention including the workers in the back, they all gather around to see what was Troy problem was. “You sent me to a hell house!”

“What are you talking about?” Emily asked coming up to stop Troy from getting fired.

“I’ll tell you what he’s talking about last night Troy was raped at his delivery spot!” Mr. Goldwind said making Jason and the other driver turn eye-wide.

“What!?!?” Everyone yelled including the drivers.

“Don’t you pretend to be innocence here Jason you knew what was going to happen to me that’s why you or your companions here didn’t want to make the delivery last night!” Troy said grabbing Jason by his shirt and making him look Troy in the eyes. “You knew that I was going to get rape because you guys were rape by them too!”

“Is this true?” Mr. Goldwind asked.

“…yes it’s true,” Jason said looking away from Troy, “I knew that if I went there again that I was going to get raped again, and once was enough for me.”

“So instead you send Troy in your place, you sick coward!” Emily said slapping Jason across the face “Why didn’t you call the police and report this?”

“You know that would affect our image” Jason said “Five fully grown men raped by sick freaks that were guys by the way! It would make people think we were gay, which we aren’t.”

“Your sexuality shouldn’t be a factor when it come to rape,” Ryan said making himself known “Yes I’m gay, but I was raped way before I realize that I was gay! I tried to ignore that I was, because I was afraid people would think that I want to get rape back then. I soon realize that my sexuality had no play in that, they just wanted to hurt me on purpose as well as my family, in yours and Troy’s case they were most likely pleasing only themselves not caring if you enjoy it or not.”

“We didn’t have a choice!” Jason said.

“THAT bullshit, you had a choice, you could have called the cops, warn me what was going to happen to me,” Troy said “but instead you choose to remain silent and allowed me to get raped for three fucking hours! By the way had my phone not accidentally dialed 911, I would’ve been there possibly the whole weekend to be their fuck toy.”

“I… Troy I never meant for that to happen, I swear.” Jason said.

“Well it did and you might as well have been the one to rape Troy,” Troy recognize that voice he turn to see CSI Kelly Moore with some officers with her.

“May we help you officers?” Mr. Goldwind asked.

“Actually, we’re here to place these gentlemen under arrest.” Moore said.

“Arrest! Us! But why?” Jason asked as he was being cuffed “We're victim too!”

“Yes but because you refused to call us and ignore the fact that Mr. Bolton was going to be rape,” Moore said. “you are being charged with negligent rape but we’ll make sure the Judge know that you guys were victims too.” Moore escorted them out and left.

“Sorry Troy if I had known this I wouldn’t have done this,” Mr. Goldwind said. “Why don’t you take a week off to get your bearing right, I’ll make sure you get paid for it!”

“I think I’ll take you up on that offer Sir,” Troy said “I’ll be back the week after ready to work again.” He gave Emily a hug and then headed back home his friend close behind. “I hope this is the end of this nightmare.”

“I hope so too, Troy,” Chad said grabbing his shoulder “Hey! I hope you won’t go all zombie on us!”

“Hey,” Troy said “I ain’t going to change that much, I’ll still be myself you’ll see! Hey let‘s go to my place and get something to eat, anything except pizza that is. ” Everyone laughed except for Ryan he knew that wasn’t going to be the case.

The End

There will be one last chapter but it going to be it’s own story and it going to reveal something about Ryan and his past.
