Disclaimer:
I do not own Van Helsing, nor any of the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
Beginnings
This is the beginning of the drabbles. They are based off prompts from an LJ community.
Disclaimer: I do not own Van Helsing, never have and never will….though I can dream ^_^
- Beginnings -
He could remember it well, the systrums had been playing and the drums beating. Wine sloshed in overused glasses and his senses had dimmed.
He reasoned getting out was the hardest, moving his thick limbs and staggering from the hall.
It was in the darkness he met him, it was in the darkness he left him. They had argued, argued about God…It had been stupid, that he remembered. It had been childish yet at the time it had seemed like the world depended on it.
The beginning of the end was when he met him. Beginning of the end for him.
Penance for past sins past sins of what? He knew though, past sins…sin for meeting him, for knowing him in a way he shouldn't have. Past sins that still haunt him.
He remembered the fire in his eyes, the silken black hair, the pail skin that shone in the moonlight. He remembered the first time they coupled. The sleek body moving, twisting, and writhing under him. The feeling of him against him, their bodies pressed so close it was a wonder they hadn't melded together.
He remembered it all yet at the same time he remembered nothing, and it hurt.
