Disclaimer:
I do not own the Nightmare on Elm Street movie series, nor any of the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
Nightmare
Disclaimer: The only character that belongs to me is Shadow.
Note : This story was just something weird I came up with after seeing Freddy vs jason and I kept having nightmares about Freddy.

Freddy. I'm dreaming. I know I'm dreaming because this isn't a normal freddy dream. Usually when a person dreams of Freddy you are chased through out the whole dream. This dream wasn't like that. It was like a normal dream that was more like a movie than a dream.
It was in the boiler room and Freddy was sitting in the center of the room talking to a little girl. Something wasn't right. Freddy wasn't burned and the reason you'd know it was him was the razor claws on one of his hands. The little girl and Freddy looked like. They both had the same dirty blond hair and green eyes.
"I don't want to go Daddy," the girl begged as tears started to run from her eyes.
Daddy? This was a dream for sure. As far as I knew Freddy didn't have any children.
"You have to baby," he said bringing up his gloved hand and ran one of the blades across her check. "I don't want you to get caught up in all this and get hurt. I think the parents are coming for me and what to make sure you are able to take my place when that happens. And you can't take my place if you get hurt or killed."
"You're right." the girl said blinking away the tears. "I have to go."
"Yes," he nodded running the blades down the front of her white silk dress. "You have to come back to Springwood and finish Daddy's work."
The girl just nodded and became tense as Freddy's other hand slipped under nearth her dress. His clawed hand trailing up and down her the front of her dress as if contemplating wither or not to cut it.
I did not want to see this. Wake up! Wake up damn it!
I didn't wake up the scene kept playing in front of me. Freddy leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on his daughter's lips. At first she didn't return the kiss but after Freddy pushed the blades on his hand against her dress she opened her mouth.
"Wake me up someone!" I screamed it this time even though I knew no one could hear me.
Freddy heard me. He jerked his head away from the girls and looked right at me. He started to laugh and his face morphed from the slightly handsome man to the burned monster. He just kept laughing in that high pitched tone.
"Will!" I yelled it louder this time.
The boiler room disappered and my room came into view. Will was standing over top of me and was shaking me. He stopped when he saw I was awake and pulled me into a hug.
"Thank god you are alright," Will said holding my slightly shaking frame. "You were screaming."
I didn't say anything to him. I just started to think back to the dream. A normal dream would be hard to remember and I would forget it nearly as soon as I wake up. With Freddy's dream you'd remember the details for the rest of your life. Without much effort to vision of the boilor room and the scared girl came back into view.
"It's not over Will," I said the tears already starting to fall.
