It was a dreary day in the nation’s capitol, Washington D.C. But, a certain man wasn’t noticing the weather. He kept on looking behind him with a panicked look upon his face. Many people passing by him were wondering about his paranoia, but did not inquire about it. Maybe he could have been saved if someone had.
A few feet behind him, a masked man was casually sauntering down the street. He had a full black mask, and was wearing evening wear. To top it off, he had a black fedora placed upon his head. One gawking bystander was gaping openly in the middle of the street. Meanwhile, the first man ducked into an alleyway after a block. The masked man grinned. His quarry would soon be dead. The nervous man in the alley began to shake slightly. He was almost certain that he had seen a masked man out on the street. But, when he dared to look again, nobody fitting the description was out there. He breathed a sigh of relief before turning around to leave.
“Hello.” The man paled considerably when the cause of his greatest fear was standing right in front of him.
