Body of a Giant, Soul of a Child
Title: Body of a Giant, Soul of a Child
Author: Anath de Malfoy
Fandom: A Nightmare on Elm Street/Friday the 13th
Pairing: Freddy Krueger/Jason Voorhees
Summary: 255-word drabble; a child like no other falls into the de han hands of Freddy Krueger…
Rating: R
Warnings: M/M slash, chanslash, non-con, implied violence, AU
Possible Spoilers: Freddy vs Jason movie
Disclaimer: I don’t own these boys (would I admit it if I did?) and I’m making no profit here.
A/N: Based on a scene in the film “Freddy vs Jason” where Jason is reduced to a child by his dream-world fear of water. What if the scene had gone a little… differently?
You’re not so frightening here in my world, are you, little Jason?
Mine now. Small and trembling, to toy with for one moment or a hundred years.
You were a vision from a child’s nightmare in the real world. A hulking mass of undead flesh, your mask a cold, blank shield against emotion, your blade always on edge and poised to strike.
Yet here you are, nothing but a child yourself, trapped in your own worst nightmare. Not the sort of child I would have sought out while I lived; you’re quite an ugly little fucker behind the mask, sweet baby Jason. Your mother may have found you beautiful, perhaps… not that it matters now. She’s gone, but I’m here, and you belong to me.
You’re not just another kill; I don’t know if it’s possible to kill you, or if I choose to find that out right now. All I know is that your fear is feeding me, making me stronger than I ever was. Making me feel things I never felt for other children since I came to haunt the world of dreams. You’ve got me hard, sweet little Jason, with your just-bathed baby powder scent instead of the stench of waterlogged death that clung to you back in reality. And I’m not just talking about the blades on my hand that are slicing your clothing into shreds, carefully preparing you for that hardness.
Let me lift you on my lap, my baby Jason, and I’ll show you how a nightmare really feels.
