A Touch of Destiny

Elizabeth was sent into the dress shop where she picked out a simple white dress, that reminded her of what she was wearing the night that Jack and her had been stranded on the island. She then went to a bath house, hoping Jack had already been there. He was to meet her outside the bath house at 3, so she had a few hours to waste and she figured Jack had done been here to get this part out of the way and then went down to the tavern to have some rum with Gibbs. She had the lady bring in hot water and fill the tub, once she left she stripped down and climbed in feeling the hot water relax all her muscles . The bath house keeper was informed that she need to up out of there by 2:30, so she began to nap, in the hot water. She had become a lot like Jack since her incident three months ago on the Pearl. She now always had her sword and gun right close to her.



No one had heard or seen anything of Anna Maria, since that day, but just as always anything Jack wanted always had to run into problems getting. Jack was sitting down at the tavern with Gibbs just as he said he would be. “Jack. I think that was Anna Maria just walk out of here. Where is Elizabeth?” Gibbs whispered to Jack across the table. “You think. I left her at the bath house. She is getting ready for the wedding at 3.” Jack said looking around the room trying to see if it was Anna Maria. “Jack. Go check on her. She maybe healed but if she get shot again I don’t think she will make it out of this one.” Gibbs said downing the rest of his rum. Jack didn’t even finish is glass of rum when he jumped up from the table. “Your right, and Anna Maria may still be out for revenge. I still don’t know what happened with that one.” Jack was walking up the street toward the bath house when he seen the keeper run out screaming. ’Oh god, NO please tell me it isn’t’ Jack though to himself, and then he heard a gun shot. “No” he screamed out loud fearing the worse, and he run up the stairs to where he knew Elizabeth had to be.



Jack busted open the door, and fearing to see his beautiful Elizabeth dead, had his sword drawn to take revenge on who ever hurt her. “Jack.” Elizabeth said kneeled down on the floor crying. “Jack I didn’t want to. I’m sorry.” “Its okay, what happen, its okay. Where did she go? Are you hurt?” Jack said holding her tightly. “No, I’m fine. But I tried to talk to her, but she kept trying to cut me and when she pulled a gun out I reacted and shot her. She is dead.” Elizabeth said crying. “Jack I want to go home.” Jack stopped and pulled her back to look at her. “Port Royal?” Jack asked trying not to show he was hurt if she said yes. “No, our ship. Lets get out of here. Please.” Elizabeth said hugging him as tightly as she could not wanting to ever let go.



Jack gather her up in his arms “Okay, but we still have to have this wedding I want you to be mine and mine only and I want to be yours. You are going to have to get your dress on. Can’t have all the other guys in town looking at me beautiful even when shaken bride.” Elizabeth smiled at him. “okay.” and she kissed him, stay here with me though while I get dressed. “Anything for you luv” Jack smiled.



Once Elizabeth was dressed, Jack and her apologized to the keeper from the mess upstairs and then they walked holding hands to the chapel to get on with the wedding. Almost all of the crew was there for the wedding and even some of the town who just couldn’t believe that Jack Sparrow was going to be married. Jack of course loved the attention and made sure to make it know that he was still the most feared pirate in the Caribbean, by making sure that his bride got a lot of gold shiny gifts. Then after the wedding Jack and Elizabeth went back to the ship to make, some much needed loved. It had been 3 months and Jack wanted to make sure that she was completely satisfied.
