Chapter6: ne Lne Leaves
Will yanked the suitcase out of Elizabeth’s hand and tossed it to the ground spilling it’s contents all over the middle of the floor. “You’re not leaving. No one leaves Elizabeth!”
“Are you going to keep me here knowing that I am in love with Jack Sparrow?”
“Yes, you’re still my wife Elizabeth Turner! You will not go to that scoundrel of a pirate Jack Sparrow!” She stood and began gathering her things that had been strewn acrose fle floor when her suitcase haen ten thrown to the ground. Will watched as she frantically gathered her things and stuffed them back into her suitcase. “Do you really think that I’m going to let you walk away from me Elizabeth?”
“You have no choice but to let me go William.”
“Oh yes I do. I’ll make you stay with me.”
“Then I shall never let you touch me.”
“Perhaps I’ll just act like a pirate and leave you no choice!” She stared at him her hazel eyes wide with fear.
“Are you threatening me William Turner?”
“No it’s a promise darling. I shall take what belongs to me.” Elizabeth seethed with anger and spat out a coarse response before she could hold her tongue.
“If you’re talking about my virginity then it’s too late. I’ve already given that to Jack.” Will closed the distance between them and struck her across her cheek hard. Elizabeth stumbled a bit from the surprise slap to her cheek. “How dare you strike me! I’m a lady!” Will snorted at her words.
“You’re no lady! You’re nothing but an unfaithful whore!”
“You take that back!”
“I would but it would still be the truth Elizabeth.” She slapped him hard making her palm sting greatly. Will rubbed his cheek. “Don’t act offended Elizabeth, you have behaved like a whore by giving yourself to a man other than your husband.”
“Jack was right, I married the wrong man! I should have married Jack instead of you!”
“Now now darling, those are hateful words.” She closed her suitcase and began heading for the door, her cheek still stinging from where Will had slapped her. “You’re not leaving Elizabeth.”
“Goodbye William.” She headed out the door Will following closely on her heels.
“Did you hear me?”
“I heard you, but I don’t think you heard me. I said goodbye William. I’m leaving you and going to Jack.”
“So you’re going off to be Jack’s newest whore then?”
“Jack doesn’t see me as a whore.”
“What will you do when he tires of you Elizabeth?”
“Jack loves me Will. He honestly loves me.” Will laughed out loud at her words.
“Jack is a pirate Elizabeth! He is honestly dishonest for God’s sake! He doesn’t love you at all!”
“You don’t know what Jack feels for me William! I’m leaving you and that’s final!” Will watched as Elizabeth climbed into the carriage that was waiting for her.
“You’ll never be happy Elizabeth! Jack can’t love you the way I can!” She leaned out the window and shouted back at him.
“No, Jack loves me the way I need to be loved! Goodbye William!” She then sat down and gestured for the driver to take her to Jack’s ship the Black Pearl.
