Finally an update!
Okay, its short. So yeah. But you have to give me credit that I updated! Sorry it took so long, but when aff went down I kind of forgot about my story...SORRY
So this chapter is pretty slow, but the next one will be better, I promise!! REVIEW!
Hephaistion entered Alexander’s office. He was currently speaking to some nobles of Babylon, When Alexander saw Hephaistion he dismissed the men.
Alexander embraced Hephaistion, “Where is Teodor?”
“With your mother.”
“Why the surprise visit?”
“I grow restless in this place Alexander.”
“I’m sorry Hephaistion.”
“Alexander…”
“Oh I spoke with mother earlier today. She said next week you would be ready to be filled with a child.”
“Wonderful,” he said without enthusiasm.
It wasn’t, it wasn’t wonderful. In fact, that was a bad thing. He needed to escape before that happened, and if he escaped he would loose a whole day because he would pass out for quite sometime. Tomorrow he would go speak with Bagoas of this matter.
Alexander narrowed his eyes, “You do not sound too exciting Phai, what is wrong?”
“Nothing is wrong my love,” Hephaistion replied quickly, “Shouldn’t we wait till Teodor is a bit older?”
“He is old enough Hephaistion, are you sure nothing is wrong?”
“Nothing is wrong, its just…we have our child, our heir, do we need another one?”
“Do you not what a big family Heph? A playmate for Teodor?”
“Alexander, it’s just…”
“Just what?”
“Nothing Alexander, nothing,” Hephaistion sighed.
“Are you sure? Whatever is bothering you, I’m here to listen. I love you Hephaistion. Are you sure?”
Hephaistion looked deep into Alexander’s honey eyes, “Yes, I am sure.”
“Alright then, I’ll tell mother the wonderful news,” Alexander said with a smile.
“Wonderful,” Hephaistion murmured as Alexander walked away.
There was a soft knock on Bagoas’ door, “who calls,” he questioned.
No response.
Bagoas huffed in annoyance and opened the door, “So you are back for more,” he asked with a raised eyebrow.
“Not in the least, I’ve come to talk to you about escaping.”
“Oh yes, that.”
Hephaistion narrowed his eyes, “Don’t act like it is some measley little thing Bagoas, we had a deal!”
Bagoas chuckled, “Oh Hephaistion, I know, I know. In three weeks time you’ll be out of here.”
“I can’t wait that long Bagoas, my cycle is due next week and Alexander wishes to impregnate me again!”
“Oh dear….”
“What?”
“There isn’t any ships in the dock that will go to Greece.”
“That was your escape plan?”
“Well, yes.”
“That’s not going to work! You have to figure out something quick, you have to have an alternate plan,” Hephaistion yelled with fiery eyes.
Bagoas smiled, “I have to?”
“We HAD an agreement,” he replied in a venomous tone.
“Okay, okay, calm down. I’ll figure something out by tomorrow.”
“Good. Remember, the quicker you get this plan done, the quicker I’m out of Alexander’s life.”
The next day was frustrating for Hephaistion. It seemed wherever he was, Alexander was there as well.
“Phai, where are you heading?”
“Just for a walk Alexander.”
“I will join you,” Alexander replied while placing his hand around Hephaistion’s waist.
“Don’t you have some meeting to attend?”
“Sssh, they are looking for me and I need a break Heph.”
“King Alexander! My lord, they request your presence in the meeting room. They tell me it is very urgent,” a page yelled from afar.
Alexander huffed in annoyance, “Tell them I’ll be there in a few.”
“Looks like I was right,” Hephaistion said with a smile.
Alexander smiled back, “I love it when you smile Hephaistion. I’ll see you later tonight.”
“Finally he is gone,” Hephaistion whispered.

“I have the perfect plan to get you out of here Hephaistion,” Bagoas said with glee.
“You do?”
“Yes! Tonight! Tonight is the night that you get to be free of Alexander.”
“Tonight?”
“Yes! Meet me in the gardens at before dusk.”
“What? So soon?”
“Yes Hephaistion! Now, go pack!”
“Pack?”
“Yes, some clothes, some gold. That kind of stuff, now go! Go!”
“Okay, Okay. I’m going.”
