AN: Yay, another chapter written and posted. Sorry for taking a little longer than I said I would.

Winuk pulled Jessi into his arms and just held her for a moment before reaching for his que. He held his que up as Jessi did the same. When the tendrils twisted together, they both gasped.



So many things flashed through Winuk's mind that it took him a moment to discern his from hers. Some of it he didn't care one way or the other about.



Jessi leaned in and placed a kiss on his lips and it quickly heated as the dual sensation of touching and being touched rolled over them.



After a moment, Jessi turned, causing Winuk to kiss her cheek. “Inside” she panted against his cheek. “Please.”



Winuk wasn't sure he would have caught her meaning without their bond. He lifted her up from his lap, pulling both their loin clothes off, before setting her back down slowly, sliding her down his throbbing erection.



They both moaned at the feeling as she settled in his lap once more. Winuk only waited a moment before he started moving. Staying still felt more torturous as Jessi's inner muscles fluttered around him, massaging him so nicely, he probably would have cum just from that.



Jessi moved in a slightly different rhythm from Winuk, making the whole experience mind blowing. After only a few moments, probably due to how new the experience was for both of them, they both found their release.



Jessi became aware of herself again as she nuzzled Winuk's sweat slicked chest.



“That was nice” she mumbled.



Winuk grunted as he lay beneath her. “Sleep” he grumbled.

“What were you doing?” Cody asked when Jessi climbed out of her link.



“What?” she asked dumbfounded.



“What were you doing right before coming out?” Cody asked.



“Why are you here?” Jessi asked, pushing past Cody on her way to the eating area. She had every intention of getting something to eat before hit the sack for a couple hours.



“To see why you disappeared into the woods like you did” Cody said. “What were you doin'?”



“Hunting” Jessi said feeling she had no need to elaberate.



Cody gave a non-committal grunt.



“As for why I'm out here, it's because I figured you had everything under control at the base” Jessi said.



“And if I said I would rather have you back at the base?”



“I wouldn't come” Jessi said.



“Why?” Cody asked.



'Because you think you own me' Jessi thought. “Because I'm doing fine out here” she said instead. “Terrance and the others do their research while I keep the peace with the Na'vi. They also make sure we have the supplies we need.”



“You aren't doing your job at the base” Cody said.



“You said I wasn't doin' it before” Jessi said as she bit into her nutrient bar. “At least if I'm out in the middle of the woods, you can't say I'm not doin' my job just because I spend most of my day with the Na'vi, which is my job, by the way, in case you forgot.”



“You are supposed to make sure the Na'vi don't attack us” Cody said.



“You didn't want to listen to my rules” Jessi countered. “If I'm out here, I can say I have no control over what you and Powell decide to do. I do what I can for peace but you have to want that peace to work too.”



Jessi pushed past Cody once more.



“Where are you going?” Cody asked following her again.



“I need some sleep” Jessi said. “Have the pilot take you back to base. I will kick your ass back if you're still here when I wake up.”

“Why?” Tsu'ot asked as he stood over Winuk.



“We chose each other” Winuk said as he stroked Jessi's hair. She slept the deep sleep of the Dreamwalkers that nothing could rouse them from.



“You knew I wanted her” Tsu'ot said.



“I wanted her too” Winuk said. “She chose me.”



“I never had a chance.”



“Sure you did” Winuk said. “Even if you had all the time in the world, she still wouldn't have picked you. Eywa picked her for me.”



Tsu'ot scowled before stalking off into the forest.



Winuk had a feeling things were going to get very bad and very soon. He didn't know how or why.
