Today was a good day for Hephaistion. Alexander had to attend some meeting early in the morning and that meant he had the whole day to himself. He sent off Teodor to Olympias, it was no use trying to get him back. That witch put on a spell on his son and he knew it, he wasn’t oblivious anymore.
After sending Teodor to Olympias Hephaistion quickly sought out Bagoas in the harem, he found him in his room.
“About time you came Hephaistion, I was getting worried that she put another spell on you,” Bagoas said without facing Hephaistion.

Hephaistion turned his attention back onto Bagoas, “Help me escape. Help me escape and Alexander will be all yours.”

“I’ve been thinking Hephaistion. I’ve helped you quite a bit and almost lost my head for it countless of times. Olympias is on to me and she is a very powerful being. I managed to sneak into her room and destroy the recipe for the spell she put on you without any physical harm.”
Hephaistion laughed on the inside, of course Bagoas wanted something more, it was to be expected of him, “What do you want?”
“Just a little something,” Bagoas said with a smile.
