heres another chap i wrote before i go off and get drunk and blow my hands off with fireworks.

oh and mai, you are confused? muahahahaha i am too, theres two ways i can go with this for olympias and im still figuring out which way to choose.
here goes
Hephaistion was hungry. Starving. Famished. Voracious. After his little ordeal with Bagoas he went to the kitchens in search of food with Teodor in his arms. He didn’t trust any servants to come bring him food for the fear of Olympias tainting his food. Hell, he didn’t want to get anywhere near Olympias with her pet snakes coiled around her arms. What if she did make potions that could be breathed in? This whole situation petrified. Hephaistion. He did not like being around Olympias at all. As he walked down the corridors he looked around the corner first to see if she was there and then pressed on down the hall. He had to get out of here quickly or else Olympias would have her revenge in some way, shape, or form.
Hephaistion slowly opened the doors to the kitchen and was greeted by an enthusiastic cook.
“My lord! Are you hungry? I was about to send a servant to bring you your dinner.”
“Yes I am famished.”
“Is it true what they have been saying? Are you with child again?”
“Where did you hear this from?”
“Oh, just fellow workers of mine. They pass down the information, one servant overheard Olympias telling the great news to a script writer to send to Alexander of course!”
Hephaistion sighed; he hated hearing those names in one burst, “Well it is true, but not just a child, twins.”
The cook’s eyes widen with unrenowned joy, “Oh that is wonderful news my lord!”
“Yes, well, now where is that food?”
The cook hurried over to where he had his food prepared, “Here it is my lord, I hope it meets you expectations.”
Hephaistion frowned and looked at it, “No, I don’t want this, make me something new.”
The cook shifted his eyes with worry, “But my lord this is what you always eat! Even my new apprentice helped me make this glorious meal for you!”
Hephaistion narrowed his eyes in suspicion, “Well then your apprentice wouldn’t mind making another meal for me in front of my eyes.
“My lord-“
“Enough of this, I said I wanted a new meal to be made for me, do you not hear my words,” Hephaistion ordered in a dignified tone.
“Yes my lord, right away,” he said nervously. Oh no Olympias is going to have his head for this, how am I to mix in the potion?
The cook had a hard time making this new meal, not because it was a challenge to make what Hephaistion requested, but it was a challenge to somehow get the potion mixed in with all of this. Hephaistion was watching his every move! The meal was ready and the potion wasn’t mixed in, Olympias would have his head for this.
He handed the food to Hephaistion with a smile. Hephaistion took it eagerly.
“Oh, could you make me some oatmeal for my son? And a drink, I need something to drink.”
A light lit up in the cook’s head. Yes! He would put the potion in his drink! He quickly poured Hephaistion’s drink into a cup, put the amount of potion Olympias instructed him to do and stirred the drink until it went back to its original color. He walked over to Hephaistion with the drink in one hand and oatmeal.
“Here you are my lord.”
“Thank you.”
The cook smiled, his job was done for today.
After Hephaistion drank his drink he felt kind of odd. He sat Teodor down on the table.
The next thing the cook heard was a loud thump, when he turned around Hephaistion was on the floor unconscious the other workers in the kitchen began to yell hysterically.
The cook ran to get Olympias.
