PIRATES, CHOCOLAT AND ROCK 'N' ROLL
For a little background.....
This story takes place in the present, however Captain Jack Sparrow, Roux, Will Turner and Dr. Gonzo are in it.(Sands may make a surprise appearance later) They are in a rock band and I bet you can guess what the name of the band is. (You'll have to read to find out)
PIRATES, CHOCOLAT & ROCK 'N' ROLL (Prologue)
Jack Sparrow paused for a moment to check his appearance a last time before going on stage. His ebony eyes sparkled as they roved, checking every detail. Dressed in full pirate regalia, he was stunningly handsome.
Jack had always had a fascination with pirates even thinking that perhaps he had been a pirate in a previous life. His personification had nearly taken him over. It was no longer a novelty...it was just Jack or "Captain Jack" as he liked to be called. It was what everyone expected of him and he was more than happy to comply. He relished his role of being the rock star/pirate.
Meticulous about his stage appearance, it was important that everything be in the proper place before the show. Always a staple, his lucky black boots were worn and scruffy from years of touring. The snug fit of his black leather pants left little question of his private endowment. The man was deeply blessed. The willowy, cotton fabric of his "pirate shirt" clung to his sun-bronzed skin providing a delicious display of his strong, smooth chest. Jack's raven hair was adorned with trinkets he had acquired on his many journeys. To complete the look, he wore a scarlet bandana wrapped around the crown of his head. It had been a gift from a young fan at his first performance in the United States all those years ago. Jack wore it as a reminder of why he was a performer. The adoration of the fans was everything to him.
"Well, I think everything is in order here." he announced, obviously pleased with himself. Lifting his glass, he toasted his reflection.
"Cheers mate! Here's to a great show and to all the bonny lasses out there!" Flashing a wicked grin, Jack gave the mirror a wink and he sauntered confidently out the door to meet his band mates.
