Finally when the sun rose across the horizon, Alexander put his wine glass down and positioned himself on top of the newly transformed Hephaistion. This would be the last time Alexander could fully enjoy Hephaistion before he went off to war, and he intended to worship every part of Hephaistion.
Alexander sucked, bit and nipped on every possible inch of Hephaistion’s body. He placed soft kisses where he could, and then he placed his cock deep within Hephaistion and let his seed fill him. She took the snake that was coiled around her arm and placed it on Hephaistion’s stomach. The snake slithered its way up and down Hephaistion’s stomach and up to his growing breasts back and forth and finally rested on Hephaistion’s stomach in the shape of a zigzag.
Olympias’ eyes widened and she smiled, “Twins! A boy and a girl! Just like had Leto with her children Apollo and Artemis. This is truly a blessing!”
Olympias bent down and kissed the belly that held the twins. She then sucked on the marks that Alexander left on Hephaistion’s body to make them raw and bleeding, she then took out a vial that contained a lavender liquid and rubbed it into Hephaistion’s open wounds.
In three days the result of liquid that Olympias put into Hephaistion’s wounds would show, she smiled.

Two days passed and Hephaistion finally began to awake. When he turned to his side he saw that Olympias was staring straight down at him, as if examining his soul, or trying to put a spell on him with her eyes. Hephaistion shifted uncomfortably and then his stomach growled.
Olympias held in her hands a bowl of food, “I bet you are hungry,” she said as she handed Hephaistion the bowl.
Hephaistion didn’t speak to respond to Olympias, he just began stuffing his face with food.
“You are carrying twins Hephaistion,” she said solemnly.
Hephaistion looked at her with his mouth full, so full that some bread was sticking out of his mouth.
“It is true, you’ll get bigger than you got before, and you will also eat a lot more. Not to mention you’ll ache a lot more than you did before, but I’m sure you can handle all this! You are a warrior aren’t you?”
Olympias’ last words stung Hephaistion, he turned his face and continued to eat.
