18 or, so years pass & nothing happens with the thing the town of Perfection at one time had to deal with. A young woman moves into town. The moving truck parks in front of her new place. She starts to unload it w/ the movers. Bert drives around making his 'rounds'. He notices someone is moving into town.
Hey. Hi. she said. So, who are u? Bert ask. I'm Melinda & your Bert Gummer from the tv. Yes. So, is it a all clear today? she ask. So, far. Can you tell me where Miguel's place is?
