Confrontations

Mickelle walked with William through the hallway towards the staircase in the direction of the second floor. She allowed her plan play in her mind, filling her with an excitement far wetter than any wine. She looked upon William’s hard, stricken face. He looked so much like his brother but different. She couldn’t help but to find her lycan enemy beautiful in his seriousness. She feared his temper but it made him lovely. His hair was long, straight and black. He wore a short beard and mustache like Markus. He had silver, gray eyes with long lashes. Mickelle found that his anger and serious emotion made him look great. His brother and him, both shared that sharp jaw line and when focused, the clenched them, defining their features more.

Once reaching Ann’s room, Mickelle followed William into the room. He cut the light on and found the window still open from Ann’s retreat. Mickelle stood back as William walked out on the balcony. She was the wind blowing gently through his hair. His hair was pulled back half way by tiny French braids on his hair line, keeping it from his face.

William saw Markus in flight, descending in the forest, not far from the estate. He could feel his brother’s anger, knowing that he had found Ann. William felt a lot of his twin brother’s emotions. He heart sank hearing Ann scream. Unheard by everyone else, but his senses were strong in his immortality. He stood their feeling the danger in the air. William was upset that Ann had left but he could feel something strange about this situation. When he had retrieved his brother earlier, he could feel the bond between Ann and Markus. He was it in her face, lying naked in bed when Markus opened the door. He had heard her soft voice carry his brother’s name in passion. Why would she run from a man, that William saw, she was growing to love? He felt something wasn’t right.

Mickelle sat on the bed bench, lost in thought when William stepped in, hutting the window doors behind him. He sat by her, speaking, almost questioning.

“I don’t understand why she would run. Death Dealers were here and yes, she did know of their appearance, how did she see her chance to run when Markus told her to stay? Tell me Micky, what you saw?” he looked at her wondering as she told her story to him again.

William lowered his head, feeling his brother’s anger at a peak and heard Ann’s pleading, pained voice. Markus was killing her slowly and William felt it. “What is going on, William?” Mickelle asked, almost pleading. “Let’s just say, Markus will come back alone.” He said, knowing Ann’s fate. Mickelle covered her mouth with her hands, letting a tear fall. William pulled her close, wondering why she sobbed for a girl, she clearly hated. She excused herself as William was hit hard with glimpses of his brother fucking his sweet Ann like a whore, badly broke but not as much as her heart. William had the urge to find out why Ann was heart broken, not something someone who ran would feel. She should have felt hate and regret but he saw Ann’s broken heart on her face. He saw love. One name came to mind, Mickelle.

Mickelle had stepped out in the hall, wiping away her face tears, unable to hide her great smile. Marks would love her finally for her quick eye and she would be in good graces once more. She sent a text to Shawn, letting him know the plan worked and the looked out the end hall window when she heard William step out of the room. She put on her best sad face as William stepped up, behind her, looking out the window.

“Are you okay?” he asked, looking at her. She answered cleverly. “I’ll live. William, I know that we all held our problems and I did like Markus and felt a bit jealous of Ann but to be honest, Ann and I spoke tonight a bit and I saw her warm heart.” William looked at her intuitively. “I see, I didn’t know you cared much for humans.” He spoke

“Well,” She spoke genuinely. “Though many judge me for my past, she opened her heart to me.” She said, suddenly feeling guilty, letting a tear fall. She thought of how Ann had cared for her even though she was in a bad situation. She cleared her mind, knowing this would pass when she grew her own bond with Markus. She knew how to win him over, with and open, patient heart, something she learned from Ann. She thought of how good things may take harsh sacrifices.

William coaxed her to one of the bedroom doors on the other side of the hall. “Let’s speak in here. I don’t want to be in Ann’s room right now.” He spoke. The entered the dark room. William lit the fireplace and opened the drapes in the room as Mickelle sat on the bed, staring into the fire, thinking in her quilt. William saw right through it. Mickelle was feeling guilty and he saw it on her face. William stooped on the floor in front of Mickelle’s hands, seeing her tears.

“It’s okay Micky, don’t cry.” he wiped her tears. He pulled her up in a hug, from her sitting position, feeling her new found guilt. He basked in her pain, engulfing it like blood. She should fill badly for her misdeeds. He knew she had done something to cause this, but it was still unknown to him. He hugged her deeply, loving the feeling of her pain. She didn’t fight his as he pushed her brown hair back, exposing her full cleavage in her sweater. He felt the urge to put his face in between her breast wanting to feel her agony through her body. She looked at him, saddened as William pressed his lips on hers. She looked shocked but didn’t fight him, even though he resisted the urge to rip her to pieces, tasting her pain. He knew he would have to leave that to Markus. He found himself kissing her down to her breast, pulling her sweater down a bit as he did so, loving the fear that made her heart race.

Mickelle really wanted Markus but William’s advancements over took her. The excitement rose in her as he touched her in a way she had never felt. She ran her hands through his ebony locks as he laid her down on the bed, spreading her legs a bit and squeezing her breast a bit just to snatch down the top of her sweater and bra, exposing her completely. She complied with his touch as he tasted her flesh, paying extra attention to her nipples. The tactic he used, took her breath away and made her want more as he had her pinned to the bed by her sweater but he abandoned her sensitivity, pulling her close and whispering into her ear.

“I know what you have done. Markus doesn’t have to tell me anything. I read you like a book.” He spoke gently as he painfully grabbed her by the neck, letting his free hand fall down in between her breast. Fear rose in her as William looked into her face with anger. “I should do to you as my brother does to Ann but I will let him decide your fate. My brother will feed from her, seeing what you have done and you might want to pray, Micky, that he doesn’t hurt you like Ann.” He said this still pressing her hard into her neck, allowing no way to escape by placing his weight on her a bit.

Mickelle said nothing as the tears fell from her face as William ran his lips along her breast, tasting her flesh yet again as he filled her with his angry power. She tried to speak, hoping she could change his mind, to make him second guess his thoughts but as she tried to do so, William sank his fangs into her cleavage, sending a painful shock through her. She pleaded in the pain, knowing he would find the truth, hidden in her blood. He didn’t feed from her greedily, just enough to get the news he wanted and then pulled away, looking at her as she cried.

“Mickelle, my brother knows what you have done and I do too. He’s calling me for the doctor and sadly, through all your attempts, Ann still lives. I must leave you hear to sort your thoughts while you wait to see if Markus will show you and mercy.” He said this, pulling himself up, leaving Mickelle, half naked, bleeding and crying on the bed.

William walked downstairs licking that last of Mickelle’s blood from his lips, finding the doctor in his study. The doctor knew of what was going on in the house. He knew Markus was out to avenge Ann’s disappearance. William looked upon his stricken face and spoke quickly. “Get the U.V. treatments and lots of it. Ann is alive for Markus spared her due to a misconception. She is dying quickly and he will return as soon as we get there.” He said in the doorway.

The doctor packed his bag with the treatment, gauges, an IV, stitches and all the medical stuff he thought he would need. He made sure that she had some morphine for her pain as William grabbed blankets for Ann. Once getting all their supplies ready, they made their way out to the garage, getting an ATV with a trailer on the back and headed off in the direction of Markus’ calling. William was finding it hard to put the equipment together in the back of the trailer as images his mind of what Markus done in his temper. They parked several meters back, grabbed the supplies and walked the rest of the way.

William stopped the doctor as he saw his brother take flight. He mentally told Markus not to kill Mickelle yet. Markus was highly frustrated but he agreed but made it clear she would be confronted. William agreed as he stepped into the clearing, keeping the doctor at a distance, momentarily. The site before him of Ann broke his heart. She was bleeding from her neck, mouth and groin area, covered in blood and smudges of dirt and shivering in the cold. He was astounded when she looked at him, clearly in pain but still looked at him sweetly. William hurried the doctor. They went up to Ann, working quickly with what was left. William questioned his brother aloud, as he looked at the broken Ann. Her blood memories and his angry quest flooded his mind as he covered her with the blankets. Her hair surrounded her dirty and bleeding face but she was still lovely. The doctor worked quickly.

Once finished with all they could do here, they put her sleeping body in the trailer of the ATV and as they rode the doctor told William the extent of her injuries.

“She has broken ribs, punctured right lung, a broken hip; her vaginal canal has been torn up to her cervix. She will need a blood transfusion, pain meds but I think I can fix her. We must hurry though.” He spoke as they got to the mansion. William almost beamed in his brothers direction, telling him mentally that Ann could be saved, as they rushed her to the doctor’s lab.

Markus descended onto the estate steps, gaining his breath as Ann’s life memories burned into his head like hot water. His anger was beyond anything with Mickelle. He wanted nothing more than to rip her throat out but William asked him to wait. He quickly searched out the house, feelings Ann’s pain as he did so. He could hear her crying, weakly as he stepped to the second level, realizing that William must have gotten to her first.

He opened the door, where he heard her voice and saw her sitting on the bed, wiping her tears away. The site of her looking at him, shocked, angered him more as Ann’s memories flashed through his head. Mickelle quickly got up, stepping back in fear, trying to plead but that fazed him none. He extended the talons of his wings, puncturing them through her shoulders as he pinned her to the wall. She wailed in the pain. He looked at her, disgusted, pushing his talons deeper to through her, till they went through the wall behind her. He saw drops of blood in her cleavage of her over exposing sweater, ripping it open, he found the bite as he slammed her head back into the wall by her throat. She cried out in her pain but said nothing more.

“I see William has already marked you.” He spoke, running his finger of her blood, the tasting it. The wound had healed but William’s bite would soon kill her and he decided that wasn’t enough.

“I should drain you dry” he spoke, already having his fill, but her death would please him. “My brother already has other plans for you though.” He leaned in, feeding off her, harshly, seeing all her conspiracies on his beautiful Ann. Her death only enticed him more seeing her cruel intentions. He pulled away, letting her fall to the floor as he go the word that his Ann would live.

“Your lucky that Ann is alive and will be able bodied soon. I will let her decide your punishment which I doubt very seriously, she will show you any mercy.” He growled in her face, almost laughing at how she cowered to him. He left her there bleeding, stepping out in the hall. He let his arsenal anger pass, turning to his more human form. As he set down the hall, he found himself stopping at Ann’s room, running his right hand fingers across the door. He stepped in, engulfed in her human scent, still lingering in the air. The light was on and he noticed the bed bench still pulled out from when he spent time with her. He sat down on her bed, rubbing his temples, staring at her robe on the floor, and thinking. She had looked confused when he struck her in the forest and now understood why. He hadn’t let her explain herself due to his anger and she paid a heavy price for Mickelle’s deceptions. He couldn’t stand to be in this room any longer.

He stepped out, heading to his own bed chambers, needing a shower desperately. On his way there, he informed one of his staff members that a single UV treatment needed to be given to Mickelle and he wanted her to be taken to her new prison. The guard agreed, going off to do what he was told. He allowed the hot water wash away Ann’s blood, the same blood that was shed needlessly. He hated seeing in such large amounts wash away. He dressed and walked to the doctor’s lab, wanting to see her, to make sure she was okay. William and the doctor stood in the doctor’s study. William looked at him sternly, feeling all the shit that happened. The doctor feared him, never seeing his hybrid form.

“Well, what is the news?” He spoke quickly, noticing his anger had not passed completely. The doctor spoke quickly, almost nervously.

“The UV treatments healed her external and internal wounds but it will still take some time before her bones heal. She needs a blood transfusion and I feel the Corvinus blood will be best for this. Regular human blood will only replenish what she lost but the Corvinus blood will heal her faster. The wounds left purple markings, like low lining scars that I can’t fix. That is something she will have to live with. The Corvinus blood will enable her within days but other wise it may take weeks, my lord.”

Markus knew what the Corvinus blood would enable her with, for he was born with it but he felt it was an emergency bases. This was an emergency. He wanted her to be able to move again, to rid her pain but he also knew it would infuse in her own blood quickly. “Will it change her?” he spoke, wondering

“No, the antidote solved that but if she is given this blood, she will hold the DNA and dormant strain to support a hybrid transformation.”

Markus told the doctor to do it, thinking if Ann wanted immortality that would be her own choice. He was broken from thought as William spoke when the doctor left to give Ann the blood. “So, what of Mickelle?” William asked once he was alone with his brother. “She’s upstairs where you left her. She has some serious wounds but I have sent guards to give her a UV treatment, enough so she wound die yet. I will let Ann decide that punishment.” He spoke, feeling the slight tension between them both.

The doctor soon returned as William agreed to the idea. Markus could see a glimpse of Ann’s form through the door before the doctor shut it. William saw this notion and felt how his brother wanted to see her. He could feel that he wanted to be with her. He excused himself and took the doctor with him. As soon as he was alone, Markus entered the lab, seeing Ann on all the machines, cleaned, healed and sleeping. He could see how the Corvinus blood was already working its magic in her. He couldn’t help but run a finger, gently across her sleeping cheek, down to his mark on her, which hurt him more than the sun did when he was only a vampire. He didn’t want to wake her but she stirred, looking upon him in a hurt way but soon fell asleep again. He walked out, seeing how she was hurt by him, her heart shattered in his hands. That pain struck him hard as he felt her emotions digging deep in him.

He needed to rest, returning to his bed chamber that was prepped for his return for rest. He lied in bed for what seems like hours as his body felt broken from his actions on the one he cared for the most. He couldn’t remember the last person he cared for that much. His brother was the closest to him and now Ann was bonding in him. He knew that it would take time before she ever trusted him again, if she ever did. That hard truth was something he couldn’t grasp. It hurt every fiber of his being. He let his mind focus on her care for him, even through all this shit and let that relax him into a restless sleep.

*****************************************************************************************

Mickelle lied still on the bed crying, wondering why William spare her life. She sat up, pulling her sweater back on, hearing Markus’s hybrid screech. She could feel his power coming closer to the mansion but she didn’t run, knowing he would find her regardless of what she did. She could feel her fear rising in her, knowing it was only a matter of time that Markus would find her. The tears flowed and the pain of William’s mark on her was already coursing through her, like sharp knives. She knew it was only a matter of time that his lycan bite would kill her.

Markus pushed the door open. Mickelle looked up seeing Ann’s blood spilled down his mouth to his chest. His black eyes glared at her in anger. She stood, seeing his anger, trying to back away from him, trying to plead.

“My lord, I can explain.” She spoke but was cut off as Markus pushed his talons in her shoulders, slamming her into the wall. She felt some unknown bones crushing in his blow. He slammed her head back by her neck as the wall gave a bit in his notion. She could feel blood pouring from her head through her hair. All she could do was cry in the pain. Markus noticed the bite immediately. He ripped her sweater open, scraping his nails down her front with it. Running his hand on the painful bite, he tasted it as she gaped at him. He spoke in a very threatening tone wanting to do nothing but kill her but found that William had a different plan.

Without wasting time, he bit into her flesh deeply almost pulling her skin off with it. She just waited, crying as he pulled from her greedily, knowing he would see all her plans. He would see her life and all the bad shit she did in it. He dropped her, letting her know Ann lived and she would decide her fate. He left her as she bled. She cried weakly, unable to move. She had never known a pain such as this. Guards soon came in, shooting her with the UV antidote.

“This will keep you from dying from both of the master’s bites but it won’t heal you much. To your new room you go.” He spoke, mocking her as he bound her. The vampire guard carted her off. She knew were she was headed, strait to a cell in the dungeon. They threw her in, giving her a blanket and leaving her. She cried knowing that she would have to live with the pain. Ann lived and she knew that she would not be shown any mercy. She wrapped in the cover and lied on the simple mat on the floor, trying to warm herself. She soon slept from lack of blood as the rest of the house was trying hard to fix her fucked up plan. Turmoil was everywhere and all of this shit was going to be fixed with her death sentence.
