AN1: Happy New year everyone! And of course what better way to start of the new year than with some fanfiction. Now I’m not going to give away anything for this fic yet simply because I feel it would ruin the story/surprise so you’ll just have to read it to find out what’s going to happen.

The only info I am giving you is that this is a story about Anung un Rama, Hellboy’s demonic alter ego, and John our own favourite Boy Scout.

So without further ado let the story begin!

000 Rebellion 000

Knock… knock… knock…

Creeeeeeeek…

“You called for me, My Lord?” The demon called from his place at the door, bowing low to his master as he waited for permission to enter.

“I did.” Anung un Rama, Lord of Hell on Earth, said in his deep, rumbling voice. “Come closer Toru, I wish to show you something.” The demon king said as Toru, General of the Hell army rose from his knees and marched up to his Lord’s throne.

The demon kept his eyes trained straight ahead, not letting his eyes wander to the bones and discarded weapons of the many enemies his Lord had single handedly defeated during his half a decade of rule. He reached the foot of his master’s throne and bowed deeply, as was the custom when greeting their Lord though the demon King hardly noticed, he appeared to be otherwise preoccupied.

“Look at this Toru and tell me what you think.” His King said, pointing at his ‘eye spy’ with his stone hand, a hand that had crushed skulls with the barest of efforts. The General gazed into the eye at the picture that lay within, finding it focused on a small group of humans. The humans appeared to be discussing something of great importance, though without sound they had no way of knowing what it was they spoke of. Toru frowned at the image, unsure of what to think.

“To be quite honest, My Lord, I am unsure what I am looking at.” He admitted, knowing it would be unwise to lie if he wished to remain alive.

“You are looking at the last remaining human resistance, they have taken refuge in the ruins of New York and have been a thorn in my side for quite some time.” The Demon Lord said with little interest though Toru’s eyes widened at the new information. The resistance was small but powerful, they had strong weapons and had managed to remain undetected, until now it seemed.

“They should be exterminated, My Lord.” Toru said, voice wary as he wondered why his King had not given the order to attack yet.

“So was my original thought as well, General, however one of the human’s has… piqued my interest.” Anung un Rama said as his golden gaze strayed to the frozen picture of the human group. Toru frowned at his Lord’s choice of words, wondering in what way these mere humans could possibly interest his King, a voice at the back of his mind told him he should already know though.

“In what way, My King if you do not mind my asking.” The general asked and as soon as the words had been spoken he wanted to take them back, no one questioned their Lord and lived to tell the tale. The demon king’s burning gaze snapped to him and shot him a glare that would have made any lesser demon shiver in his boots, Toru just barely managed to keep the fear off his face even as his instincts told him to run.

“I want him brought before me, unharmed and alive.” His King growled at him, eyes narrowing ever so slightly as his eyes shifted back to the ‘eye spy’ globe. Toru internally sighed in relief, happy his Lord hadn’t ordered for him to be tortured and killed in the castle dungeons, that was a fate he not even wished for his most hated of enemies.

“Which human is it, My Lord?” The General asked, eager to get back in his Lord’s good graces by bringing the human to him personally.

“The young brunet, their leader. Bring him to me and dispose of the rest” The picture zoomed in on the frozen image of a young man, appearing to be in his early twenties if the youth on his face was to be trusted. The young human’s eyes spoke of hardship though, he’d obviously been through something scarring in his short years of life that made the rest of the resistance think him qualified for a leadership position.

“As you wish, My King.” Toru said as he bowed and turned back to the doors to prepare his army for battle.

Anung un Rama made his way down the long, winding stairs leading to the castle’s dungeons. Toru had returned from his mission and informed him it had been successful though they had lost more men then they’d expected it was a sacrifice they both knew that had to be made. The sounds of struggle reached his ears as he reached the bottom of the stairs, remaining behind to listen from the other side of a wooden door as the useless clanging of metal alerted him to the fact that his ‘prisoner’ was very much awake.

The demon lord smirked as he opened the door and stepped into the meager light provided by a small fireplace hidden in a far off corner, watching as his captive’s eyes grew wide with disbelief and just a touch of fear.

“Do you know why you’re here, human?” He asked the young brunet chained to the wall, arching an eyebrow at the silent he received as an answer.

“I asked you a question, it is only polite you answer it.” The demon said as he stepped closer, so close he could feel the anger coming of the human in waves as his prisoner flew forward to attack him, held back by the chains around his wrists and ankles mere inches away from him.

“Fuck you.” The human gritted out through clenched teeth, hate burning in his eyes as he tried to stare the demon lord down. Anung un Rama’s eyes narrowed at the words and almost bestial action as he forced down he urge to strike the human across the face.

“Eloquent, though really John such language is quite unnecessary.” He said instead, smile so large he bared his fangs as he watch the shock settled on the human’s pale features.

“How do you know my name?” The human practically yelled at him. Clearly the knowledge that he knew a lot more about the young man than he had first led on outraged his captive, not that he cared how the human felt about that though.

“I rule this world, it is my property to do with as I please and since you just so happen to be part of my property I know who you are, what you have done in the past and what you will do in the future.” He said with such finality that for a moment John almost seemed to believe him, seemed to believe he had no hope left in this world for only the briefest of seconds before the doubt in his eyes was once again buried under layers of anger. The demon King smirked despite himself, that little flicker of doubt was all he needed to make the human his, it was only a matter of time.

“You are mine to do with as I please, John T. Myers, the sooner you realize that, the better.” Anung un Rama said as he stared at the chained human, smirk still in place as he brought his palm forward to cup the young man’s cheek. John immediately glared at him and pulled his face away in disgust, issuing an unspoken challenge he was only glad accept.

The demon king pulled back and stepped away from his captive without another word, turning his back to the human as he left the dungeons. The screams of profanities from the other side were muffled but brought an evil smile to his lips none the less, he did so love a challenge.

Three whole days had passed and John had yet to submit to him, the human didn’t accept the food brought to him nor did he speak beside the occasional outburst of rage which quickly left him drained of energy. The demon Lord visited the dungeons every day and though the young man was starting to grow weak the fire in his eyes had not dimmed, if anything it had only grown. Anung un Rama frowned at that, though he hadn’t exactly expected his captive to submit to him quickly the demon King was not a being known for his patience, not when everything he had ever desired could be brought before him with a snap of his fingers, everything except for one small human it seemed.

Fueled by his desire to dominate he left the more boring affairs to his advisors to once again make his way to the dungeons. A handful of long hallways and one even longer spiraling staircase later he stood before the wooden dungeon door separating him from his captive. Like always he listened closely for any sounds from the young human but everything was silent which meant the man had probably passed out from fatigue again.

He opened the door as silently as he could, careful not to wake his prisoner from his much needed rest just yet. The human looked so small and innocent in his sleep, so unbothered by the problems of the world it was almost a shame he had to be awoken, almost.

“Good morning, Sleeping Beauty.” Anung un Rama said loudly as he threw the door closed behind himself, stepping forward just in time to see John’s panicked brown eyes sweeping over the room, looking for signs of an immediate threat on his life.

“And how are we feeling today?” The demon King asked with a smile on his face, completely unbothered by the hate filled glare the human shot his way.

“Fuck you.” John managed to pant out as his head instantly dropped back down to lean on his chest, the action of simply holding it up exhausting him without compare. The usually rage induced words now just sounded tired and empty, not having eaten for three whole days coupled with only a limited amount of sleep was starting to take it’s toll on his human body.

Anung un Rama felt something clench almost painfully inside himself as he looked at the pitiful form of his captive, hanging helplessly from his shackles like a broken doll. There was no fight, no passion left in him anymore, it was a sight the demon Lord didn’t like to look at, the knowledge that it was he who had brought the human to this level of helplessness only making it worse.

He crossed the distance to a small wooden table pushed up against one of the dungeons stone walls, grabbing the glass of water of the rough surface before making his way over to the human.

“You should really drink something, as I’m sure you already know the human body can’t survive for very long without liquid.” He said as he stood in front of his captive, holding the glass of water out for him even though the human couldn’t exactly take it. John lifted his head just high enough to glare at him, eyes shooting back and forth between him and the glass of water in his hand

“Come on, I know you want it.” The demon said as he brought the glass of water closer, holding it to the human’s lips so that all he had to do was drink the liquid inside. John glared at him for only a second longer before accepting the drink, throat working almost greedily to swallow every last drop of cool liquid as he tilted the glass further back until it was empty.

“There you go.” He said as he pulled the empty glass back from the human’s lips.

“See, that wasn’t so hard, now was it?” He placed the glass back on the table and took the plate of food with him next, ready to force feed the human if he had to. He was sure he wouldn’t have to though, if the look of pure hunger on John’s face was anything to go by.

“Ready for some food next?” The demon asked as he brought a fork full of mashed potatoes to his captive’s lips. The human looked like he was going to refuse him but before he could do so a loud rumble came from his empty stomach. John refusedto look the demon Lord in the eye as he accepted the food, a bright blush staining his cheeks.

Anung un Rama smiled as John chewed and swallowed quickly, giving him a look as though he wanted to ask for more but was never actually going to, because by doing so would be to admit defeat, it would mean admitting he wanted something from the demon Lord only he could provide. The demon scooped up so more food and fed the human until the plate was empty, happy to see some of the color return to his captive’s face as he returned the plate back to the table where he’d found it.

John no longer looked like a rag doll hanging from his shackles now that he’d been fed although he did still look a bit tired but that was something that could easily be remedied by a good few hours of sleep, though he doubted it would be very comfortable for the human there was only so much he could do for him.

“You know, John, I’m not a bad guy, it’s just--” He began though before he could finish talking he was, quite rudely, interrupted by his human prisoner.

“No, of course not, that’s why I’m being held captive in your castle!” John yelled at him, now that some of his energy had returned he was once again able to voice his blatant dislike of the demon Lord as well as his current situation. Anung un Rama sighed at the words, yes they were true but he simply did what he had to do to ensure he got what he wanted.

“I meant you no harm John, there is just something I want from you and until you are ready to provide it you cannot leave this dungeon.” He said as he glared at the human, letting him know he did not appreciate the interruption.

“And what would that be?” John asked as he ignored the look on the demon’s face, shooting him a glare of his own as he refused to submit to a look that made even the most proud of demons piss themselves in fear. Anung un Rama smirked at the young man, it had been years since someone had last stood up to him and he was thoroughly enjoying the challenge the human presented.

“Make an educated guess.” He said as he let his gaze sweep over the man from head to toe. Sure his clothes were a little filthy and torn but he’d ordered a handful of slaves to take care of the human and though they hadn’t been able to get him to eat anything they had kept him clean. John noticed his look all too quickly, blushing brightly as he struggled against the chains as though wanting to escape the demon’s gaze.

“If you think I’m just going to shut up and bend over for you then you’re in for a big surprise because it’s not going to happen, not now, not ever!” The human screamed at him, defying him in a way no one dared to do by simply refusing him something he desired. Somehow the fact that John still fought back after three days chained up in his dungeon was a huge turn on for him, fingers twitching in their urge to just take what he wanted instead of waiting for the human to come to him.

“I wasn’t suggesting you do anything of the sort actually but if you are simply going to assume that is why you are here I would be happy to provide you with an outlet for your obviously perverted mind.” Anung un Rama smiled at the outraged look on John’s face, mouth opening and closing but no sound coming forth as though he could not find the words he so desperately wanted to say.

The demon King left without another word, leaving John behind to think about his words in solitude and silence. Sure, the demon had lied and twisted the human’s words around but John didn’t have to know that, he would just leave him alone with his thoughts until the next day and watch the seeds of doubt grow. The human mind was such an easy thing to toy with, he thought with a dark chuckle.

“Tell me again why you’re letting me go?” John asked him, making him roll his eyes at the human’s awful tendency to twist his words around. Karma biting him in the ass for what he had said yesterday, he supposed.

“For the third time I am not letting you go I am just moving you to a different location.” The demon said as he unlocked the first shackle around John’s ankle, the instant the metal binding was removed the human kicked his leg up and aimed it for his face though. He caught the offending limb in his stone hand with ease, having already expected the human to attack him as soon as he got the chance.

“Who says I’m not going to attempt to attack you and escape as soon as you unchain me.” John said as though he hadn’t already tried to do so. Anung un Rama simply shrugged his shoulders as he unlocked the second binding from around the young man’s ankle.

“You can try but I hardly think you’ll be very successful, even if you did manage to take me down and weasel your way out of the dungeons you won’t be able to make it out of the castle alive.” He said as he rose from his knees to unlock the chains holding John’s arms down.

“Why? Do you have your army waiting to execute me on the spot or something?” John said as he tilted his head to look at him, eyebrows raised in a look of disbelieve.

“No, but every demon in this castle is going to want to tear you limb from limb if they find you wondering these halls without me.” The demon Lord clarified, unlocking the chains and letting them fall to the ground as John stood before him, pressed between him and the wall he had previously been chained to. Anung un Rama thought that maybe he was still going to try and run for it, human hands clenched into tight fists at his sides before unclenching again in defeat, hanging limp and useless against the knowledge he would not be able to escape no matter how hard he tried.

“I see you have decided against trying to attack and escape me, a wise choice, if I do say so myself.” John glared at him but didn’t respond, probably because he didn’t want to be chained back to the wall simply because he’d said something to insult the demon Lord.

“Well, let’s get going then shall we, wouldn’t want to waist precious time by lingering in this place.” He turned and John followed, quiet footfalls echoing in his own as they walked up stairs and down halls.

Anung un Rama was pleased the human hadn’t decided to go back on his decision to attack him even while his back was turned, it seemed the young man had a sense of honor in him most would find nothing but foolish. The demon was not one of them though, he found those who fought without honor unworthy to even be crushed under his boots, knowing John had put his honor over his chance at freedom pleased him.

They arrived at the room he’d chosen for the human, a large wooden door looming before them as he took the keys from his belt and opened the door before walking in. John followed him inside and looked around the room with barely hidden curiosity, drinking in the sights of a large window providing the room with necessary sunlight, a big comfy bed and another door which led to a personal little bathroom.

Anung un Rama knew it was nowhere near as large and specious as his own chambers but he was sure the human didn’t mind after his time spend in the dungeons.

“I shall be leaving you on your own now, I will send someone to bring you some food and clean clothing later, try not to starve yourself to death in my absence though I would hate to have to drag off your corpse after all the wonderful time we spend getting to know each other.” The demon joked, laughing loudly at the look John shot him though the human didn’t curse his name or toss profanities at him as he left. Progress, he realized, maybe John was starting to let go of his hate now that he was no longer being held in the dungeons, the demon knew he still had a long way to go though if he truly wanted to make the human his.

“Verin, Vetis.” He called as the sound of hasty footfalls alerted him to the arrival of the guards he’d assigned to watch the human.

“Yes, My Lord?” They replied in unison, bowing before his feet with their eyes downcast as they waited for his command.

“Make sure he doesn’t leave his room and let no one but the servants enter without my order, understood.” He said as he looked down at the two demons on their knees before him.

“Yes, My Lord.” They repeated, taking their place on either side of the door to his human’s room as he nodded and turned back to his own quarters.

Anung un Rama smiled at the blushing human standing before him, arms crossed over his bare chest as he glared at the demon.

It had been a week since the human had first been brought before him and they had come a long way since then, John no longer outright hated him and he tried his hardest to keep it that way. He had even given him some new clothes though it seemed the human didn’t really approve of them.

“I demand you give me a different outfit to wear right now or I swear to God…” John threatened him though the words lost most of their effect as he gave the embarrassed young man a good look over.

His eyes lingered on the layers of silk wrapped around the human’s hips, bound in a way to look like a skirt which left part of his upper and most of his lower legs bare. A similar piece of silk billowed behind the young man in gentle waves, held in place by golden bands on his upper arms and wrists.

The demon felt his pants grow a little tighter as he drank in the sight of the half naked human before him. He found the look suited him quite well though it seemed John didn’t share his opinion, if the blush on his cheeks and desperate attempts to cover himself proved anything.

“There is some jewelry to go with the outfit as well, why aren’t you wearing it?” He asked as he reluctantly tore his eyes away from the delicious image the young man made before he could lose his self control and jump the human right on the spot.

“Because I’m not a girl, nor am I some puppet you can dress up! I am my own person and I refuse to wear this embarrassing outfit for another second longer.” John declared as he pointed an angry finger at him, giving the demon a flash of more naked skin to drool over before it was quickly covered again.

“Fine with me. Walk around naked if you prefer it, I sure wouldn’t mind.” The demon said with a smirk, watching the human tremble in anger as he stumbled over his words.

“I’m not walking around naked, you pervert!” He finally said, turning his back to the demon Lord so he wouldn’t have to look at him. Anung un Rama smiled at the action, crossing the distance between them as he enveloped the angry human in his arms before John could stop him.

“You sure are hard to please.” He whispered in the human’s ear, delighting in the surprised gasp that slipped from John’s lips before he realized the arms around him holding his place were even there. He struggled against the demon though he knew it to be useless, Anung un Rama was much stronger than him and without the use of his arms he posed little threat, still he bucked against his captor with all the strength he possessed.

“Let go of me, you… you… letch!” John yelled at him and he laughed at the weak insult.

“Really, John, that’s the best you can come up with?” The demon said as he leaned his head on top of the human’s after he’d stopped struggling against him.

“Shut up.” John murmured, going quiet as he waited for the demon Lord to get bored and release his captive.

“Oh honey, don’t be like that…” He whined as he attempted to look the human in the eye, every time he tried John just turned his head away though. The demon sighed as he realized the human was angry with him, not sure why he cared but still wanting to get back into John’s good graces he decided to admit defeat.

“Okay, I’ll let you go but only if you promise not to kick or punch me.” Anung un Rama said as he lifted his head from John’s shoulder, eyebrows raised as John actually seemed to be thinking about not delivering bodily harm in exchange for his freedom, weighing the pros and cons in his mind as he thought.

“… Okay.” John said after another moment of silence, looking like he really did want to harm him just for getting a little handsy.

“Promise?” He asked, wanting the human’s word because he didn’t exactly trust him not to attack him.

“I promise!” The human screamed and only then did he let go, stepping away from the young man as John turned back around to face him. John glared at him though by now he had gotten so used to the look he hardly noticed it, once again distracted by the human’s naked skin so easily displayed before him.

“Why are you looking at me like that?” John asked, voice angry and confused at the same time as his calculated gaze rested on the demon.

“Like what?” Anung un Rama asked as he frowned, unsure of what the human was speaking of.

“Like you want to eat me or something.” The human admitted and he smiled despite himself. John really was too innocent if he thought he only saw him as a meal when he really had a much grander purpose for the young man in mind.

“I wouldn’t say eat, but there are a plethora of other things going to though my mind at this very moment that would be much more suitable.” He said as he once again advanced upon the human.

“Wha--?” John managed to say before his words were broken by the demon sealing their lips together. The human’s eyes widened at the action as his hands immediately came up to push him away, the demon caught the offending limbs before they could touch him though and proceeded to kiss the young man uninterrupted. He licked at John’s soft lips, watching as the human’s eyes fluttered at the touch before closing completely as he allowed him entrance into his mouth.

Their tongues touched and John moaned making Anung un Rama smirk, the human’s pleasure was evident and the taste of him only made the demon King want more. He had to admit it was almost strange how quickly John had submitted to him, if he had known a simple kiss was all it would take he would have done so much sooner. He had no regrets though, simply enjoying the moment as the sweet sounds coupled with the even sweeter taste of his human made his cock grow hard with blood.

He took three steps forward, John moving back with him as he allowed himself to be pressed between the wall and his soon the be demon lover. Anung un Rama grinned through their kiss as he let go of the human’s hands, hands that instantly gripped at his shoulders for support as he lifted John’s bare legs and wrapped them around his hips.

The demon groaned as he pushed into the cradle of John’s thighs, the sound echoed back at him through the human as his body responded to his touches. The man pressed up against him rolled his hips against his own as the world around them spiraled out of existence. The only thing that mattered was the two of them as they enjoyed the sensations of pleasure rushing through them like waves, collapsing on the bed without breaking apart for even a second as they continued on until late into the night.

--- Intermission ---

Bright morning sun shining in through a window. The sounds of birds chirping on a beautiful day. Warm, fluffy covers keeping him safe and protected.

Yes, the day had started good for Anung un Rama, very good.

Until he got sucker punched in the stomach.

The demon Lord sat up instantly, clutching his abdomen in pain as the feeling of his eternal organs trying to escape through his mouth nearly made him fall back into the covers again.

He gasped in pain as he opened his eyes, the first thing he saw was a pissed off human in bed beside him and before he knew what was happening he was getting better aquatinted with the floor. John had shoved him out of bed, even worse he had punched him in the gut and then proceeded to kick him out of bed. He didn’t know what he had done to receive such a treatment but before he could even try and ask the human had already left the bed, sheets wrapped tightly around himself as he marched into the bathroom and slammed the door so hard dust fluttered down from the ceiling.

The pain in his stomach faded as the ache on his face from the harsh meeting with the ground he had made remained, he ignored the feeling though as he got up and let himself fall back down onto the bed, John’s bed he realized.

The demon felt sore but incredibly sated and even through his harsh awakening still incredibly relaxed which could only mean one thing, he and John had mated last night. Multiple times if his memory served him correctly.

He still didn’t get why the human was mad at him though, he hadn’t been a selfish lover during their many hours of coupling if the screams for more from the usually quiet man meant anything. It wasn’t that John didn’t want him to fuck him partway through the mattress, no he had actually urged him to keep going, the kid had the endurance many demons would envy. So what was it, then? He figured the only way to find out would be to simply ask him.

The demon Lord sighed as he rose from the mattress, stomach muscles tight from the hit it had been delivered making it slightly uncomfortable for him to do so but he managed. Raising to his hooves as he located his clothing strewn across the floor he made for his pants and put them back on, not bothering with anything else as he marched up to the wooden door separating him from his human. He knocked three times and waited for a response, not receiving any after several long seconds he knocked again, louder this time. Still nothing. After his third time knocking, or rather pounding, on the door he realized the human was ignoring him on purpose. He growled to himself as he leaned his head against the door, tilted to the side as he listened to the silence from the other side.

“John, I am going to give you until the count of three to open this door or I am breaking it down, do you hear me?!” He yelled though the threat was left unanswered, not a sound coming from the bathroom as he pushed away from the wooden surface and crossed his arms over his chest as he started to count.

“One…” He began, expecting the door to fly open though it remained shut tightly.

“… Two…” He continued, eyes narrowed and voice full of annoyance at having to result to such childish antics simply to get the human to talk to him.

“… Thr--” He almost said though this time the door did open, revealing the flustered human on the other side. John had the covers of his bed pulled around his shoulders, covering his naked form as he stood in the partially open doorway.

“What do you want?” John mumbled softly, refusing to look him in the eyes. The demon Lord frowned at the action, worried that he might have unconsciously hurt the human during their night together. He wanted to pull the human closer and check him for injuries but he was sure the action wouldn’t be very well received.

“I want to know what’s wrong, why were you so mad at me you felt like delivering me bodily harm?” He asked though the guilty look that instantly crossed over John’s face made him want to take back his poor choice of words.

“I’m sorry for hitting you.” John apologized. “But I don’t want to tell you why I did it, you’ll think I’m lame.” The human said, still not looking directly at him as he tried to hide in a cocoon of covers.

The demon Lord sighed as he fully opened the door and stepped forward and though John didn’t flinch or try to escape he still looked like whatever was eating at him was slowly killing him from the inside.

“I would never think you’re lame.” He held his arms open for a hug and it only took a second before the human stepped forward and allowed himself to be embraced. “I understand if you don’t want to tell me but I need you to know you can trust me, okay?” John froze in his arms, eyes closed tight as he leaned against the demon Lord. Anung un Rama didn’t like the sight of the stubborn human he’d only known for a week though it felt like a lifetime looking so vulnerable.

“John, look at me.” He said, tipping John’s face up with a gentle touch of his fingers as big, brown eyes finally locked with his own.

“I have never felt like this before, for anyone, and though this feeling scares me sometimes I don’t want to push you away just because I’m afraid and though I might not understand what is upsetting you right now I want to do whatever I can to make you happy.” The demon Lord said, trying to not blush under the weight of the human’s mesmerizing gaze as he confessed his feelings. John hesitated for a moment before he let out a sigh and looked away again.

“It’s just that… until last night… I was still a virgin…” John confessed, cheeks bright red and fidgeting nervously. Anung un Rama just smiled and shook his head, glad it wasn’t anything bad like he’d expected.

“So you’re mad I popped your cherry?” He asked the human in his arms whose eyes immediately snapped back to his and widened at the implication.

“Not mad! I just sort of… panicked, I suppose. I never meant to hit or kick you and I don’t regret what happened between us.” John explained and the demon felt his heart beat just a little faster. John wasn’t mad at him. Even better, he didn’t regret their night together.

“Good, because I would hate to have to give you up when we just got to the good part of this relationship.” Anung un Rama said as a grin instantly pulled at his lips at the outraged look his little lover tossed him.

“Rama!” John yelled at him and they both froze, though for entirely different reasons.

“Did you just call me Rama?” The demon Lord asked, not even trying to hide the glee he felt at his embarrassed human’s expanse.

“I’m sorry, it just sort of slipped out and I promise I’ll never do it aga--” John tried to apologize but the Demon King didn’t let him finish, choosing instead to shut the kid up with a kiss. They broke apart a minute later, panting lightly as he hoisted the human into his arms and carried him back to bed.

“I like it. I’ve never had a pet name before.” He said as he dropped John on the bed and covered his body with his own. The human blushed as he kissed him again and removed the covers from his body.

“Though you do understand I now have to give you one as well, right?” The demon Lord grinned as his lover paled at his words.

“You really don’t have to do that.” John said only to gasp in pleasure a moment later as a hand trailed down lower over his naked skin.

“Nonsense! How about… Squirt? Or maybe Boy Scout! You certainly were well prepared last night so-- Ow! John that hurt!” He’d been thoroughly enjoying coming up with little nicknames for his lover as he caressed the human’s thighs only to, once again, be punched. True this time it was his chest instead of his gut and the blow did land softer than the previous but he still felt the need to whine about it.

“Serves you right you big baby.” John just barely managed to say as the demon extracted his revenge on his body.

AN2: The end! Did you like? Did you hate? Let me know, I love hearing from you people!

On a whole different note I would just like to inform you all that this fic is the first in a long list of drabbles/fics I am planning to write. The best part about that is the fact that I will upload a new one EVERY WEEK FOR A WHOLE YEAR!!! Every Saturday for the whole of 2011 I will post a Hellboy/John fic here. Some will be fluffy while others will be angsty, some will be smutty while others will be (relatively) tame, ficlets of every shape and size are going to be written and, hopefully, read (by you?).

So do you happen to have a prompt, an idea, or even just a random word or sentence you’d like to see here just leave me a review and who knows maybe it will magically appear upon your screen the next week XD.
