The Golden City of Quatura, 11,000 B.C.

Peya-Luna and her little sister Shyann were on the move again. Running through the deep bush to their favorite place. They loved being at the top of the water falls, watching the village from high above. The houses and people seemed so tiny far below. They could see their father speak to their people down on the flat rock podium, wearing his ceremonial attire . . .

The two sisters were without a doubt, their father's pride and joy. At 21 years of age, Paya-Luna had blossomed into a breathtaking beauty. Her firm yet curvaceous body was the envy of many. Her dark complexion and long ebony hair made her light green eyes(a rare thing amongst her tribe)stand out in the most incredible way. Her sister Shyann had just turned 18 and she was also quite the vision. Her hazel eyes were adorned with the longest lashes. A perfect compliment to her small yet full lips. Both arboured high defined cheek bones, a true tribute to their descendants.

It was hot and humid as it always was and the sun was high up in the sky. Shyann was about to start climbing down one of the large stones to soak her feet when something up in the sky caught her attention.

"Peya-Luna!" She shouted, getting her big sisters attention.

"What?" she answered as she turned, then fallowing Shyanns’ hand up to the sky.
"Look! Up in the sky! What is that?"

Peya-Luna squinted her eyes, trying to avoid being blinded by the sun.

"It looks like another sun . . . , But it's moving!" Shyann said amazed.

The large bird-like luminous object started coming closer and eventually flew over them and disappeared over the trees in almost complete silence. From what they could tell, it had landed a small distance walk from where they stood.

Shyann looked to her older sister for answers. "What was that?"

"I don't know Shyann, but we are going to find out . . . " She answered as she started walking in the direction they had seen the object land.

"Peya-Luna wait! I'm not sure . . . Maybe we should go get Father. He will know what to do."

"Come on Shyann, we are the daughters of Henday, one of the greatest leaders our people have known, we must be proud and courageous in our father's image. We will take a look because we are close and then we will report our findings back to the village."

"I'm frightened . . . I've never seen anything like that before . . . What if it hurts us?" Shyann said, taking a step back.

Peya-Luna walked back to Shyann and took her hands in hers while she looked in her eyes."Shyann, I would never let anything happen to you. I would sooner die than see anything happen to you, so just stay close to me."

Shyann took a deep breath and swallowed hard before taking her sister's hand and disappearing into the trees with her.

Ra'jon'te was deep in thought, as he remembered his mate Che'tze. She had passed not long ago while giving birth to their third son. He missed her, and had not been interested in taking another mate since then.

A beeping on the ships’ sensors snapped him out of his day dream. His brother Di'tse'te came up behind him to get a closer look at what the sensors had detected.

"What is it brother?" Asked Di'tse'te as he looked up to the large monitor ahead.

"We have just entered a new solar system." He answered, his eyes pinned at the screen as he slowly maneuvered the ship to go around the first planet on the outskirts of the unknown solar system.

He guided the ship around the first planet, scanning for atmosphere composition and life forms. They then traveled to the next, scanning again, still finding nothing.

"Look brother, look at that small one over there." Di'tse'te said as he pointed to the tiny planet showing on the left of the screen.

Ra'jon'te scanned the planet's surface and he leaned forward as the readings came in.

"There is life on this planet!" He exclaimed with excitement in his words. "If I am not mistaken, the atmosphere can be tolerated as well, although the levels of oxygen are too high and it lacks methane. Our face shields should easily be able to compensate for both."

Ra'jon'te contacted Lord Go'Jin back on Yaut, to signal their discovery. They were ordered to retrieve information on the planet's surface before reporting back to him.

"Engaging thrusters." Declared Ra'jon'te as he maneuvered the ship to enter the planet's atmosphere.

Di'tse'te sat in the chair beside him and buckled up in case of a bad landing. The ship shook violently as it began tearing into the first layers of the planets’ protective barrier. It was quickly over as they reached the inner layers of the atmosphere, finally reaching the air above the planet's surface.

Ra'jon'te was an experienced flyer. He had no trouble at all landing the ship on a small patch of land that contained almost no vegetation. The two large Yautjas proceeded to put on their face shields equipped with the proper air supplies and punched in the codes to open the ship's main door. The door created a ramp as it slowly went down.

Peya-Luna stopped dead in her tracks, almost causing Shyann to ram into her. She reached her hand out to the back, her eyes still fixing straight in front and grabbed Shyann, pulling her down to a crouching position along with her.

"Wha . . . " is all Shyann was able to say as Peya-Luna swiftly turned to put her hand over her mouth.
Without a word, and without removing the hand that covered her young sister's mouth, Peya-Luna pointed through the bush they hid behind, to the clearing ahead.

Shyann fallowed her finger over to the massive metal bird on the ground. A large opening had formed in the 'bird's' side and two large figures started coming out of it.

The sisters watched in complete silence as the large males(obvious to them by the muscle tone and shape)made their way off and into the tall grass. They were tall, taller than any of the tribe's men. Their attire, obviously warriors’ attires were decorated with symbols and small bonelike objects. They wore masks on their faces, a most threatening look according to the two sisters, who were now frightened beyond words. Peya-Luna could not help but stare at the dark menacing windows that hid both warriors’ eyes. Shyann was frightened, but she could not help but be blown away at their magnificence. They looked so strong and fearless. She wondered if they were members on a neighboring tribe they had heard about.

"Do you think they might be Bantoo?" Shyann whispered in Peya-Lunas’ ear.

"Don't be ridiculous, the Bantoo don't fly around in Giant birds." She whispered back, her eyes never leaving the large warriors as they looked around.

"But they have been said to be fierce looking warriors." Insisted Shyann.

Peya-Luna continued her silent observation. She noticed that one of the warriors had gone around the ship. As the other looked around, holding out a strange black object infront of him, she noticed his yellowish skin under his strange fishnet looking body cover. His skin had strange black and brown patterns, like the ones she had noticed on certain lizards in the jungle.

"These are more than warriors Shyann, I think they might be Gods . . . " She declared in a whisper as she turned around to look at her young sister.

Ra'jon'te scanned the area and quickly spotted two life signs ahead but he was careful not to look in their direction. An experienced hunter always knew not to look at prey as this would inform them that he was aware of their position.

"Di'tse'te, we have company." He said looking over to his brother, who also knew not to look right away.

"Two life forms are hiding behind the small trees to your left. Circle around the ship and raise your cloak to investigate." He added, still motioning the scanner around him as if he were really looking for something else.

Di'tse'te carefully cloaked and silently entered the jungle to his left and made his way around the two heat signatures. As he came up closer behind them, it became clear to him, that the two life forms were clearly bipeds like his kind. And he could tell from the intoxicating scent that came up to him that they were most likely female.

A barely audible purr escaped his mandibles making the biped closest to him turn around and look directly at him. He did not know what kind of vision these creatures had but he could see by her accelerated heart beat and breathing that she knew he was there.

When Peya-Luna turned to Shyann as she spoke, she noticed her looking at something behind them. Shyann's hand came up to grab her sister's and she started squeezing it hard. Her mouth was open and she was breathing fast, her eyes widened by fear as she stared into the dancing waves of light infront of her. When Peya-Luna fallowed her sister's eyes up to the dancing waves, she understood everything with heart-wrenching terror. As the waves slowly came toward them, their bodies stiffened as adrenaline started pumping through their veins.

"SHYANN RUUUN!" Peya-Luna screamed at the top of her lungs as she bolted to the right grabbing her sisters’ hand on her way.
