I'll be eagerly waiting for more chapters to this. It was very well written and easy to read--a pleasure to read, even. It's rare that I read something (even among published works) in which every sentence draws me more into the characters and plot, no matter how subtle or grand the scenario at hand may be. Wow I really love your story! I noticed you haven't updated in a while and really hope you haven't stopped writing! I cant wait to find out what happens between riddick and Vaako there really aren't enough fanfictions with those two together! (Oh yea and I like your other fanfictions too) ^_^

Hello,
I am enjoying this story, but I'm getting the sense that Riddick has had it awfully easy so far. (Perhaps because his troubles settling in were handled in just a few paragraphs.) I'm actually hoping that Vaako doesn't end up in Riddick's bed just as quickly, in part because he is still married. Vaako seems like an honorable man, one who would be true to whatever pledge of fidelity he'd made (at least until the bond was formally dissoved), even if the relationship wasn't all it should be or he was attracted to someone else.
In reading chapter 4, I'm also wondering whether you'll have Riddick consider the fact that since he'll be aging so much more slowly, anyone he gets involved with (including Vaako) will die long before him.

*Hugs Silversun* Yay! A new Riddick/Vaako fic to love! I just love the way you write your stories. I'm glad this one not only got reposted but with three more chapters from the last time I checked! *giggles with happiness* Thanks and I'm dying to know how this one ends. The suspense is killing me.
