AN: Yay! Got the next chapter done. This one was fun what with all the translating from English to Na'vi, which shouldn't be tried if you don't have the right resources to do it if you want it to actually be right. Hope you enjoy.

“The Omaticaya Olo'ektan, Jakesully, is coming to help us with these strangers” Naktang said after greeting Winuk. “I thought you were watching the Sky People, though.”



“I was, clan leader, until a dreamwalker came looking for peace between the Palulukan clan and the Sky People. I  thought it best to bring her here so you might decide if she can be a messenger or a message to her people.”



“I will decide nothing until I've spoken with Jakesully” Naktang said.



“Shall I return her to her people?” Winuk asked. “Or shall she remain our guest until Jakesully arrives?”



“She will stay here” Sìlng said. “So we might learn from her what the Sky People intend to do.”



Jessi didn't even blink when they basically said that she was their guest, Cody would say prisoner, until they had spoken with the clan leader that had kicked the RDA off Pandora before.

Jessi woke with a gasp and almost knocked her head on the top of the link hatch.



“Well, look who's back from the jungle” Terry said from her perch on the next link over. “How was it?”



"Enlightening Jessi said as she swung her legs over the edge of the link bed. “How long was I in?”



“Almost long enough for Cody and Randy to start rallying the troops to storm into the jungle after you” Terry said with a grin. “That boy has a real hard-on for you, ya know.”



“Who? Cody?” Jessi asked as she stood. Terry nodded. “That boy is like a brother to me and the sooner he realizes I don't like him like that, maybe the sooner he'll realize you're more than willing to sleep with him and have little Cody cubs with him.”



Terry jokingly threw a punch at Jessi, which she ducked easily. “You know you wish he'd see you for you, not just the girl that decided she liked the action in the air better than on the ground” Jessi said.



Terry just chuckled. “Let's go ruin his day. He was all for laying waste to the jungle just to get you back.”

“Oel Ngati Kame, Olo'ektan Naktang” the odd Na'vi said after climbing off his Ikran.



“Oel Ngati Kame, Olo'ektan Jhakesully” Naktang said in return. “Olo'Palulukanil irayo si ngati fpi zera'u srung si ayoe.”



The Palulukan clan thanks you for coming to help us.



“Aysmukan srung aysmukan keng txo ayfo kelku si alìm ta lapo” Jakesully said. “Pehrr kem si oe ultxa si fìpo uniltìranyu tsakem za'u fpi fpom?”



Brothers help brothers even if they live far away from the other. When do I meet this Dreamwalker that comes for peace?



“Za'u fìtseng, ma Jhesi” Naktang said.

Winuk pushed Jessi forward, snapping her out of the daze that seeing a fellow Avatar driver put her in.



“I See you, Jessi” Jakesully said in English.



“I See you, Jakesully” Jessi said in return.



“Why are you here?” Jake asked.



“To keep the peace between humans and the Na'vi” Jessi said.



“The RDA wants the unobtainium that makes Pandora the way it is” Jake said. “They won't stop until it runs out if they are allowed to mine it.”



“That's why I'm here. I've learned much of the Na'vi's ways and they put me in charge of security” Jessi said. “I agreed to that only if they gave me control of everything. I'm part Native American. I know what the Europeans did to my people when they got to America. I won't let it happen here.”



“Yet someone in your base was willing to flood the forest with AMP suits, probably to get you back, I'm sure.”



Jessi blinked in surprise. “I returned before he could do something. Cody told me he would if I didn't return. I stayed as a guest of the Palulukan while waiting for you but I woke up before Cody could initiate the mobilization.”



“They are watching the base and they saw the mobilization. Your Cody might not have made it out of the gates but that was only because you woke in time to stop him. Had you not, you would have been an excuse to kill the Palulukan clan.”



“Cody's just protective of me” Jessi said.



Jake just stared at her a moment before turning to Naktang.



“Kar tuté kame nìtengfya nga kame. Kar tuté lu tsamsiyu sì taronyu. Po wayem fpi Palulukan txo po lu Palulukan” Jake said.



Teach her to See as you See. Teach her to be a warrior and a hunter. She will fight for the Palulukan if she is Palulukan.



Naktang looked at Jessi. “Txo nga spaw kerar tuté tìkanken sayi, ayoe kayar tuté” he said as his gaze moved past Jessi. “Winuk kayar tuté.”



If you believe teaching her will work, we will teach her. Winuk will teach her.
