A.N. this story is dedicated to my dear friend w/o a pseudonym, and goes toward the takeover of the fanfic world (muwuhahaha ali + sarah i heart you guys :) ) This is my first hionest attempt at a POTC story, and I know it's bad, so uncle sam wants YOU to read and review. Hey, that rhymed...anyway, please R&R, and please forgive me if Jack seems a bit out of character language-wise. He comes in soon, but it will take a while for Will to show up (not very punctual for a blacksmith *shakes finger at Will* but you're cute so we'll forgive you) and Elizabeth might not come at all, but probably she will. Be patient, stick with me, and you'll never go hungry again!!!! ok, no more Lion King for me...
Chapter 1
“I really don’t think I can help you-“
“Please! Just give me the night. Let me…buy you a drink. Do you drink?” Without waiting for an answer he grabbed my arm and I made the mistake of looking into his eyes. The expression in them was nothing less than genuine pleading.
“I suppose it…couldn’t hurt…” I said slowly. Hope and relief flooded his face and I followed him to a quiet corner of the dark, smelly tavern. What had I gotten myself into?
Coming up, some background info, and then...Jack! o so sexy, hang in there!
