William
“I don’t want it!” Selene screamed at Markus as he stood before her. Three days had passed and she had not been allowed to leave his mansion as of yet. There were three rather large vampires constantly tailing her. Although, she had managed to avoid Markus for the past three days. Her thoughts continually turned to her lost Michael, but not now. Now the only thing in her mind was blood. Markus was starving her, she knew. He stood now with his wrist bared to her. “You disgust me!” She hissed at him. “This is your plan? Force me to feed only from you?” He said nothing, only watched her. They were alone in one of the many study rooms. Books lined the walls. There was a fireplace nearly as tall as Selene. The room had only an old couch and two dusty chairs. No one ever came in here, which was why Selene had chosen it as her space.
“Don’t be foolish. I merely want you to walk in the sun at my side.” He spoke, his hands up in a non-threatening gesture. “Isn’t that what you want Selene?”
“Shut-up, Markus. This is not you. I can feel the menace inside you. Barely contained. You are worse than your wretched lycan brother!” The smile on his face was gone as if it had never been. “You don’t want me Markus, kill me! Get it over with!” Markus’ black trench coat made a whisper of a sound against the thick rug as he moved toward her. His chest was bare beneath the coat and Selene could see the muscles bunching there as he reached for her. His hands closed hard around her bare arms and slid roughly upward.
“I don’t want you dead Selene. I want you screaming under me.” Selene shivered as he whispered the words, his cheek just touching hers.
Selene had no intention of staying once she found William. She had found six different ways to escape once she needed to. Right now, she couldn’t worry about Markus killing Michael. She shivered again, or any of the Corvins. Markus’ face was buried in her neck now and she reached up to run her fingers through his hair that hung heavy down his back. Suddenly she grabbed a fist full. He gasped as she viciously yanked his head back. “I’ll drain you dry you bastard!” She hissed as she tore into his neck, her fangs lengthening. He cried out… And not from pain. Selene found herself roughly picked up and slammed into the wall of books which began to fall heavily onto the two of them. Just as quickly she realized where this was going as he pressed against her. Selene released his neck and brought her elbow up hard into the side of his head. His blood covered her jaw and neck.
“You bitch.” He growled, his tongue trailing over her jaw as he pressed her even harder into the book shelf. She jerked her head away, her struggles becoming frantic and then nothing. Her body went completely limp and he realized she had passed out. Sighing in disappointment he stepped back and draped her over his shoulder.
The next thing Markus knew he was being kicked back into the books and she was bolting away from him. He turned with a bloody snarl, his eyes blazing blue as he watched her exit the study. “SELENE!” He roared her name, his rage so easily coming to the surface as his body began to change. He pulled his coat away as his skin paled to grey and his muscles became corded and more pronounced. His became visibly taller, his limbs lengthening, his nails curving into talons. It was his face that was most changed. His mouth filled with deadly fangs while his eyes turned cloudy black. “SELENE!” He raged as he all but flew out the door. He could hear her. He could hear everything in this form. All the fools milling about his domain: from the vampires to the rats. He could hear them all, but now there was only one he zoned in on. He could hear her panting as she ran. Selene was frightened and he loved it. He knew she feared nothing. She had not even feared him… Until now. He screamed, a high pitched, bat-like sound and heard her breathing increase. She was far a head of him but he did not rush. He enjoyed the hunt too much. When finally he caught her it would be all the sweeter…
Selene stared at the huge oak doors that marked her exit and looked around frantically for the too hulks that normally guarded it. They were gone. She had never been so lucky. She threw the doors open, and was greeted with fresh, cold night air. Instantly she was calmer. Freedom stood mere steps away. This time she wasn’t sure if he would kill her or fuck her. She didn’t want to take the chance to find out either way as she bolted out into the night. It was late, nearly 1 in the morning. Plenty of time for her to make it back to the city… Then again, with Markus’ blood pumping through her she need not fear the day. With one quick glance back she leaped to the bottom of the stone steps and ran through a large courtyard heading away from the gravel drive and into thick woods that surrounded Markus’ home.
‘Foolish. She won’t get far.’ Markus thought as he headed in the direction she had gone. He could smell his blood on her…
Selene crouched low on the forest floor. She heard the heavy flap of his wings above her. He had gone right past. She knew he could hear her. ‘What am I doing?... I will find Michael again and we will leave here…’ Selene was shaken from her thoughts as a chill crept up her spine. ‘He couldn’t have!’ Her mind screamed denial as Markus slammed into her.
The sheer force of the attack knocked the breath out of her as he slammed her hard into the ground. “Selene.” He groaned her name and Selene brought her feet up to shove him off her. In one easy move she was on her feet. Markus remained crouched down, watching her with eyes so like Michael’s.
“Markus.” She spoke calmly despite her racing heart. “Let me leave and you will never hear of me again. I shall… Forget everything you have done to me… And never return.”
He laughed. A deep sound that rumbled quietly around the space between them. It made Selene angry. Without warning she struck, moving with a speed that nearly matched his. Faster than any vampire, but not faster than a hybrid. Her open palm smacked against his chest sending him back a few steps. She continued her charge, her fists flying at him. She so wished for a gun. At least that would do some lasting damage. She forced him back, dodging his claws. Suddenly, he was gone and her next punch hit air. She felt him behind her but couldn’t move fast enough. His hand closed roughly around the back of her neck and he lifted her off the ground only to swing her hard and fling her toward a two foot wide tree. He was on her before her body hit the tree, forcing her faster toward it. When they hit it the tree cracked, a sound that echoed through the forest like lightening. Selene cried out as blood sprayed from her mouth. Markus held her there, against the tree, her body limp from shock and multiple broken bones. His chest heaved as he pulled her upright and looked into her icy white eyes. He leaned forward to lick at her blood, smiling as he did so. She tried to turn her head, but had to remain still as her body struggled to heal itself.
“I hate you” She hissed, a broken sound. His claws found their way to the front of her shirt and he easily ripped it away. Her black bra was next and she tried to struggle as he leaned down to lick at the blood that ran over her breasts, his fangs grazed her left nipple. “Don’t!” She cried. Apparently her spine was still intact for she managed to struggle weakly. Suddenly he stepped away and Selene fell to the ground. She knew what was coming and tried to stand. Her left leg was broken and stealing everything she had to heal itself. Within seconds he was on her again, ripping away the front of her pants and forcing her onto her back. “Please Markus don’t!”
“Selene you beg so prettily.” Markus spoke as he moved up between her legs. “You are mine. Don’t forget that.” He spoke as she cried out at the pain shooting through her body. She caught his neck with her hand and squeezed with what strength she had left. He shoved her hand away and pushed forward, pressing between her legs. “I am afraid you aren’t going to enjoy this, my dear.” He was on his knees between her legs as he shoved into her, his wings looming around them. Her cry echoed through the forest. His claws dug into her hips and she screamed again, a sound full of rage and pain. Selene wasn’t sure how many times he had raped her now, but this was surely the worst of all. She cried out as he caught her arms and pulled her up. Her head fell to the side, moving as he continued to thrust up, into her. He leaned forward to lick at her chin and neck, tasting the blood there, never slowing, and moaning out his inhuman pleasure. He held her head in his hand and ran his lips over her jaw. Markus knew at that moment that he would never let her go. He knew then that he… Loved her. With that last thought he growled and came inside her once more. His orgasm seemed to last an eternity as tremors flooded through him.
“Brother… Is that our greatest living enemy you are fucking?” The voice came from just to Markus’ left and he lifted his head slowly at the familiar sound. He looked into the deep blue eyes of his identical twin. William stood there, naked and in human form! Markus could only stare at him. Selene was unconscious thankfully.
“William…”
