A new ending to curse of the black pearl

Everyone had returned to Port Royal and Jack was going to be hanged. Elizabeth was standing with her father and Jack was standing at the gallows with the rope around his neck. Elizabeth is trying to be strong but all the while her heart is breaking and she is dying inside. She fell hard and fast while she was on the abandon island with Jack and she wanted to be with him forever. She didn't want to live out her life never having told him she loved him, never knowing had things been different if he could have been her husband she felt that she was losing her true love only being held in his arms once and well this was terrible. Just as the hangman is about to pull the switch to open the trap door Elizabeth takes off running. Elizabeth rips a piece of material from her dress and makes a makeshift noose around her throat so that if they pull back the trap door it will kill her too. She then holds Jack in her arms and kisses him trying show all the love she has for him with that kiss. Elizabeth says "I love you Jack." Jack replies "what are ye doing lize undo that now. Get out of the gallows now and go join your father I don't want you to join me in the grave. I love you too much for that." Meanwhile Elizabeth's father storms up to the gallows and says "Elizabeth Sarra Swann get down from their right the instant. you know the law he is a pirate and there for must be hanged by the neck until dead. I will however not allow you to follow him to your death." Elizabeth replies "Daddy Captain Sparrow and I had a mad affair, and daddy your trying to kill the man I love don't you dare. He gives me fever with his kisses, fever when he holds me tight, fever I want to be his misses, daddy won't you treat him right. I know you have the power to pardon my love, please won't you set him free, let us be together in life, and I won't join him in the grave." Governor Swann turns to Norrington and says "get me a pardon paper" Norrington nods and goes and get the the paper Governor Swann takes the pen from Norrington and fills out the pardon paper with Jack's name as the guilty party that is to be forgiven for his crimes and then Governor Swann signs his name at the bottom line. Governor Swann states "you shall give this to his royal majesty as soon as humanly possible." He hands the document to Norrington and turns to Jack and says "this pardon will keep you safe in all English ports and from all English navy ships so long as you do not act against England any more I am trusting you to refrain from doing so and to look after my daughter's best interests. I am trusting you for the sake of my daughter. Do not disappoint me." Governor Swann turns to Elizabeth and says "Although I do not agree with your choice in men and believe that you could do a lot better than a pirate I am however happy that you have found someone that makes you happy." Elizabeth smiles and says "thank you father" Jack asks "lize you said you wanted to be my wife. So lets make this official then." Jack, who longer had a noose around his neck, gets down on one knee and asks "Elizabeth will you marry me and make me the happiest man man in all the seven seas?" Elizabeth says "yes Jack Id love to marry you." Governor Swann states "then I shall make the wedding arrangements post haste. Oh and Sparrow I expect that the wedding ring will be purchased not stolen thank you. You will work at the ship yard for 6 days starting tomorrow to earn enough honest money to purchase the engagement and wedding rings. You are a Captain so you should know how to fix ships." Jack gets I'm going to be sick look on his face at the idea of fixing navy ships but replies nonetheless "yes father."

 

Idea based off of the song you give me fever by Peggy Lee. Elizabeth statement to her father about her love for Jack based off of the part that says:
