We leave off were jack was just eaten by the kraken and Elizabeth, Will, and Gibbs are at Tia Dalma‘s)
(Jack is in Davy joneses locker, dark room, deathly looking)
(Jack is laying down and is dreaming)
(While dreaming he sees a face, the face is almost filmier to him, the face is the face of Elizabeth, she looks like she is in a wedding dress, with a smiling face towards someone but who, she places the ring on the persons finger, then Jack looks down and sees...)
(BOOM- Jack wakes up quickly)

Jack: Bugger!
(Looks around, and sees a dark room, leaking water comes from cracks in the wall, many sea creatures, some weird and deformed.)
Jack: Where am I? (He asks himself, sees a man, at least he thinks.)
Man: You are in Davy Jones Locker, Jack.
Jack: How do you know my name?
Man: I’m a friend of your fathers, who is also is in here.
Jack: My father? How do you know my father, who are you?
Man: I use to sail around with your father, him and me were good friends, and I took care of you when you were just a boy.
Jack: But who are you??
Man: I am your first mates father, long story; your father is going to want to see ye.
The man motions Jack to follow him.
Man: Come follow me.
(Jack follows the man; the place is large and rotting like. smelling of a 1000 rotting corpses.)
(The man stepped up to a door)
Man: in here your father is, go on in
(Jack looks at the door, the man still behind him)
Jack: than…
(When jack turns around to thank the man, the man is gone.)
(Jack opens the door to see a man sitting on the ground, who looks like he’s dieing)
Jack: Father?
Sparrow: Jack, what are you doing down here?
Jack: I owed Jones a debt,
Sparrow: I never thought you would give up in owing people debts?
Jack: (laughs) No, I really didn’t have a choice, well me and me crew was close to runnin away, almost got in the longboat, but I was kinda of distracted.
Sparrow: oh really by what?
(Jack stops for a few seconds and remembered the last good but hurtful seconds of his life…)
Flashback
Elizabeth: Thank You, Jack
Jack: Were not free yet, love
Elizabeth: You came back; I always knew you were a good man
(Stop and looked at him, and kissed him passionately)
(After kissing him for a few seconds, CLICK)
(Elizabeth had tied jack to the mast of the ship)
(Elizabeth looked at jack)
Elizabeth: It's after you, not the ship. It's not us. This is the only way don’t, you see? I’m not sorry.
(Leans as if she wants to kiss him again, but refrains)
(Jack looks at her pleased and thinks more of her then ever)
Jack: Pirate (as if to say I appreciate what you did for me, and yes I love you to)

Sparrow: Jack. JACK!
(Jack comes out of daydreaming)
Jack: what!
Sparrow: You were going to tell me something?
Jack: oh, yea well this girl distracted me…
Sparrow: a girl aye boy.
Jack: aye, the eunuch’s girl.
Sparrow: do ye like her?
Jack: oh well, I would say that…
Sparrow: Very well so what exactly happened between you and her?
Jack: nothing, why?
Sparrow: Jack
Jack: well before I got tied down to the mast of my own ship, she kissed me and we had a little fling of persuasion but besides that nothing really, but again she wants to marry that will turner kid.
Sparrow: my son thinking about marriage, when did this happen?
Jack: I’m not thinking about marriage, I just don’t think, he’s righ.
(Jack stopped)
Sparrow: he’s right for her?
(Jack shook his head yes)
Sparrow: what did the compass say boy?
(Jack looks down at the dark leather compass and touches it with his hand, he remembered exactly where it pointed to what he wanted but couldn’t claim like Tia had said, but did not tell his father)
Jack: umm…chest of course, I am Captain Jack Sparrow, and im not in love with a girl, the only thing I love is the sea…oh yes and of course rum!
Sparrow: oh I see
Jack: Yes, (stops and turns to lay down)
(Jack lays down on the hard cold ground, he starts to doze off)
(While sleeping, he dreams about elizabeth)
(She looks so beautiful, he just wishes she was there with him, though he betrayed her, she also betrayed him, that’s why he was in love with her, because she was a pirate. But did she love him?)

(Back in Tia Dalma’s Place)

(Elizabeth Will Gibbs, and the rest of the Black Pearl crew look at Barbossa)
Barbossa: what is everybody looking at, oh that’s right, you all thought that your good friend jack had killed me, hahaha, I don’t think so.
Will: But he did and he is more never mine so what happened?
Tia: I had brought him back, I knew this was going to happen..
Elizabeth: How did you know this was going to happen?
Tia: Do not question my powers…
( elizabeth kept quiet, and all were shocked to see Barbossa standing there, right in front of them)
(silence)
Elizabeth: so what are we spose to do, how are we gonna save jack?( her saying jack started to make her tear up and remember the last few times she was with him)
Tia: Barbossa will help you rescue Jack on your adventure, and I will be going with you also. But are you all sure you want to risk your lives for Jack?
( all looked at each other)
Gibbs: Aye
Cotton’s Parrott: Aye
Will: (silence) Aye
Elizabeth: Yes (softly)
Tia: ok all agreed then
Will: Where are we going to get a ship, the Pearl is destroyed?
(Tia looked at Will)
Tia: We will just use the Interceptor.
( all of them climb on board and start to head to open sea.)
Barbossa: I will captain the ship, so you all have to listen to me, and no back talk.
( Tia turned quickly around and stared at Barbossa)
Barbossa: I mean..
Tia: No, I will be the captain of this voyage, you just make sure were going in the right direction, ok?
Barbossa: Ok, ok

( back at Davy Jones locker, Jack is still dreaming about Elizabeth)
(he dreams of her, and him making love, a typical guy thing)
(Dream: he is on the ship( Pearl) they are in his cabin, making out, he is slowly about to take off her clothes, kissing her slowly, telling her he loves her, she looks back up at him, gives him a pleased look, she says I…)
Jack wakes up and looks around. He sees nothing but sand around him.
Jack: What the….
He looks up and sees the black pearl, he gets up, grabs his hat. He walks towards the black pearl, and climbs on it.
Jack realizing that he was hallucinating, looks down and sees the sand start to move from under the ship, the ship slowly starts to move.
Jack grabs the mast: Ohh, that’s interesting ..
Jack then starts to steer the ship towards the horizon that he sees.

( back on the interceptor)
(Elizabeth stares out to open sea)
Elizabeth: (thinking) I’m so sorry Jack, I am coming for you
( Will comes up behind her)
( puts his hand on her shoulder)
(Elizabeth turns around quickly)
Will: Oh, did I scare you?
Elizabeth: No, you just startled me.
Will nods
(he looks at her, afraid to ask her about that kiss that she had given Jack on the Pearl)
Will: Elizabeth?
Elizabeth: (still looks out to sea) Yes.
Will: ( hesitates..) I saw the kiss between you and jack.
(Elizabeth turns around quickly)
Elizabeth: Will I …
Will: No, Elizabeth
Elizabeth: Trust me nothing is going on between me and him, I( swallows hard) don’t’ love him (stutters)
Will: well, Then why did you kiss him then?
Elizabeth: To save you and me and the rest of the crew, It was after him not us, he would have put us in danger.
(will looks at Elizabeth, sad face)
Will: Do You love me Elizabeth, do you want to marry me? Or do you love that Pirate Jack?
(elizabeth turns around and looks at the open sea. She’s always wanted to meet a pirate since she was born, and to be honest, the compass did point at jack, but did she want to be with him she was not sure, she did have feelings for Will, but Jack)
(elizabeth starts to cry)
(will comforts her)
Will: I know you love me, you just feel guilt ridden about Jack dieing, understandable, but do u want to marry me I love you.
( elizabeth turns around and looks at will)
Elizabeth: I want to marry you, I love you (she wonders)
( will smiles slightly)
( he walks away)
(elizabeth turns out to open sea)
(Elizabeth thinking: I don’t know if I love you will turner, but I don’t know if I love Jack ether. Wait I can’t love jack, jack is a pirate, he doesn’t even know what love is, does he? All he probably wants to do is have sex with me, just fuck me and leave me. At least will love me and cares about me)
(tia comes up behind elizabeth)
(taps her on the shoulder)
(elizabeth jumps)
Tia: sorry, I see ye are thinking hard, what are ye thinking about?
(elizabeth looks at Tia and looks back at the sea)
Elizabeth: nothing..
( tia looks at elizabeth with disbelief)
Tia: Yea ok, seriously what are you thinking about, what is troubling you?
Elizabeth: It’s.. It’s Jack.
Tia: ahhh, I see. What about the infamous jack sparrow are you thinking about, don’t worry we will save him and you and will can get married.
(elizabeth worried look on her face when she says marriage but quickly stops acting like she is worried and gets back to the subject)
Elizabeth: He is such a pirate, no offense, but he really doesn’t think about anybody but himself, he doesn’t love anyone sept his bloody ship, the sea, and himself!
( tia looks at elizabeth)
Tia: how do ye know that ms. Swann?
(elizabeth looks back out to sea)
( she shrug’s her shoulders)
Elizabeth: It’s obvious
Tia: Ms, Swann, I have known Jack for a while now, me and him go back a long time, is true that he only thinks about his ship and the sea, but they’re are other things I can tell he’s thinking about besides himself, when he last visited before he died, he came to me for help…
(elizabeth turns around)
Elizabeth: Captain Jack Sparrow, asking for help, (laughs) that’s funny. I never thought Jack needed help, or never let anyone help him.
Tia: Funny but true, even Captain Jack Sparrow needs help. But anyways he was looking for the chest, but he was also looking for something else, something he could not find on that island or in that chest.
( elizabeth looks at Tia)
Tia: u kno that compass?, did jack tell you what it did?
(elizabeth nods)
Tia: well then you know that the compass, points to what you want the most in this world.
Elizabeth: So?
Tia: the compass did not work for him, because he wanted many things and couldn’t decide.
Elizabeth: What did he want?
( barbossa yells from the wheel of the ship)
(all turn around, including elizabeth and tia)
Barbossa: LAND HO!

Back on Davy Jones Locker
Jacks ship has stopped, and he gets off the ship, and looks around the island to see crystal blue sea water surrounding the little spick of land that he was on.
Jack: Well at least I found my way out.
(jack pulls out his compass)
(the compass spins and spins then lands straight ahead)
( jack looks up, and sees some trees but that’s it, he thinks nothing of, because he has no idea what is around the other side of the island.)
(jack starts to walk)
Jack: There is no one here, and no rum, never any rum.
(jack keeps walking and notices something out in the distance)
( jack looks closer, and see it is a ship, Interceptor )
Jack: It’s the Interceptor?
( Jack starts to think it is norington and beckett after him)
( then jack starts to notice the ship is coming closer, closer to the little spick of land that he is standing on right now)
Jack: Oh Bugger
(jack starts to run)
Jack: Where am I spose to go, I’m on an island, they’re gonna find me anyway.
(jack pulls out his compass, and the compass again spins around, and finally stops, it points again straight ahead)
( jack afraid to look up, it points directly at the ship)
( sighs)
Jack: I hate this compass. Damn You Tia!
(jack looks up, but the ship is gone)
Jack: what the…
Voice: Damn me ay Jack?
(jack turns around suddenly)
Jack: Tia?
Tia: Aye, so what’s be come of my good friend jack.
Jack: Oh nothing much, sept for the fact that I’m kind of stuck on an island, and I finally see you here, which is good.
Tia: Oh I see…(goes closer to jack, and gives him a seductive look)
Jack: (coughs) Yes, (gets closer to her)
(about to kiss)
(barbossa coughs)
Barbossa: I see you to are busy, maybe we should just leave you to alone.
Tia: No sense, you can join us
Jack/ Barbossa: WHAT?
Tia: I’m kidding, plus , I don’t like jack anymore
Jack: Oh I see, we were more business partners then lovers.
Tia: We were never, lovers, just sex buddies, (laughs)
Jack: True
( Barbossa looks at Tia and then looks at Jack, shakes his head)
(Jack walks over to Barbossa)
Jack: I thought I killed you, what happened with that?
Barbossa: Well , you did but you forgot one very important thing mate?
Jack: What’s That?
Barbossa: I’m Captain Hector Barbossa
Jack: oh very funny
Barbossa: I thought it was
Jack: So really, mate what happened with the whole death thing?
Tia: I resurrected him, I figured he would need to help with this little situation of ours.
Jack: oh, I see, and what about me?
Tia: what bout ye?
Jack: Am I dead or alive?
Tia: well..
Barbossa: I could shoot him , we could find out
Jack: Very funny but no, unlike you, I’m worth living
(Barbossa and Jack are eye-to-eye, ready to fight)
Tia: ok Boys calm down, now seriously
Jack: Just stating facts, Tia
(Barbossa gives Jack a dirty look)
(Jack has devilish grin on his face)
(Tia to barbossa): so where is the other two?
Jack: Other two?
Tia: Aye, the other to
Barbossa: they are coming, they were on the ship tha last time I saw them.
(tia nods)
Jack: which other two, what are you guys talking about, who!
(nobody tells him anything)

(a little while later jack is looking at his compass as usual, Tia and Barbossa are talking with each other)
(Jack looks at his compass, (the compass is shut) he looks at it still and finally decides to open it)
( the compass spins and spins and this time it points to the right of him)
(jack looks to the right and sees a figure in the distance)
( he squints his eyes and notices the figure, he shuts the compass quickly)
( he lays down with his hat over his face)
(Tia notices the figure)
Tia: Mr. Turner, Ms. Swann, hello
Elizabeth (does not notice Jack): Hello
Will: Hey
(Jack looks through a little hole in his hat, and looks at elizabeth)
Jack (thinking): God she is so beautiful

Will: Who is that? (pointing towards jack)
Tia: Take a look for urself.
(elizabeth looks at her puzzled)
(Elizabeth looks in Jacks direction)
Tia: Jack, get up you fool!
Jack: Argh, What Tia!
Tia: Don’t give me that attitude
( totally ignoring Tia, he looks at Elizabeth)
Jack: Ah, Ms. Swann, the one who seduced me and then chained me to my own ship.
Barbossa cuts in.
Barbossa: You mean me ship.
Jack: What one is that one again? He pushes him out of the way.
Elizabeth: (smiles) Well, You know Time and Tide, Captain.
(Jack smiles)
Jack: So, what is to happen between you and good old turner, ya kno if you get sick of him, there is always me, love
(will gives jack a dirty look but decides not to say anything)
Elizabeth ( coming back with her flirtatious self): Well, I don’t know if you will be able to please me the way, he does?
(will looks at elizabeth and pulls her closer to him)
Jack: I doubt that
( Elizabeth turns red)
Jack: Well, Lizze..
Elizabeth: How many times do I have to tell you call me Ms. Swann
Jack: Oh well sorry love, old habits
Tia: ok now that your little session is done I would like to see your compass jack
Jack: What?
Tia: Yea Jack Give me the compass
(jack hands over the compass)
Tia: now we all know how this thing works so, first I am going to give the compass to elizabeth, and she will tell me were it points
Jack/Elizabeth: What?
Tia: You heard me all you people are going to know where your heart truly desires. I m sick of it all
Will: well I know what my heart truly desires and I don’t need a compass to tell me that.
Jack: You sure bout that mate.
( will gives him a dirty look and pulls himself towards elizabeth)
( he slowly kisses elizabeth)
( jack looks like he’s about to kill will, for whatever reason)
Tia: Does everyone understand?
Jack: Ok so, y are we all doing this?
Tia: because I just want everyone to know that this compass does to work, because people seem to believe that this compass does not and if u still don’t believe, I have a better idea.
( she hands the compass to elizabeth)
(she takes from her and opens it)
(the compass spins round and round and finally stops)
(elizabeth looks up, and sees jack, she shuts the compass quickly)
Tia: so where did it point to?
(everyone looks at her, including jack)
Elizabeth stutters: To Will
(jack looks sad, tia looks in disbelief and will smiles at her and kisses her on the cheek)
(jack gives will a dirty look)
Tia: Ok Jack Sparrow, Your Turn
(jack hesitates as he takes the compass from Tia)
(jack opens the compass, and it goes around once and lands straight ahead)
Tia: so where did it stop?.
(everyone looks at jack)
Jack: The Sea
( tia looks at jack, and shakes her head )
Tia: ok will, your turn
(will takes the compass, and opens it)
Will: It points to elizabeth
Tia: ok
Barbossa: Maybe, we should go now, we got jack back.
Will: there is one thing we have to do, we have to go back to Port Royal, so me and elizabeth can get married.
(Tia and Barbossa shake there heads yes)
(Jack stops, and looks at will)
(he can’t take this anymore)
Jack: I don’t think so Mr. Turner
(everyone looks at jack, and Will stares right at him)
Will: what are you talking about Sparrow?
Jack: You heard me (pulls out his sword toward will’s heart)
(will looks down at the sword, and then pulls out his towards jacks throat)
(everyone looks at each other and then looks at will and jack)
Elizabeth: what are you to doing?
Will: I am fighting for you, maybe you should ask him what Sparrow is doing?
(elizabeth looks at Jack, and pulls him to the side)
Elizabeth: What are you doing, Jack?!?
Jack: I am.. I am
( he looks up and down at elizabeth)
( he touches her face, he thinks…)
Jack: I don’t know, what I am doing, it must be just the change… I really don’t know, lets just say I haven’t gotten a good fight In a while.
( but he knew he was lying, he knew he was fighting for what he wanted, what he loved, Elizabeth)
Elizabeth: Well don’t make my fiance one of your fights, please.
(she walked away , jack watched as elizabeth swung her hips, he wanted her so badly, but did not show it, only in his pants but managed to control himself before it got noticeable)
(Elizabeth brought jack back to were everyone was)
(will brings down his sword, and walks towards the ship)
Tia: Maybe we should go back to Port Royal now, (turns to jack)
Are You going to be ok with will on the ship?
(jack looks at Tia)
Jack: Aye

(all of them on the interceptor, on their way to Port Royal)
(jack goes to the captain’s quarters)
(will goes to his bedroom)
(elizabeth goes to the front of the ship, and looks out to sea)
Elizabeth: I have to talk to jack, do nothing just talk.
(elizabeth walks away from the front of the ship and walks towards the captains quarters where Jacks is)
(she knocks on his door)
Jack: Come on in
(elizabeth opens the door, and shuts it behind her)
(jack looks up, and then looks back down at the bottle of rum)
Elizabeth: Jack.
Jack: Yes Ms. Swann can I help you?
Elizabeth: Can I talk to you?
Jack: aye, what about?
Elizabeth: about what happened on that island with you and Will?
Jack: what about it?
Elizabeth: Why did you pull out a sword towards Will? Because you looked like you were bout to kill something or someone.
Jack: Because I
(stops)
Elizabeth: Why?
Jack: You wouldn’t believe me if I told you
Elizabeth: Try me, Mr. Sparrow?
(looks up at her and smiles)
( he gets up slowly and walks towards her)
Elizabeth: What is It jack?
Jack: Because..
(knocks on the door)
(both jack and elizabeth look up towards the door)
Jack: Come on in
(the door opens)
(Will steps in, looks at both of them)
Will: Am I interrupting something?
J/E- No
(jack and elizabeth look at each other, then look back at Will)
Will: Jack, about what happened back at the island..
Jack: Don’t worry about it mate, lost my head there for a minute
Will: Yes, well that’s all I wanted to say, and that dinner will be ready soon.
(will smiles at elizabeth and walks out, shutting the door behind him)
Elizabeth: So Mr. Sparrow what were you saying.
(jack smiles at elizabeth)
Jack: Love, I really think we should go eat.
(she smiles)
Elizabeth: Yes, dinner.

(the dinner table)
(tia is serving the food)
(jack sits across from elizabeth, while she sits next to will)
(the rest of the crew sits where they want)
(all eating, silent)
(jack looks up from eating his food and looks at elizabeth)
(he sighs)
(tia notices jack looking at elizabeth)
Tia: Jack!
(jack looks suddenly )
Jack: Aye.
Tia: What are you thinking bout, cause usually u are the most talkative at a dinner table.
Jack: I’m just thinking bout how in davy jones im going to survive Port Royal.
(will and elizabeth look at jack)
Will: Don’t’ worry about it jack
(jack looks at Will)
Jack: Oh really Mr. Turner? I shouldn’t worry about it?!
(will trys to keep his cool)
Will: Jack, what are u afraid of?
Jack: I am not afraid of anything!
(elizabeth looks at both of them arguing)
(she stands up quickly)
Elizabeth: Jack, stop worrying so damn much, me and Will are going to get married and if you don’t want to be there that is fine!
(jack looks at elizabeth)
Jack: Fine then!
(he throws his chair back)
(he gives will a dirty look and walks away towards his room and shuts the door)
(that night after dinner, everyone goes to bed and is sleeping)
(jack in his room)
(dreaming: he dreams of elizabeth and them in his room again, he says he loves her, she looks pleased and says I love…)
(jack wakes up suddenly)
(he looks around, and tries to go back to sleep, but is useless)
(he gets up, puts his hat on, takes his bottle of rum on and walks out on the ship of the deck)
(he sees elizabeth, and walks up to her)
Jack: Hello, Love
(elizabeth turns around, and smiles)
Elizabeth: Surprised to see you out here, knowing the way you reacted at dinner and on that island.
Jack: I know, sorry bout that love, I don’t know what I was thinking.
Elizabeth: same here, so why are u out here?
Jack: because I cant sleep you?
Elizabeth: Same here.
(silence for a few seconds)
Elizabeth: so, where were we in our conversation, back at your place
Jack: oh yea, well I was gonna say..
Elizabeth: Yes
(he stops and thinks)
Jack: because,…was kind of mad that he didn’t ask you were you wanted to get married? At least I would have asked where you were you wanted to get married.
(he was lying)
Elizabeth: oh I see, well that’s very kind of you Jack.
Jack: all evidence to the contrary.
Elizabeth: (laughs) Yes
Jack: so are you nervous about tomorrow?
Elizabeth: well kind of, (jack hands her a bottle of the rum)(she takes some and hands it back to him) are you going to be at the wedding?
Jack: ahh, I really don’t do good with weddings, probably not, I have a lot to do now that I am back, yea kno love.
Elizabeth: understandable
(jack looks at her, and smiles)
Jack: don’t worry love you will be fine
Elizabeth: thanks
Jack: I think im gonna go to bed, I will see you in the morning, we should be in Port Royal by then.
(elizabeth shakes her head yes she wishes she could kiss him again but refrains)
(jack is about to walk off)
Elizabeth: Hey jack
(he turns around)
Elizabeth: Where did the compass point to?
(jack looks at her with a nervous look)
Jack: ahh, why?
Elizabeth: Jack?
Jack: Well, it pointed towards the sea of course (drinks some rum)
Elizabeth: oh ok
Jack: where did it point for you, love?
Elizabeth: ahh, to will
Jack: oh I see, anything else you want to know
Elizabeth: as a matter of fact, yes, no hard feelings about that boat thing right?
Jack: Yes, no hard feelings, I understand why you did it
Elizabeth: You do, well than that’s good
Jack: good, very well then Elizabeth im gonna take it to my grave, in fact I already did.
(she smiles)
Elizabeth: Good night, Jack
Jack: Good Night Elizabeth
(he walked away towards his cabin, he walked away from the thing he could only think about, and cared about since the first time he saw it Elizabeth.)

(the next morning)
(jack walks out of his cabin on to the deck of the ship)
(he goes out to the front of the ship, and looks out to the sea, and sees Port Royal in the distance)
(he sighs)
(Tia comes up behind him)
Tia: Jack are you ok, you’re up early?
(Jack keeps looking out to the small figure outlining of Port Royal in the distance)
Jack: I am fine.
Tia: no you are not Jack, you cannot lie to me, I’ve known you to long.
Jack: I really just don’t want to go to Port Royal.
Tia: oh I see, or is it the fact that you don’t want to see Elizabeth get married to will?
(jack turned around and looked at tia)
Jack: that’s not the reason
(tia raised one eyebrow)
Jack: it’s not, that’s why I have decided to drop off Elizabeth and Will at Port Royal, and leave them and never interfere with their lives again.
Tia: so that’s what’s going to happen, your just going to sail away from what you fear, instead of facing it. That is not the Jack Sparrow I know of.
(tia looks at jack and shakes her head, and walks away)
(Jack looks back and turns back to watch the figure of Port Royal come in to view)
Jack (thinking): I’m not afraid, she does not love me anyway, so what does it matter if I stay or go. She loves Will, not me.
(jack starts to cry, but wipes his tears before, anyone sees him)

(the boat finally arrives at Port Royal)
(Will and Elizabeth walk off the ship with Tia and Jack behind them)
(Jack watches them walk off the ship together holding each other’s hand)
(jack sighs)
Jack (thinking): she does not love me, just let her go.
(they arrive on the dock of Port Royal)
(will turns around and looks at jack)
Will: thank you jack
(Jack looks at Will and remembers the same words elizabeth had said)

(barbossa looks at jack)

(barbossa pulled jack to the side)

Barbossa: well, I know you and me have had are problems in the past, but seems to me that you have not been yourself ever since well ye know..
Jack: KNOW WHAT?!
Barbossa: Well, Elizabeth kissed you
Jack: Well if a girl acted like she liked you then kissed you, then she killed you and just left you to die, would you feel the same or act the same as me huh?? Huh???!!!
(Barbossa stared blankly at Jack)

(while walking through the streets of Port Royal, they sit down on the edge of the wall, looking out towards the sea)
( she remembers the place, it is the place where jack almost got caught by norrington, but brave will and jack escaped the fate)
Governor: so what did you want to speak with me about?
Elizabeth: father, I must tell you something.
Governor: yes?
(she takes a deep breath, and then looks at her father)
Elizabeth: I think I might love someone besides will.
( the governor had a shocked look on his face, and became puzzled)
Governor: who?
(afraid to ask)
Elizabeth: Jack
( her father looked shocked, his draw dropped, and then closed his mouth)
Governor: Captain Jack Sparrow?
(she nods)
Governor: What do you see in him, he’s a pirate. At least Will has love for you.
(elizabeth looked down and started to cry)
Governor: Elizabeth, I’m sorry.
Elizabeth: No you’re right, he does not love me.
Governor: Well, how do you feel about him, truly?
(elizabeth was silent for a few seconds and then she finally spoke)
Elizabeth: I love him, but he left me he does not love me
Governor: And what about Will?

(elizabeth smiled wiped her tears and then hugged her father)

(jack sits on his desk and drinks his rum)

(the door opens and it is Tia)
Tia: Hey jack
(jack takes a swing of rum, he does not say a word)
Tia: you have to talk eventually to me or someone at least.
(silence)
Tia: Jack, the compass did not point to the sea did it?
(Jack looks up at Tia and takes other swig of rum)
Jack:… no it didn’t
Tia: what did it point to jack?
Jack: ahh, it pointed to her
Tia: Yes I know it did
Jack: Then why did you make me say it
Tia: Because I wanted you to see what you wanted the most.
Jack: well it’s to late now isn’t it? She is going to marry will, so what does it matter anymore.
(Tia looked at him in silence)
Tia: if that is what you feel about this situation then by all means don’t do anything, but jack I’m wanderin, what are ye going to do with yourself?
(jack shrugs)

(she does not know why, but she imagines Jack and her making out, and he tells her that he loves her, and she looks at him with a pleased look and tells him I love you too.)

(Captain Jack Sparrow, Tia Dalma ,and Barbossa have all gone their separate ways.)
(Tia Dalma has gone back to her cabin to take care of her people)

( as for Captain Jack Sparrow, he lives on the island of Tortuga, alone. He drinks almost everyday and his hardly ever sober, his life has been dedicated to drinking after losing the one thing he loves)

(Jack wakes up and has a major headache)

(he holds his head, and looks down. He realizes that he is tied up to a wooden table)

Tia: Ah Jack, you’re a wake
Jack: Yea, What happened?
Tia: oh I hit you over the head with your bottle of rum
Jack: oh ok…thanks for that
Tia: No problem Mr. Sparrow
Jack: So why am I tied to a table?
Tia: I put a curse on ya.
Jack: WHAT??, what curse would that be?
Tia: Well, funny you should ask… this is a special curse
Jack: Which is??!
Tia: this curse me is putting on ya is called The only one..
(jack looks at tia, puzzled)
Tia: this curse gives you 8 days to find what or who you truly love in this entire world.
Jack: But that is why I have the compass
Tia: The compass seems to not help so that is why I put this curse on you but there is a catch.
Jack: What is that?
Tia: After these 8 days, if u don’t find what u truly love then, you will kill elizabeth.
Jack: Why in Davy Jones would I kill elizabeth, I lo..
(Jack stops himself and lets her finish)
Tia: That is what the curse makes you do, you do not have any control over the situation…oh yes by the way you feel each others pain good or bad…
Jack: oh thanks, so you are saying I have 8 days to find the thing I truly luv, or elizabeth dies. And we also feel each other’s pain?
Tia: Yea, pretty much
(Jack lays back down on the table, and then looks down at his hand and notices a blackish ring on his ring finger)

Tia: Tomorrow, for now ill let ya think.

(will is shocked by the fact that elizabeth has just said she wants to go to Tortuga)
Will: Tortuga?!?
Elizabeth: Yes
Will: But why I god’s name would you want to go there?
Elizabeth: Will, please let me just go, just for a few days.
(she looks at him, and smiles)
Will:… Fine, do u want me to come with you?
Elizabeth: I will be fine, do not worry.
(will nods)
Will: when do u want to go?
Elizabeth: I want to go today.
Will: ok I will get a boat ready for you
(will walks out, and shuts the door)

(will enters in and sees Elizabeth packing the last pair of her clothes in her bag)

(Jack has rented a room and is sleeping)

(jack slowly wakes and walks towards the door)

(Jack opens the door and sees Tia)
Tia: ahh hello captain sparrow
Jack: (yawns) Aye
Tia: You are to stay here for the day sparrow and then you are free to do what you want from there.
(jack puts on a shirt and his boots)
Jack: I thought ye said I can leave today?
Tia: No jack , you have a destiny here today I can feel it
Jack: oh I see, well then ill go to the bar then aye
(jack puts on his hat and walks out the door towards the bar)
Tia: Same old jack sparrow or I mean captain jack sparrow.
( tia walks behind jack and closes the door)

(elizabeth looks out to open sea and sees Tortuga in the distance)

(captain stands behind her, and taps her on the shoulder)
Captain: Excuse me Miss, but we are going to be at your destination in about 2 minutes, you might want to get ready.
(she turns around)

(she walks down the stairs and gets her stuff together)
(after about 2minutes she arrives on the island of Tortuga)
Elizabeth to Captain: Thank You Sir
(captain nods)
(elizabeth goes to a hotel/bar and checks in and has her bags taken to her room)
(she unpacks and then she walks down to the bar for some rum)
Elizabeth: ahh rum
(she sits down and orders a rum)
(the bartender hands her the drink)
(while she drinks a man sits down next to her and also orders a rum)
(he sits and drinks, she can’t help but have a feeling she knows the man)
(she stares at him for a few seconds)
(this man does not smell very good, and looks like he spent the last few years of his life drinking rum)
(then she final realizes who he is)

(he turns around to notice it is elizabeth)

He then kisses her passionately, as so does she. He then slowly puts his hands down her back and then to her waist, while he slowly feels up her body.
Jack: God I have missed her body, its like I haven’t seen her in like forever.
Elizabeth: Now hold on a minute Captain Sparrow, my goods are mine for now.
Jack then frowns and gets down on his knees
Jack: R u sure love? Slips his fingers in her womanhood.
Jack: Cause u seem that you be needing me.
She moans, but then she disapprovingly pulls him on his feet, even though she doesn’t want him to stop, she needs to talk to him.
Jack looked into her eyes after she pulled him up, usually she would want him to do that to her, but he knew something is wrong. Jack kisses her lightly.
Jack: What is wrong love?
She looks up into his eyes, and then starts to cry. Jack wipes the tears away from her eyes.
Jack: Tell me love, what is wrong?
Elizabeth: if I tell you jack, you..you wouldn’t ever forgive me.
Jack: Love, anything you have to tell me, o’l jack will understand, I love you.
She cries more, but then Jack kisses her slightly, and hugs her tightly. He then whispers into her ear.
Jack: Tell me love, what has happened?
Elizabeth breaks away from the hug, and sits her lover on his bed.
Elizabeth: Jack….
Jack: Yes
Elizabeth: I..I don’t know who to choose.
Jack has a confused look on his face.
Jack: What do u mean?
Elizabeth: Between you and will.
Jack looks at Elizabeth for a few seconds, and then gets up, grabs a rum and sits down at his desk and starts to drink.
Elizabeth: R u ok jack?
Jack does not say anything, just sits and drink. Elizabeth walks up to jack and looks into his hurt eyes, she does not know what to say. She starts to notice tears form in jack’s eyes.
Elizabeth: Jack, please… Jack im so sorry…Jack.
Jack: Why r u sorry…(tears are forming in his eyes and then he starts to cry)
Elizabeth: I don’t want to hurt you jack.
Jack then looks up at elizabeth and then stands up quickly and looks her directly in the eye. He no longer has tears in his eyes, but anger
Jack: You didn’t want to hurt me dammit!!!!! Well Elizabeth, you don’t tell a man that loves you that you love him and then tell him that you don’t know if you love another man, or the man you claim to love. I loved you, ever since the first day I saw you, I wanted you. I saw no one else but you the day I saved your life.

Elizabeth looked directly in his eyes, and started to cry and fell to the ground burring herself in her arms. Jack looked down at her, and pulled her up off the ground onto her feet. He slowly wiped the tears from her face, and kissed her deeply, he doesn’t want to stop but must.
Jack: Listen love, I will love you, no matter what happens. You could choose William over me, but I will still love you, Elizabeth Swann I will always love you, even when im dead. Do u understand? You could totally run off with him, hurt me bad, but my heart will never change its mind.
Elizabeth smiles, and then wipes her tears from her eyes.
Elizabeth: I know jack, I know, and I will always love you, I would do anything for you, and everything. I do love you jack, but right now I don’t know what I want.
Jack: I totally know what you mean love. Yur hearts descion is not mine for the making, nether is Turners. But just remember love, that I will always love you, what ever you do and whatever ur descion is, I love you.
Elizabeth kisses him deeply and as they kiss it goes straight to Jack’s bed where they are to make love all night, and never end it, they know it is just the two of them in the world. Their in love.
When they were done, they both fell asleep.
When Elizabeth fell asleep, he had a dream, and a dream that would effect her decision and possible how she thought of jack.

Elizabeth’s Dream:
Jack and Elizabeth are on the black pearl, looking out to sea. They are secretly holding hands, and embracing each other with kisses. Jack tells her he loves her, and she says that she loves him to. Then all of a sudden a ship pulls up towards them. It is the Interceptor. Jack kisses Elizabeth and then goes into command, by shouting out to the crew orders. The sound of cannons goes out, and the sound of swords clinging together.. She sees Jack fighting Beckett, and then all of a sudden she sees Jack fall to the ground, bleeding vigorously. She runs up to him, and sees he is bleeding a lot. She tries to stop the blood but nothing helps, then Jack looks up at her, and tells her that he loves her, and he will always be there for her. He tells her to captain the Pearl and tell the crew that they were the best dammed crew he has had, he kisses Elizabeth, and closes his eyes, and the breathing has stopped, he is dead.

After that night, morning
Jack and elizabeth wake up from there night of bliss. Jack then rolls over to elizabeth and kisses her, she kisses back.
Jack: Well love, is this the last time im ever gonna see yas naked?
She smiles, and then kisses him back deep and slow. Then she climbs on top of him.
Elizabeth: just wait captain sparrow, maybe it is maybe it isn’t.
Jack: Well I guess ill never know, but until then.
Jack flips Elizabeth over on to her back and starts to kiss her center, licking up and down. Elizabeth moans, she wants more of him.
Elizabeth: Jaccckkk, ohm my god…Jesus jack I want more, give it to me.
Jack smiles, and then goes deeper, he lifts his head to see her faces and her biting her lip. Then he slips his finger into her womanhood. She moans louder.

(Meanwhile outside the cabin)
Will was walking towards the deck, when he heard noises coming from jack’s cabin.

Will’s Thoughts
Oh my god what the hell is that noise. Gisele or Scarlet must be in there with him. But wait that’s not possible, they weren’t even on the ship when we left. Hmmm….

Will walks up to Jack’s cabin and puts his ear to the door just slightly so no one can hear him. He listens closely.

Back in Jack’s cabin

Jack: Come on love say it, say you want me. (as he pushed his fingers more deeply inside her center)
Elizabeth: OH FUCK!!! ….. Yes Captain Jack Sparrow, I want you and no other man! I want you inside me, YES YES JACK YES! Please give me more jack!! I need you!!!
She then released her pleasure, and relaxed after the final wave of pleasure that just passed her. Jack smiled and then licked his way up to her neck, and then slowly kissed her lips.
Jack: I didn’t know you wanted me that bad love…
Elizabeth smiles
Elizabeth: Well Jack, I really wanted you and I still do.
She pulled him on his back, and she fell on top on him.
Elizabeth: My turn Mr. Sparrow.
She starts to kiss him deeply and passionately. Then she starts to unbutton his shirt and throws it off. Then she brings his hands down to his member and rubs and strokes.
Jack: Oh my god…. (He grunts) You’re… so good Elizabeth!
She continues to stroke, but then a banging on the door comes. Elizabeth stops stroking him and looks at Jack while jack looks at her.
Jack: Well, love I have to get the door.
He kissed her, and then goes up to the door.
Elizabeth: im going to take a hot shower, and then ill be back.
Jack: Oh fine love don’t wait for me…
She walks up to him seductively, and pushes his against the door, and grabs his arousal. He groans.
Elizabeth: Well maybe if u get rid of who ever is at the door, you can join.
A smile formed across Jack’s face, as he pictured her in the shower.
Jack: Oh yes maim, ill be sure to that right away, wait a minute ther love, you will wait! (he said in his commanding voice)

Another knock on the door, and this time it was louder.
(BANG BANG)
Elizabeth smiled and then kissed him deeply, then walked off towards the bathroom. Jack smiled, and then had an angry look on his face because someone bothered him from getting what he wanted, Elizabeth.
Jack: Aye, Aye I’m coming im coming.
Jack opens the door to see will, and the will come at him with a sword to his throat.
Will: DAMN YOU JACK SPARROW!!!
Will had an angry face, and looked like he was about to kill someone, most likely Jack.
Jack: Ahh, what’s wrong mate, you look a little I dunno tense or should I say mad.
Will glared at Jack.
Will: Jack, you sure as hell no what’s wrong.
Jack looked at for a couple seconds, all confused.
Will: oh my god jack, you had sex with my wife!!
A big smirk went across Jack’s face. He couldn’t help but picture Elizabeth naked and the things that they were doing before he even knew about this. But Will was not to pleased about seeing the smirk on Jack’s face. He pushed his sword more towards his throat, almost cutting Jack.
Jack: I’m sorry mate, but time and tide.
Will: Where is she Jack, where the hell is she?!?
Jack pointed to the bathroom door.
Will still keeping the sword to jack, knocked on the door to the bathroom. Elizabeth opened the door and walked out with a shock face to see Will having a sword to jack.
Jack: Hello love, were havin a little situation here as you can see darling.
Will turned to jack, and put the sword even closer to jack’s throat, jack swallowed nervously.
Will: Shut UP JACK!
Elizabeth turned to will
Elizabeth: What is going on, will what are you doing?!?
Will turned to Elizabeth.
Will: Elizabeth, how could you, he’s…. he’s a pirate!
Elizabeth: I know, But Will , I don’t love him!
Jack looked at Elizabeth, he knew she was lying but having her say that hurt him more Jack knew it was not true, but he couldn’t stand it when she said that. He just stood in silence.
Will: Then why, why did you have sex with him, I heard you, You said you wanted him and no other man?
Elizabeth just stood there in silence, she did not know what to say. But she knew that she could not lie to herself anymore, she had to tell them the truth, how she felt inside.
Elizabeth: Will, Jack can I talk to you guys for a minute, and I just want you both to listen.

Will nodded and dropped the sword away from jack’s throat, but gave him a dirty look. Jack sat down at his desk ,his heart pounding in his chest, he was afraid of what his love would say, he sat there in silence. Will sat down on the bed waiting for what Elizabeth had to say.
Elizabeth: Now Will, you know that I will always love you, and I know that you have never ever stopped loving me no matter what. But over the last few days, hell over the last few years, ever since I met Jack, I have had deep feelings for him. I don’t know why, I kept tryin to tell myself that I didn’t love him, and he would just want me to use his ways on me, but that’s not the case. (she turns and looks in Jack’s eyes). He loves me, in way that I never thought was possible. He does not just want me, for sex or what not, he wants me for me and because he loves me.

Will and Jack were in silence for a few moments. Jack smiled at Elizabeth and wish he could just hold her in his arms but he refrained, he knew she wasn’t finished.
Elizabeth: But you Will , you have loved me, and never have stopped, and probably never will. I know how much you love me, and I will appreciate all that you do for me, I will always know you as a friend, a husband and a lover.
(she pauses for a few seconds then continues) I have thought about the both of you, and how much you both mean to me in this world. I have thought about my decision for a while now, and I know this is going to be hard for you both, whatever my decision is but I know what I want

Both jack and will are in silence waiting for her decision.

Elizabeth: I choose Will.
Jack looked at her in complete silence. He felt like his whole world and everything in it just burned up into tiny little pieces. He did not know what to do or what to say. His mind was completely blank, sept for the one thing Why?.

On the other hand Will was the happiest a man could ever be. He felt like just jumping into Elizabeth’s arms, and kissing her until they died. Will walked up to Elizabeth and kissed her.
Will: I love you!
Elizabeth kissed him, and then asked if her and Jack could be alone. Will nodded kissed Elizabeth again.
Will: I’m going to get us a row boat pack are stuff and we’ll leave tonight, because were not that far away from Port Royal. Jack im sorry about this.
Jack did not say a word to him, not even a sign of acknowledgement
Elizabeth nodded, and embraced him, and Will nodded his head and saying goodbye to jack, walked out of the cabin.
Jack still sat there thinking Why, Why did she do that to me, I thought she loved me. This played over and over in his head.
Elizabeth: Jack?
Jack looked up at Elizabeth not realizing that he was crying right in front of her. He felt there was no reason to stop the tears, and when he tried they would keep forming, it was official and even including Elizabeth could see that he was hurt.
They stared at each other for a few minutes. Elizabeth couldn’t say a word to him, she felt so bad, but knew her decision was for the best, or was it? She did not know that what she choose was good or bad. She also did not realize how much jack loved her, and how much he would do for her. She felt she had to say something.

Elizabeth: Please jack talk to me, im sorry I had to make that decision.
Jack looked up at her, and wiped his tears, but they didn’t seem to stop, no matter how hard he tried.
Jack: Elizabeth (he seem to mange to get out)
Elizabeth: Yes.
Jack: Why did u do what you did?
Elizabeth was silent for a few seconds. She had no idea why she choose Will, but she knew that Jack and Will had the same kind of love for her. But she knew Jack’s love was much stronger, but she was afraid… she was afraid that Jack, knowing all the danger he got into, that maybe that one day possibly, he could die from all the danger. It was a hard to think of, but she knew that it was a very great possibility. She would die, if she saw Jack die, she wouldn’t be able to live or be able to breathe, she could not see him die.

Elizabeth: Because….
Jack: WHY?
Elizabeth: Because If I was to be with you, knowing that all the times that you cheat death, what If one day you didn’t cheat it, and it happened, I couldn’t live with myself, and I wouldn’t be able to breathe, or live if you left this world.
Jack stood silently. Then walked up to Elizabeth, and lifted her head to meet with his eyes.
Jack: Elizabeth, love why would you think this?
Elizabeth: I had a dream the other night, about how you died, and didn’t cheat death, I knew I could not live without you, and if that happened I wouldn’t know what to do.
Jack: Love, I want you to do something for me… I want you to look into my eyes while im telling you this.
Elizabeth looked into Jack’s eyes, she just couldn’t take her eyes off his.
Jack: Listen, I don’t want you to worry about me, I know I face death everyday, and I cheat death a lot, but love I want you to know that whatever may happen to me, no matter how many times I get hurt, even by you love, I will always I mean always love you, and whenever you need my help, darling ill be there, just call my name.

Elizabeth looked into Jack’s eyes, and moved closer to him. She placed her arms around his neck, and the put her lips agonist his. They then started to kiss passionately. Jack broke away from the kiss.
Jack: That is quite enough of that, thank you.
Elizabeth smiled, she understood where he was coming from, she had chosen Will and did not want to mess up anything else. She then nodded and was about to walk away from the door, when she felt a hand on her shoulder, she then felt a since of safety and comfort. She knew it would take a while, but she had to let go, she just had to.

Jack: I love you Elizabeth.
The reason Jack had said this, was because he knew it was the right thing to say, he needed to say it, because he knew this was the last time he was going to tell her that he loved her. Elizabeth smiled and kissed him, for she knew that this could be the last time that she would kiss him, and taste his soft, warm, welcoming lips. They embraced for what could be there last time kissing, they enjoyed each others mouths and then Elizabeth broke the kiss and walked out the door.
Jack knew he would see her again.
