I really like your characterization of the characters and the concept for how Spock and and Uhura might have gotten to know each other at the academy. And, I also really love the pace of your story thus far. It just flows so naturally it almost feels like it could have been something included in with the extras for the movie (Then later deleted for time constraints, of course.) XD Nicely done!

This story has a LOT of potential, I like it already. The only real critique that I have is that it is difficult to read due to the lack of spacing between paragraphs and in conversations. If you'll put breaks in, it'll be much easier to read.
