Egg Chamber
Arriving in another part of the pyramid we had to stop cause there was no way across the bridge.
"Now what," Alexa said clearly getting frustrated. "Jump," I said seriously knowing she wouldn't believe me as I took off my pack and removed the gun i had swiped off one of the dead bodies. "What!, you have got to be kidding me," "Alexa do I look like I am fucking kidding. This pyramid holds the carcasses of two of my mates, my last living one Scar who is royally pissed off that you have one of his guns, not pissed cause I have one due to me being his mate I bear honor to carry it, and the fact this place is fucking swarming with aliens," "Sorry I shouldn't have gotten pissy," "Damn right you shouldn't have Alexa now step back here and you as well Sebastian. Sebastian will go first and will run as fast as possible and then jump I have faith he'll make it, then you, then me, understood," I said as i tossed my pack minus the things I had on me that was essential to the fight in the corner. "Understood," Sebastian and Alexa replied while then following my orders. Alexa had made it across I was about to when I felt Scar's invisible arm wrap around my waist to stop me, not at first understanding why I looked over and then realized, there were aliens coming up the hall I wouldn't had made it before they attacked. Grabbing the plasma gun I began firing at them as I yelled to Sebastian and Alexa to run. Turning to Scar I leaned up and kissed his mask before replacing my gun where I had it on my back. "Throw me, I know you will have a argument but throw me Scar please I know you will be across just seconds after me if you love me please let me kill some of those reptilian bastards for killing Chopper and Celtic," "Yes," Scar roughly said before I felt him grab a tight hold on me and then without warning I was flying across the bridge landing I rolled to one knee grabbed the plasma gun again and started shooting the bastards. I heard Scar's thump as he made it to this side as well before he removed his cloaking and became visible. Turning to shoot what I presumed was a alien to my left I was shocked to see Alexa back with us. "What happened I told you and Sebastian to run," "We did but...but one of them got Sebastian I ran back here I never expected this though," as Alexa said that I grabbed Scar's spear from his hip and opened it giving it to Alexa. "If you see one kill it," she must have realized finally it was life or death cause when one attacked her she stabbed it, thankfully it was the last one of the small attack group. "Alexa you alright," I asked as I hooked the plasma gun to my back before walking over to her. Though I had to admit that moment I jumped cause she stuck the spear out thinking I was one of the aliens. Hearing his roar behind him I knew Scar did not like his mate being threatened. "Alexa its alright put the spear down," she finally did and I grabbed it and tossed it back to Scar so he could close it and put it back on his hip. "So many those are some ugly mother fuckers," "Yeah I know. Alexa this is Scar my mate as long as you work with us he wont kill you," "You promise?," "Nope cause i cant keep promises in this pyramid, I should know cause I lost two of my three mates breaking promises I had made to them," I said reaching up and wiping the tears from my blue eyes. Scar must have known I was crying cause he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me tight against him. I finally broke down. I began crying hard for Chopper and Celtic and Scar just let me cause he knew things weren't going to be the same without the other two parts of our mate group. I could feel him rubbing my back as I finally stopped crying, wiping my eyes I knew the black eyeliner I had was gone by now with all the crying, but I sure did feel better. "You ok Lea?," "Yeah Alexa I'll be ok let's go we should get out of here and set off the bomb to kill all these damn things," "Yeah so um is Scar going to lead the way?," "We both are," I said to Alexa as I made sure my combat boots were tied tight and everything was secure cause it would suck losing something while running. Scar placed his mask against my forehead is a temporary kiss and grabbed my hand. Motioning to Alexa we started running down the hall.
