Later the next day, Bond was getting off the plane in Morocco. He followed the agency’s orders and went to meet a woman named Arabella Villarios at the drug manufacturing headquarters. She was stunning, of course. One of those tall, long haired, slender-legged lovelies, but the only woman he could concentrate on now was back in England.
“Hello Mr. Bond”, she sad as she handed him a manila envelope, “Here is all the information we have on Tavares.” She led James into her office. “Please, sit down.”
James pulled out the papers and started to flick through them.
“It says here that Tavares had a business partner named John Phillips. Are his whereabouts known?” James put that papers back in the envelope and looked up at Arabella.
She chuckled, “He’s in the morgue; dropped for not scoring. Apparently he wasn’t producing the business deals Tavares wanted.”
“Hm”, James stroked his chin, contemplating the facts, “well then, tell me about your product.”
“It’s called ClairindonITZ, and it’s an infertility drug that is still in the development stage. We’ve been running a series of trials for research for the past three years or so. Women that have been trying for five years or more to get pregnant are encouraged to participate, and they are given compensation. They receive the drug, examinations, money, and, if they become pregnant, baby products. Clairindon is given as an injection over a period of a year in three-month increments. The thing is, we started to realize our inventory wasn’t matching what was being dispensed; it was disappearing at an alarming rate. And women that had been turned away from the study for whatever reasons, were turning up dead. We found out that Phillips was a part of this, and after MI-6 sent Tavares here, they started to work together.”
As James walked back to his hotel, he kept playing the information Arabella gave him repeatedly in his head. So Tavares gets involved to make money, kills his business partner, and then disappears off the face of the earth? It doesn’t make sense. His phone began to vibrate, and brought him out of himself. It was a text from M:
Have info. On my way to Morocco. Meet me in the hotel bar at 6pm.
Bond got very excited, and couldn’t prevent a big smile from showing up on his face. He looked at his watch, 2pm. Just enough time for a nap, he thought. He walked into the hotel, crossed the large sparkling lobby, got to his room and fell on to the bed. When he woke up it was 5:15pm. James took a hot shower, put on his tan linen trousers, white polo with popped collar, and brown sandals, and headed for the bar. He sat at a small intimate table in the corner that faced the lobby so he could see M arrive.
At exactly 6pm, he saw M breeze through the hotel lobby. James had never seen her dressed down before; naked, but not dressed down. She turned him on. M was wearing black linen trousers, a red tank top that showed off her ample bosom, and big dark sunglasses. She looks just like a movie star, he thought.
“Hello Bond.” M said as she pulled out the chair across from him and sat down.”
She began to feel all tingly as she admired the way his white shirt stretched across his muscles; his tan was glistening and made his deep blue eyes shine.
“Hi M. Lovely to see you.” James replied as he waved the waiter over.
“Please OO7; don’t make this visit mean more than it does. I intercepted some information about Tavares, and I think we should go visit where he did most of his business.”
The waiter handed M and James two menus, and took their drink orders.
“We?” Bond asked with a shocked expression on his face.
“Yes, well, it’s been ages since I’ve been in the field. Once an agent, always an agent and I’m anxious to get dirty again.”
Now James was really turned on. The thought of M fighting made his heart race. Their drinks came followed by the food.
“So, what’s the new information M?”
“Turns out Tavares and Phillips knew each other before. And DeLovely was their go between. But, it’s too late to question her.”
After they ate, they took a taxi to one of the satellite clinics just outside of Rabat. It was closed, as they expected, but that did not stop James from breaking in.
“Be careful Bond there’s probably an alarm.” M said nervously.
James found the keypad and punched in the universal disarming code Q gave him.
“Now, we have to find an office.” James said as he began to wander about.
Pop pop pop.
He started running back towards M, and found her standing over a body holding her gun with a silencer.
“What the hell was that?”
M shrugged her shoulders, “Security guard.”
“Why would a clinic need a security guard?” James asked contemplatively.
“Because it’s not just a clinic. There’s obviously something here worth guarding.”
They found an office with a safe built into the wall.
“Well, this must be it.” James entered and M was right behind him.
“A receipt for a plane ticket to Mykonos, Greece. It’s dated three weeks ago.” M said. “That must be where he went. But why be so careless and leave the evidence behind.”
“Because it’s a chase. He half expected us, or someone else, to want to find him.”
Bond rummaged through the drawers.
“Nothing. Hm, let’s try this safe.”
“Bond wait! There’s an…”
But it was too late. Just as James went to disarm the safe, red laser beams covered the room, forcing M up against the wall and James facing her, their noses practically touching.
“…alarm. I knew it was too easy. Didn’t you see the little blinking light?” She was irritated now.
“Well M, I obviously didn’t, otherwise…”
She cut him off,
“Oh forget it. Just don’t move. Why did I promote you again?”
James smiled and looked down at her chest, which was flushed and moving up and down in time with her heavy breathing.
“Because I’m your favorite. Well, there’s nothing like the excitement of being in the field is there?”
Her reply was only a smile. She wasn’t really listening to him; not only was she was concentrating on not moving, but she was trying to figure out how to contain herself. She had gone completely wet long ago, feeling James’ hardness pressing up against her thigh. His sent was heavy and deep. Musky even; dreamy.
James was desperate as well. He wanted her, right here, right now. He was about to come in his pants. Bond pressed up against her just a little bit more. She let out a soft moan.
“Oh Bond I…”
“Just admit it M, you want me, say you want me!” He could just bend his head a little, and started to kiss and suck at her cleavage. James moved his leg up her body, and slightly pushed her knees open.
“We have to get out of here.” M used her refractor faced watch to redirect the beams, grabbed the papers on the desk, and got her and James out of the clinic.
